Do we know for sure Sam is dying or just that KeMo is leaving?  Because the good bye scene with her long time co workers and (I am behind a few days) what sounds like her coming out of surgery scenes could have been shot with KeMo to give the actors closure (and to give fans of KeMo and DZ together something to make them happy) only to have Sam kinda fade back into the background while they try out some recasts or bring Lindsey Hartley back. Not too long after it was announced KeMo was leaving LH played a few scenes and it was assumed KeMo was gone. She may have agreed to come back to get her gold bye scenes.

Anyway- if Sam’s death has not been confirmed, like i said, I can see her fade into the background with a different actress being brought to the canvas once LuLu wakes for a Dante, Sam, LuLu triangle. If done right, it could be interesting to watch the emotional fall out of Sam giving a piece of kidney to LuLu only to have LuLu come back and claim her man.

Parent and Child Day on GH: : Holly/Sasha, Mac/Cody, Nina/Willow, Laura/Lucky and the most fun, Tracy/Ned. They even dragged in Aiden because Lucky appeared.

Holly, if you know that you're not mother material, you could have got your tubes tied and avoided all this.

Temp Michael seems a good enough actor but he doesn't have the bone deep loathing for Nina that is a key to CD's performance. This Willow kissing Drew story seems to have fizzled out like a damp squib.

I laughed at seeing the private investigator Ned hired (who Felicia knows) recording it all whilst enjoying a drink, and then walking out without either Nina or Drew having any idea they were recorded. I loved that Tracy wants Ned to show Michael the video and be rid of Drew. 

Loved the nuAiden and Laura hug and finally seeing Laura, Elizabeth, Lucky and their son in a scene together. But Lucky not staying by his mom's side all this time because he felt he needed to get a new passport made rightthisminute was shitty and no Laura, it's not your or Luke's fault. Nobody is chasing Lucky right now; he just needs to grow up a lot emotionally.

However, JJ's delivery of Lucky's line to Laura that's she is home for him made me melt. I feel like Laura's reaction and the hug was just as much GF's emotional side showing. Loved seeing Laura holding hands with both Elizabeth and Lucky. 

Is the Show seriously going to do this cheating fall out with tempMichael? 

I guess Sam dies soon after the next scene (preview) with Alexis. I felt really bad for KeMo because those looked like her goodbye tears to DZ as Dante put the ring on Sam's finger.

I remember a LONG time ago Becky Herbst was on the chopping block and there was such a massive letter writing campaign (like I said….long time ago) it was scrapped and she’s still on the canvas to this day.

This felt like a Friday episode in a lot of ways. Temp Michael didn't matter to me - I'll never miss CD's slack-jawed reactions to anything. 

Tracy is a hypocrite though. It was fine for stablehand Cody to slug a Q family member in public but Sasha feeling out  Michael for a loan is getting above her station? (Should we take bets if Sasha quits right before Thanksgiving so that the now miserable Q pizza tradition can go on?)

The scenes with Sam and Dante were sweet.

Honestly, I would not be squicked out if Cody and Sasha got together. They weren’t raised together nor did they know who their fathers were when they met/fell in love. 
I would like to keep Robert Adamson as Michael if we have to have a Michael. He actually has multiple facial expressions.

She did, but it's really annoying to me that a mother gets held accountable much more than a father does for not being around for their kids. Why were/are Elizabeth and Sam so afraid to read Jason and Lucky the riot act? Their precious fee-fees might get hurt and they'll bail again? That just proves the point

Cody and Drew were both out at a bar, not at a Quartermaine property, and Cody was not on duty as a Q employee when he confronted Drew. He was not asking Drew for money either. Sasha was asking Michael for money for someone else, while on the Quartermaine property, presumably while she was on duty.  She was way out of line.

Technically, maybe. But it was an innocent mistake - she was captivated by Cody's vision of a horse farm and animal rescue. She was in love and let her enthusiasm overrule her good sense. Michael handled it well but coming after Tracy's nastiness over the brunch debacle her reaction just seemed really personal. 

Maybe it's just my dislike of Sasha being the Q's live-in cook. I've come to enjoy the kinder, gentler Tracy. Acerbic Tracy slipping out may be okay once in awhile but I don't miss autocratic Tracy.

So that’s it for the ‘big reveal’? Drew gets to tell temp Michael that he kissed Willow, therefore avoiding being beholden to Ned and Tracy? No discussion with Willow first? Clearly he doesn’t give a damn about her or her feelings since he was so quick to spill. Maybe he and Cody can disappear together never to be seen or heard from again?

I like SM so it pains me to say this but she just cannot act. All her screaming at Holly should have had a bigger impact but there was just no expression in her eyes. Or real emotion in her voice.

I really liked the Mac and Cody scenes at the station. But then I just love Mac so I’ll watch him in anything.

Tracy's scheming with Ned is a bit of a return to her roots.  I can't help but think it would be a much more interesting return if she had someone like Gregory, more familiar with a kinder and gentler Tracy, to throw her into a degree of existential crisis over it.  

Loved the scenes between Mac and Cody, but I feel cheated at not seeing Mac find out, nor a scene between Mac and Robert.

I wish I'd been able to watch the Dante/Sam proposal scene without already being aware of Sam's fate.  Can't get to the same degree of emotional investment when I know the story will be short lived.  Still finding DZ's Dante to be one of the most believable characters on screen at the moment, even when not the most dynamic.

Glad Lucky at least found a comb.  Will never understand why his kind of hair style is a choice, and not a punishment.

It's an innocent mistake if you're a teen or early 20 something, naive, and never had a job before. But Sasha was definitely showing a sense of entitlement/taking advantage of the situation because of her history as Michael's lover and their current odd friendship. It shouldn't take Tracy overhearing and saying something for 30-something Sasha to realize what she was doing was wildly inappropriate. I don't care if Sasha thought Cody's the man of her dreams and his vision is the bestest idea ever.

I know we say okay soap opera - but friends or not there should be a separation of church and state so to speak. I could never imagine just flat out asking my employer [or their family members] regardless of how close i was to one of them for something like that.  I don't even think i would ask them to invest.

I think that Sasha's mistake was that she doesn't understand how rich people invent or donate. There must be a Quartermaine foundation, maybe more than one. She should have put together a proposal asking them to invest and taken that to Michael.

Personally knowing him is not taking advantage it's how people in the Quartermaine world function.

I get that he’s a better actor but he doesn’t freak like Michael to me so it was a pretty big day to have him in.

Wasn’t Isaac in scrubs and really the face mask thing around the neck is absurd. They aren’t bringing a face mask from the OR out into the waiting room and they certainly aren’t wearing a mask that has bern around the public around a transplant patient. 
 

I don’t care about Sam but I hate that Danny and Scout are going to lose both Sam and Dante.  Jason and Drew aren’t going on cupcake runs. 
 

But Eckert’s being the name of the bakery Scout likes makes me fanwank that Sly is in town making pastry.

Holly dies/disappears, Sasha gets the money from Holly's diamonds, finds out that Sidwell(?) is her real father, buys Serenity for Cody.  They move to the ranch and only show up on holidays.

Random and I know it doesn’t belong here…..but since Beyond The Gates will be direct competition for GH I thought I’d ask. Who is in charge of adding new shows. I saw that they dropped the whole cast list and are premiering in January. I was just curious and didn’t want to get in trouble. LOL…..

Back to our regular programming. It’s too bad Chad wasn’t here for the Drew & Willow reveal. Granted it was only a kiss but it’s been going on since summer and I was looking forward to Michael finding out. That said, it was a short scene and I was wondering if they cut it short somewhat because they knew Robert Adamson’s appearance was just a one off?

When they showed the flashback to Ned discovering the kiss, I just assumed the kid in the scene was Wiley. There are way too many random kids and teens on this show.

I can't see this happening. Maybe losing Sam will force Jason and Drew to step up, but they've been such terrible parents for so long that I can seen them wanting to keep the status quo "for the sake of the kids."

I think it's pretty funny that we went from criticizing Sam for having her kids at the Qs all the time to worrying about the kids because she's about to die and leave them between the hands of Jason and this disgusting version of Drew.

The show has been portraying Sam as an involved and competent parent the past few episodes.

Willow and Drew have kissed twice from memory 4th of July and then later - I do wonder if they will reference this as maybe once could be explained away but twice is very hard to sweep under the carpet as a mistake. 

I just hope this does not ruin Nina and Willow`s mother and daughter current good relationship because they work well together.

Willow told Nina that it happened another time. That said, it's not so much the kiss as admitting that there are underlying feelings there.

LOL. It is pretty funny that all of the kids eventually get dumped at the Qs. But I think the point here is that now Jason and Drew feel it's time to step up as fathers? It wasn't worth parenting before Sam died?

Agreed.

It does feel like there were more kisses than just the two. But all those scenes where they ran into each other and talked about feelings do count, if we're talking about an emotional affair.

Nope. CD played out the "next morning" of Michael's revenge sex with Sasha, and we got to see him Sasha's flashbacks to drunkenly making out and landing on the bed. I almost laughed at the hypocrisy of Michael's reaction to hearing about the second kiss after he's just committed adultery. 

Alexis and Sam talking about the relationships was sweet. Glad they got to have their hugs and joy. I was not expecting "taking a turn for the worse" moment to happen off-screen and I'm cool with Alexis being frantic but to show Jason coming to the hospital in that moment was ugh. I did roll my eyes at how uncomfortable he looks with the kids and then trying to comfort scared Alexis. I'm glad for KeMo that Sam got to be unconscious while Elizabeth, nuLucas and Portia tried to save her. The most moving moment for me was Elizabeth's eyes filled with tears.  

Ugh Willow, Sasha didn't do anything to you. She knows and told Cody because she saw you and Drew kissing. 

Well Rocco's going to feel like shit over this for multiple reasons. 

Preview: Ohhh my heart hurts for Alexis. So, family and friends get to start mourning Sam on Halloween? Does the Show remember it's Maxie's birthday? Ughhh.
