I saw a recent picture of her, no filters, no makeup, no eyelashes. She is actually very beautiful. There is a very sweet look about her smile. There is nothing wrong with the way she applies her makeup, I think it totally doesn't work for her. So much that. I can't believe they are complaining about Anfisa. They should take a second look at their lying sack, slacked-jawed, drooling moron of a brother.

Jorge would make a good match for Danielle actually. Borderline functional, in debt, they should settle for each other. I consider them to be intellectual equals.

He pretends he can afford it and when they get there he has a sudden attack of cash flow problem. He just can't come up with $15K cash right now. "I might have misled her a little bit" is the new "she is big a little bit"

Russ seems to be a nice, grounded, solid, well-meaning guy. The kind of person I could imagine myself "playing house" with. He'll be a great dad, he'll make sure he has savings for retirement, etc. Didn't he quit his job because Paola was complaining about him being gone too much? I just can't stand her. She builds an image of herself as exciting hot Latina but she's a crushing bore. And her voice! She compounds her inane conversation with harsh, exceptionally nasal sounds. She's so stupid it actually bothered her that randos in Columbia think she's not a good fit for Russ. I happen to think Russ deserves a lot better a partner than this vapid airhead.

Then why did he feel the need to lie and mislead her about it? Jorge is a schlub and a slacker, Anfisa is way too sharp an on the ball for him. He'll always lose... largely because he's so stupid he'll always be wrong.

Danielle and Mohamed: The Original Mess

Deep down she must have had some doubts, just before he arrived, she said "I hope I haven't misjudged him." -
Danielle and Mohamed: The Original Mess

He did not have a good job. He was working for a trucking company in Doha. He got canned and returned to Tunisia where he remained unemployed waiting for Danielle to sell her van to bring him over. That's not what happened, she had to put her zip code at the pump, and the pump rejected it, because Mo's change of address was linked. It was one of few things on the show that's true LOL. She graduated from cosmetology school. Is that college? -
Thank you Christina for sharing this horrifying, yet illuminating story.

There is nothing glamorous about this trainwreck show and sharing air time with Danielle and her gigolo. -
S05.E22: Where Are They Now? Laura and Chay
Toaster Strudel replied to PrincessPurrsALot's topic in My 600-lb Life
This episode (combined with a few recent others) was pretty revealing for me as to why some men take care of women that are completely immobilized and 100% dependent because of their weight. It's no surprise that there is some degree of fat fetish involved ("Where's your butt?") but I was not expecting this frequency of men being into so much physical dependence that includes cleaning up pee pads, feces stuck in the crack, washing broken skin under skin folds, and non-stop fetching of pizzas and hamburgers. Laura's husband did not appear to be a sparkling conversationalist. -

Phil was totally right not to help. He didn't even have to explain it. -

Atrocious Singer Danielle is in that category of people that are so wicked and diabolical, that they feel compelled to wrap themselves very tight in Christianity to conceal their true nature. She had an uncanny ability to maintain an even affect through her constant stream of lies. She can get malevolent and obnoxious without raising her voice. Calling poison control because of Powerade? That has got to be a first. She is willfully sabotaging the child's father's life in a cold, calculated manner, always very conscious to do it under the cloak of being a doting, concerned mother. She is very aware of what she is doing, and she probably misleads a lot of people, regularly. If she appeared to lack self-awareness, it's only because how firm her belief was that she was fooling everyone. Dr Phil offered them no help. -
Bunch Of Fools - What a cute case of little kids having only 3 weeks practice playing football getting solidly beat up by another recreational team that practiced for longer. A recreational team is a recreational team no matter how long they've been playing recreationally! The plaintiff didn't get that, could not prove that the other team was "traveling" and therefore not recreational, and he lost his case for a refund and some other BS. The kicker is, you have to be a fool to train 4-feet tall linebackers for only three weeks and sign them up for a competition. Extra points for the coach's sporty fashion, a white silk tie on a solid, stop-sign red shirt. 2.5 gavels. Purple Bum - The up and coming real estate moguls Koons Brothers are suing a cleaned up bum in a purple polyester satin shirt for disappearing appliances. He was one of four people whose name was on the lease, the last one to stay, and was not paying rent. I was sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for JJ to make a horn with her hands and shout out, "squattahs!" but I was disappointed. She did ask Purple Bum what the nature of his disability is - something about pinched nerves but officially it's probably some consequence of alcoholism or meth use. JJ inferred that the appliances were probably going to be gotten rid of for the reno, and I agreed, but shouldn't the Koons have had the ability to sell it, instead of the Purple Bum's nephew? I think the Koons Bros are going to be successful. They kept their cool and were 100% business. Good luck to them with their reno! Three gavels.

Shannon really annoys me. She is a whiner with a negative attitude, and she instigates drama too, trying to get others to do her bidding. At least Russ is effective and is working a lot. They're trying to survive in the wilderness, it's not time to worry about first world social constructs. -

She was a terrible singer and her voice was awful. Good luck with that "singing career." -

Why do you need a code to get OUT of a lab? And why couldn't Erica get back in, and punch in the code for the Doctor? -
The joke is on you, it's a repeat!

I said: "she brought her chihuahua to court!" Mr Strudel exclaimed, upon seeing this vision: "urgh? Which one is the dog?" Last Friday was a little too boring to recap, but the first case with the woman that dated a blithering idiot for 7 years while living with her parents, and kept "loaning" him money for tools, more tools, even more tools, a sports car, and, get this: liquor, featured one of the the stupidest litigants ever to appear on the show. I'm pretty sure he described the car as a '19 Mitsubishi Eclipse" so big numbers aren't his forte. He felt the need to point out that this ancient chunk of cheap steel with a sofa and a steering wheel was used. Oh, really? You didn't just buy a 20 yr old car brand new? He could barely form words, let alone sentences. Naturally, the girlfriend was with child.

One detective told a suspect: "You're trying to GED your way out of a PhD problem... and you're talking to Rhodes Scholars here!"
