Uh oh, Audra rushed out of her meeting with Nate--her boss--because Tucker summoned her. Apparently she's not being totally above board with Nate after all.

I think when Victoria speaks about Tucker now it's like she's lowkey turned on. The Ice Queen wants to have herself some Tucker, the same way she did with Ashland when she thought he was dying.

IMO it's a scary day when Nick is the one talking the most business sense. But of course Victor and Victoria pretty much disregarded his opinion.

Miss me with Billy and Chelsea commiserating over the way they've both effed up their lives. Billy has thrown away more than most people will ever have, and Chelsea can't stop conning and manipulating to get what she wants. Ugh.

I can't figure out if Daniel is an honor bound, stand-up guy or simply too earnest for his own good.

TGVN wants to snag McCall Unlimited to give to Adam. Because of course he does. Nevermind if Adam would want it, or if Victoria would agree to have Adam back under the NE umbrella. Suddenly I'm less worried about Tucker's future because the Newman C-suite is doing a great imitation of the proverbial snake eating its own tail.

Is there anything that Copperhead doesn’t take as a personal attack?  If you criticize her or call her out, she becomes highly indignant and combative.  I call 🐂💩 on Copperhead. In her pitch to Natey Nate Nate and Audra, did give some compromising information to them. Maybe not the details but she did give away the concept to gain their interest. As for Tucker, more 🐂💩 from Copperhead. It was a conversation not just overhearing a phone conversation.  Daniel, way to “drop the mic” on Copperhead with “what did being right get you”?  

Victor the easy way to take Tucker down, is to buy his debt and make his company solvent though anonymous loans.  I knew it. I just knew that Victor wanted Tucker’s company for a place for Adam to land.  Banana Breath was right about his father being up to something. If Banana Breath and Cruella find out what it is, Victor would just have to pull rank on them.  But, would Adam come back if Cruella would still be his ultimate boss?  Or maybe, the incentive would be to have Sally once again as COO? 

That was a very quick afternoon delight between Tucker and Audra if there was actually one but what did Audra actually mean when she said she put her past issues to bed.  I would imagine that Tucker got Audra back in the fold because she too ambitious to actually be a team player.

Of COURSE ButtBiscuit says his favorite thing was the podcast and Chelsea beamed back with approval.  Nothing has ever made ButtBiscuit happier than droning on about himself, unless it's making other people listen and he's found a match in that with Chelsea.  There could be stupider or more obvious people in town than those two, but for that you'd have to go meet with Nate Natey Nate Nate Nate at Newman Blow-it-out-your-ass Media.

Nate is that guy you see at parties scanning the room for somebody he can corner and drone on to about himself, the person that makes you quickly head for a different part of the room.  The character is a vacous, ego filled bonehead and it doesn't help at all that -IMO- Sean Dominic just isn't a very good actor.  As far as I can see, he's got one setting and it's pompous blowhard.  He's unctous, condescending and as fake as Phyllis's veneers in pretty much all his scenes.  His Nate is the kind of guy you hope forgets to zip up or sits down on a wet chair, anything that would wipe the smug off his face.

Zuleyka Silver who plays Audra seems to get better with good scene partners and worse with bad ones.  She seems so sluggish and bloated when she's interacting with Nate but she seemed so much better when she was with Tucker.  

If the Third circle of Hell could be worse than being stuck in a business meeting with Victor, Nikki, Dickolas and Victoria, I shudder to think what it could be.  Maybe sandblasting the insides of ButtBiscuit's nostrils.......getting off track.......all of them are terrible people.  None of them want to anything with their positions other than find new ways to play with other people's lives.  They  don't need the money, nor does Newman have any unifying vision other than all-consuming greed, so watching them sit around yapping about acquiring other companies is just so dull.  Almost as dull as they are.  

I know he's not everyone's cup of tea, but I'm glad Daniel's back.  He's the only one ever who regularly calls Phyllis out on her crap, not that it's ever done any lasting good.  But it's at least nice to hear.

Back to ButtBiscuit and the Bride of Frankenstein.  They really are made for each other, aren't they?

And that furrowed brow Natey Nate Nate does whenever he's trying to process a thought. It's like you can SEE the hamster on the wheel inside his noggin, and the hamster is either sleeping or its dead. Either that or he's just sharted his suit. Was he always this much of a douchebag?

Here's a thought you family of dumbasses - How's about you fire Audra AND you fire Nate for hiring her AND you fire MoP for allowing this clown fiesta to happen in the first place. I swear, if you pretend that Nate, MoP, Audra, Nick, Nikki, and Peepaw are wearing giant clown shoes and red noses, and they're all trying to squeeze into a tiny car whilst the theme from Benny Hill is playing, I think this shit just might be watchable!

I think this is a good idea actually. Since Johnny and Connor both know how to ride, they could be involved in mentoring the kids. They'd be learning how to share, how to have compassion for the less-fortunate, and developing leadership skills. Billy and Chelsea's part would be to handle the administrative stuff and raise funds to operate the project.

Odds are though Grandpa Victor would put the kibosh on the idea because he doesn't want any of his heirs turning into namby-pambys who care about losers who aren't Newmans. Let those at-risk, special needs kids pull themselves up by their bootstraps like he did when he left the orphanage and built NE from the ground up with his bare hands during a blazing snowstorm.

I just has a random thought about Tucker and NE. At CL, Tucker told Cruella that he’s coming for her company. Ever defiant, Cruella how but Tucker said you will never see it coming.  Maybe Michael finding that Tucker’s company was in trouble was only a red herring. Victor, in trying to take over Tucker’s company, Tucker will turn the tables on Victor.

Maybe it was a good investment for C-W in terms of horizontal integration but otherwise I don't see why Lily would give Phyllis millions of dollars. I keep going over (okay, occasionally pondering), the stupidity that is Victor Newman. At Christmas, his children put aside their differences and come to his house. Everything goes fine, in fact the two that are usually at each other's throats, have declared a truce and are playing nice with each other. Heck, your son doesn't even punch out his brother for taking up with the woman he loves.

Instead of going, whew and minding your own business, you decide that your son is too happy and plan on destroying his peace and drag him back to a place where he lashes out. Which in turn, will piss of your other kids, which will have negative consequences for your grandchildren.

But he's all about family, right?

Is Stark gone for good? They get a guy/actor with potential and poof! it is like they were never there. Tucker has been wasted, too. Ashland could been a major player; but no real thought was put into the recast so he had to go.
I have to wonder if actors of a certain age are not allowed a real chance due to egos of Eric B and waste of space Nick.
I say let Nick go on a long trip (he seems to be responsible for the terrible Sally/brothers storyline). Send him to one of the many Newman subsidiaries…maybe don’t bring him back for months. Right now he can take Sally with him. I hated typing that last part. It is not the actress’s fault she has been stuck in a terrible, 50s worthy D- storyline. The writing for most of the actresses sets women back decades. Victoria is a caricature. A charmless one at that. 🤓

Phyllis, don't assume because your life has been a series of trainwrecks, your kids will end up the same way without your "help."  Stop helicoptering 2 adults, that have probably learned alot from years of watching you mess everything up. Being a doctor, IMO, Elena needs to hook Nate up with a shrink to treat his insufferable case of megalomania. Maybe Billy can also consult on the head case we are coming to know as Nate, since things seem to have reached a plateau with The Chelsea Project. Yes, Nate, being a power player will be "intoxicating"  until you are dragged out of Newman Enterprises in a straitjacket, frothing at the mouth, badly in need of lithium. Frankly with Phyllis being so equally unhinged, Nate and she could well end up at the same med station, and the sooner, the better. In the meantime, Phyllis, get out your broom and fly right over to Portugal. Many of us are hoping you live out the rest of your life OVERSEAS, and offscreen meddling in your children's lives.

Yes! I was coming to ask this. Isn't Adam co-CEO? If he outranks Kyle on the company org chart, no one is sending Kyle files pertaining to him (printed files that Kyle wanders around the hall reading) or debriefing Kyle on Adam's performance. 

I realize this show isn't about business, but I really wish they would tighten up the business aspects a little. I'm still unclear about what Daniel's gaming platform even IS, yet three supposedly huge companies are about to get in a dogfight over it. Also, I have no idea how Noah and Audra were ever together. Talk about opposites attracting. 

Lastly, minor detail, but was there any mention of what happened to the park? All of a sudden, everyone is going to this cozy little courtyard area.

So Cruella tells Banana Breath that Sally, who is a world class designer and designed a world class wedding dress for her, is not good enough for him. Did she complain that much about Copperhead?  I can’t wait for the Newmans find out that Sally is pregnant. 

How does Nikki know definitively that Jack and Diane were behind the plot to set up Stark.  Victor looked surprised when Nikki told him but wouldn’t you think that Victor would already know being informed by his security team?

Just a couple of weeks ago, Jack and Adam were having a meeting at the Crimson Lights Conference Room, and Jack was singing Adam's praises about what a good job he was doing.  My guess is that the management team were just telling Kyle what he wanted to hear, as management teams are wont to do.  

I like when Lauren and Michael get together with Phyllis.  Michael pouring some of Lauren's wine into his glass was pretty funny.   When did Daniel and Heather get married?  Did we know about that?

Summer seriously contemplating  following in her mother's footsteps and serving notice of that to Diane came off as insipid. First, Summer, don't clue your adversary into your strategy, second, in case you failed to notice- as of now Diane has neutralized all of your mother's unhinged plans, and is being supported emotionally and financially by your husband and FIL. You and your brother really needed to stage an intervention on your mother. Lose me with Lily and Danny, if chem tests are graded on a pass/fail scale, they have earned a fail from me. The whole "who is the Daddy arc" will have all the usual tropes: arguments, Adam and Nick fighting like rutting bucks, someone ending up getting their life saved by someone they hate. I wonder if Grampire's assessment of Sally would change if he knew whatever Daddy outcome she gets, she is ultimately the virtual vessel of a Newman 2.0? I would love to see them all on a Maury Povitch show before the  Daddy reveal saying, "Well Victor! No matter how this comes out, YOU ARE THE GRAMPIRE!"

In yesterday's episode, I thought she looked like the character felt -- someone whose boyfriend always has drama. She looked like she was not in a mood to throw on anything more than mascara and jeans to go get a coffee. She was fairly barefaced for being on TV, so it was a bit unusual and noticeable.

Wait, Sally is wearing the same clothes she had on when we saw her talking to Nick from L.A. Is it the same day? Several other people have been wearing different outfits though. Aargh! 😵‍💫

Not sure why Chloe was complaining about Kevin not handling the housework and their kids while she was gone for ONE day. Doesn't her mommy live with them? Seems to me Grandma Esther would've kept things under control.

I'm starting to wonder if Victor lowkey scared of Sally. He made it sound like she's the Scylla and Charybdis of GC and his sons are helpless before her siren powers.

Tucker stays overhearing Phyllis' conversations. Either she talks too loudly or he has hypersensitive hearing.

Summer has no control over Red, Diane. You went at this the wrong way unless you intended to provoke Summer into running to Phyllis to warn her to leave you alone.

Nick, stop talking. You're basically making Victor curious about what's actually going on with Sally. Once he gets involved in the WTD? situation between you and Adam, all bets are off.

Meanwhile, IMO Chloe needs to shut up too. Adam will figure out soon enough that Sally might be carrying his child. Then what, Miss Snarkypants?

Diane came out swinging but Summer calmly told her to fcuk around and found out. Okay, Stuporgirl, I see you. Diane did too, lol.

What is Kyle’s malfunction?  Why is he so skeptical about their relationship?  How can it blow up the family unless he actually means him and Summer via Copperhead and not Diane.  Kyle is the last person that should be giving Jack relationship advice. Him and Summer weren’t always in a bed of roses.  

It seems quite random that Summer runs home to check on Harrison unless she was called by his nanny. Things will go wrong like nothing else in GC but Jack and Diane will go wrong. Summer should be more worried about Kyle helping Victor to ostracize Adam. Summer should be more worried about Kyle’s and Jack’s relationship. Does the sun ever shine in GC or is there a perpetual dark cloud hanging over the city. 

The way the monkeys with a keyboard write is very convoluting. What’s the difference if CW is no longer and just becomes Chancellor once again. Isn’t Chancellor alone big enough to fund Daniel’s project?  They have plenty of money to buy out Devon but not fund Daniel’s project?  If Chancellor is that cash poor, then have Devon buy back HW and fund Daniel’s project. Depending on how the contract is written, Daniel can sue Chancellor for breach of contract.  

On a side note, because of the very short dress Lily is wearing today, hope Lily remembered to wear her heated underwear to ward off the chill of the Wisconsin winter. 

Banana Breath would never bail?  Give me a break, Banana Breath has a long history on bailing out on relationships.  He’s even bailed out on his family a few times. 

There is a fine line between being suspicious and intuitive.  Intuitive is more closely associated to intuition.  I would say that Adam highly intuitive and not all that suspicious.  Example is that Adam can feel what Victor is trying to do and Banana Breath not wanting him back at NE after giving the heads up.  Chance was suspicious, which is more associated to criminal activity such as Victor’s cover up and how Stark went back to prison.

FWIW,  I remember the actress posting a recent Instagram story about trying a more natural look in YR makeup.  Fits with your observation.   I can see her doing this to reflect where Elena is right now in her life.  Being with Nate has to be a hella lot of work.

One couldn’t help but notice that Jack is an infinitely superior parent than everyone on today’s ep, especially Grampire, The Pterodactyl, and Diane. That will cause him to be even more disappointed when Adam exposes Kyle’s submoronic plan.

Will Tucker and Phyllis get their inevitable Dumpster Humping over with already? Jeez.

Nick’s brilliant plan of merely pretending that there’s no chance Adam is the father can’t possibly fail. 

If TIIC were never going to consider even a discussion of abortion, then they probably shouldn’t make Sally look absolutely freaking miserable every second of this storyline.

It's been a while, and

the last time didn't end so well for the guy. No way he's getting a second date.

Phyllis does look good in green, though, doesn't she?

Poor Kyle, all worried about abandonment again.  I wish Jack had promised that if he and Diane did break up, Jack would find him a good home.  Maybe Mariah and Tessa could adopt him?

All these busyness stories have my brain fogging up.  If Chancellor/Winters might not be able to fund Daniel's online Malibu Barbie Vision Quest game, then how would Jill have money to fund Sally's Home Decorating business?

I don't think Sally will need to have a paternity test done to find out which brother fathered her child.  If the baby comes out backwards and his or her first words are, "Pull My Finger", then we will know it's Nick's.  If the baby comes out in a smoking jacket holding a royal flush, the kid is Adam's.  If the kid refuses to come out at all, then you know it's smarter than anyone else in that benighted family.

So now Tucker can't pay his debts and Old Scratch and his dotter, Beelzebub Jr. are going to buy up his debts, I hope hope hope this will be some sort of trap Tucker has set for those two and he take them to the cleaners.  

Poor Portugal.  There's a hurricane heading its way and there's not a thing anyone can do, other than shoot down any plane flying the Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese flag.  

No jury would convict.
