Good on LVP, Ally & Katie all noticing something'd going on with Sandoval/Raquel. I'm actually surprised some of the others missed it. The way he looks at her her is so telling. It's the women that notice things first. They are more perceptive, especially about issues like this.

Sando's life is about to go down in flames! Katie mentioned on some podcast that she's not dating so I guess after that boy witnessed how ugly she was at Lala's party he probably ran away. 

I think he is somebody she made out with like the cast members would say just to show Sandoval who was at Coachella, as well. The guy is from New York.

I was wrong. It was at Saddle Ranch where they talked for the first time after the divorce party and things heated up. When they kissed for the first time two days later was after SUNT—Tom said so on Howie. So you’re right, I’m not sure about this Abbey night. This is a new detail.

Ally is a cutie and a refreshingly natural looking girl. She hasn't fallen in to the trap of fat lip injections, face fillers and pointy eyebrows. Good for her. I hope this fleeting moment of TV success doesn't change that. 

It's pretty clear Ariana and Sandoval haven't been happy for a long time. Too bad they didn't cut the cord sooner. I don't believe for a minute that Ariana wouldn't let Tom go. He is so full of it.

I’m prepared for the blowback I’ll get for this post. I’m an older woman who has lived and seen a lot. Here’s my perception on “cheating”

When someone cheats it’s usually for one of a few reasons. One is that the person is just a serial cheater never satisfied with just one relationship. But more often it’s either bc they are not getting what they need out of the relationship they’re in, be it sex, emotional support, goals in life or just generally that people change and fall out of love. 
If the relationship is strong  and meant to be it can survive a few indiscretions. I know this as a fact. My man and I have been together for over 40 years. 

But if one of the partners is really feeling frustrated in the relationship, feeling unappreciated or just seeing that the two want different things in their life ~ ie raising a family~ then of course if someone comes along who they feel do want the same thing and there’s a strong attraction then it is just human nature to want to be with that person. And I don’t see this as a problem. Why stay in a relationship where one is not happy? Especially when there are no children involved. 
In a perfect world the breakup would happen before the “affair’. But it very often doesn’t. However Tom and Raquel’s mistake was letting it go on for months without telling Ariana. And I’m definitely not condoning that.  But going forward I would hope that their coworkers would get off their high horses and get over it. Of course though they are playing to the cameras and need to bring the drama. 
I’ve never been a fan of Tom’s but I actually have a tiny bit of empathy for him and Raquel. Because they’re not just getting hate from their friend group but bc they’re on this show there’s a mob mentality of hate directed at them. 
it’s interesting to put their “sin” in perspective compared to the Guidices, Erika G. And other reality felons.

It was for sure after Scheana's wedding in Mexico (which took place on August 23rd). I believe it was September already. The guys night out/divorce party was in very early August (August 4th, or about- judging by IG photos).

Fits with how he's talked about their relationship since the news broke: I was unhappy, she was crazy, "she was fully in denial, and it scared me", she wanted him to fertilize the eggs, but they've never talked about it (though we just watched them discuss on camera, filmed months ago), "it's not fair" that their relationship woes were kept private on the show (though he could have talked about them ad nauseam with Schwartz any time he wanted), etc. etc. 

Sure he could have been unhappy. It happens. But he had the power to make an adult decision and end it with Ariana if he wanted out that badly. But this convo last night was seemingly filmed not long after he started things up with Raquel and he's jumping into damage control mode. 

He also talks about how Ariana resisted breaking up because of their brand. That feels like a lot of projection. He didn't want to mess up his brand as "cool dude with businesses and now a rock star" reality guy so he kept it up for months. Can't remember if it was Schwartz or someone else, but they mentioned he wanted to get through the season before telling Ariana. To protect HIS brand.

Pure damage control; that conversation with Adriana was no breakup talk, that was purely damage control. Adriana did not see his shifty words and interpreted all as a run of the mill conversation, as they were often laughing and joking! What a wuss.

By freezing eggs and wanting embryos, she’s clearly wanting kids at some point, perhaps with a surrogate. He’s awful. Yeah truth is after 10 years together, no one sustains the “oh baby you are so right” all the time in their relationships, nobody.

So Sandoval is a narcissist, who needs to hear praise at all times, get real bro. Time to change your nail polish.

Not for Tom.  At least not in a good way.  He said (somewhere & can't remember where - these fools have too much space in my brain as it is!) that he re-financed to take out equity to use for S&Sandy.  And then re-financed again because he was struggling to make the payment.  Maybe there's not much equity left.  (And doesn't Ariana get half?) With the real estate marketing stalling, & trending down, they'd better get a move on to sell or it'll go back to the bank on foreclosure or short sale. No wonder he's looking stressed. Everything about him teetering on the brink of disaster.

And this is exactly why I don't believe his claims that he was trying to break up with her before everything came out. He couldn't afford a break up at that point. He and Ariana own that house together, which means they either have to sell it and split the profit (either equally or in proportion to each of their contributions if they didn't put in an equal amount), or one of them has to buy the other out. He' s taken out mortgages against it in order to pump funds into his restaurant, which as you point out, likely means that at this point the debt attached to the house exceeds its value, which means that even if they sold it there wouldn't be any money. If the shared asset itself (the house) doesn't have value, then Tom's probably going to lose the investment he made with the asset either by having to sell his share of the restaurant and splitting that with Ariana, or by splitting the share itself with Ariana so that she becomes one of the owners.

Like, if these people weren't already on TV, we would be meeting them for the first time on an episode of Dateline because this is exactly the kind of situation where a cheater decides that they're better off killing their spouse so that they can be with the affair partner without losing their assets (and maybe gaining some further assets via life insurance policy).

But Raquel dresses for it much better than Katie - who is very boxy on top but wears bare shoulder tops, cut straight across with straps, that emphasize her width - where she might look better wearing those tops with a jacket, or a V-neck instead, that makes her seem more tapered or narrowed.  (I'm not exactly a fashion maven - but something's off.)  LaLa has a much better figure - but then, she's such a mean girl know-it-all. Maybe he's short-waisted & just looked shorter sitting in that booth next to her - but she looked like a quarterback sitting next to a nebbish - not someone sitting next to a model/actor.  Maybe he's a wonderful guy - but not much to look at.  And given the "personality" that Katie showed at LaLa's dinner, if he has any sense or perception, we won't be looking at him for much longer.  Run, Satchel, Run!

I think that when Ariana thought she and Sandoval were still in a committed relationship, she wanted to at least have that option, to have a child with her DNA and Sandoval’s DNA. It can get expensive, cryopreservation storage costs. But it will save you a lot of heartbreak, if you do change your mind and decide that you actually do want to be a mother.

Bravo was showing reruns of Raquel's previous seasons, and she looked so much better with long hair. She has a round face, and it's not a good idea to have chin or just below chin length hair, or a parting in the middle.

I'm pretty sure it is.  Lala was on his radio show the other day and Jeff said he thought they seemed so happy during that reno. Lala said it was all an act and she was really miserable the entire relationship. Easy to say now. So why don't you throw a baby in the mix while you're so miserable! She's either a liar or an idiot.
