  1. I gave it a shot. Five minutes of continuous electronic screaming later, I was done.
  2. I'm waiting for a Starsky and Hutch remake. Huggy Bear will be played by Chris Rock, Jensen Ackles as Hutch (hey Supernatural has to end sometime), and David Schwimmer as Starsky.
  3. I hate the phone commercial where the customer keeps cutting the saleswoman off. She's just trying to do her job, let her finish a sentence!
  4. Well you know that allergies are indicators that the character is a weakling nerd with lousy social skills, not the body's immune system overreacting to a foreign substance.
  5. He's so, so, tall. So what are the prospects for a reunion movie?
  6. Did I post in my sleep? I too couldn't get into Grimm for the same reasons.
  7. Am I the only person who remembers that 'Caitlyn' caused a fatal car accident a few months ago?
  8. I seem to remember an awful lot of hate directed at Sam about his not looking for Dean, who was in another dimension where Sam couldn't have gotten him out of even if he didn't think that Dean was dead.
  9. But in S8, when Sam didn't look for Dean or make a deal, he was excoriated for that by Dean and the fandom. Sam can't win.
  10. Maybe they'll have to get Lucifer and Michael out of the pit to fight the darkness. No, Sam wasn't innocent in Lester's death, but I thought it was a bit much for the guy who a actually killed him to put all the blame on someone else.
  11. The whole Sam/Dean discussion was ridiculous. San didn't bully Charlie, she jumped at the chance to help Dean, and he did not drive Lester to anything, he was ready willing and eager to make that deal.
  12. They could exorcise a lot of possessed people but gank them anyway, and that hasn't been considered an issue since S3.
  13. Dean wouldn't have needed to kill Abadon if he hadn't stupidly put her back together again, then left her alone. As for the 'nurse' Sam killed, she was a demon, and everybody from Bobby to Becky ganks demons all the time with no moral qualms. I've never understood why this one is supposed to be different. Dean took on the Mark Of Cain, which any fool could have told him would turn him demonic, of his own free will. Dean murdering Cyrus was worse than anything Sam has ever done.
  14. Speaking of Sleepless In Seattle, I'm sick and tired of the trope that the member of a love triangle who wears glasses and *gasp* has seasonal allergies is repulsive and loathsome and deserves to be dumped for someone whose body doesn't produce too much histamine for a few weeks of the year. This also goes for asthma being treated as a character flaw and/or signifier that the asthmatic is weak, socially unskilled and nerdy. It's a lung disease that doesn't cause social problems, and believe it or not, affects strong, athletic and socially skilled people too. +1,000,000
  15. True. I can't picture Lane stealing a yacht because someone gave her a critical review. My UO: I like S7. I like that Lorelai finally did some self-reflection and realized that she was living her life and defining herself solely in opposition to Emily.
  16. I hate manic pixie dream girls. Just once, I'd like to see a would be MPDG get rejected in favor of a nice, sensible, gainfully employed girl.
  17. I felt badly for Astronaut Miller.
  18. Rigor mortis? Anyway, my UO for the Gilmore Girls are: I like Christopher a lot more than Luke - at least Chris is pleasant. I like Rory's transformation from drab, mousy bookworm into a stylish, sociable girl. Logan was the best boyfriend Rory had. Jess was a sullen little punk with no redeeming features that I could see. I don't hate April.
  19. I'm tired of being expected to go online forums, facebook, youtube, deleted scenes, etc. to keep up with a show. I watch TV to relax and be entertained, not to get homework assignments.
  20. I want to see the sequel, Reality Bit, where Winona's character is a middle-aged, underemployed loser working two jobs to support her bum boyfriend.
  21. I loved the original Poldark during its first run in the 70's. I caught a repeat on the UK PBS station and it was unwatchable. The women all had 70's makeup and the acting was unbearably stilted.
  22. It's funny how Phil forgot all about Melissa the minute Erica and Gayle showed up. So much for his great love.
  23. I figure it will end with Phil and Carol driving the others away and they end up stuck with each other.
  24. Unfortunately your voice gives out and when you see another survivor he/she can't hear you yelling for their attention and they leave. If I were the last person on earth, I'd go to the Hershey factory and bathe in a vat of chocolate.
