Erika lied when she said the lawsuit was resolved and the other party apologized. There were two lawsuits, and the other parties did not apologize. In the larger lawsuit, Tom was being sued for 16 million dollars. He argued for arbitration, and won. After arbitration he was ordered to pay 16 million and repaid 10 million by the deadline; he is still 6 million dollars in arrears. The other suit is for defaulting on a 5 million dollar loan. He paid 1.5 million by the due date, the balance owed is 3.5 million dollars. How the fuck are those cases "resolved," Erika?

I disagree. Sociopaths, narcissists, borderlines, bipolars, et al are found everywhere, every day, among the general population. It's not like we are rarely exposed to them - it's not like they are rounded up and segregated but somehow manage to make the occasional escape and roam free until they are re-captured. On the contrary - they are relatives, significant others, friends, neighbors, bosses, employees, co-workers, teachers, authors, physicians, talk show hosts, actors, politicians, clergy, etc. After enough exposure to them (whether by interaction or observation), even without a formal education leading to a degree, we may not know the precise name for their maladjustment but we do indeed recognize that they are "off," and we often are quite close to the mark when "naming" what we perceive.

This photo was taken at Lagoon, Utah's only amusement park, which is 20 minutes north of Salt Lake. Christine and her dotters were there also, according to a couple posts on Mitch's IG. We used to go there every year but quit when the tickets got too expensive. Prices currently are $65 for adults and $48 for kids under 48" tall. I guess the upside to not paying your property tax is that you have lots of play money - must be nice. The Celtic Festival admission for adults is $20/one day and $30/two days. So I will approve of that, LOL. (The cool thing about Lagoon is that you can bring in coolers full of food and beverages and stash them on tables with benches in wooden pavilions near grassy areas. Most Utahns are incredibly honest - in all the years we went to Lagoon, no one ever disturbed or stole the towels, food, blankets and pillows we stashed in the morning for our all-day/all-night use).

Kyle is 5'2" and should have shopped in Petite or had this altered. The drop waist does nothing for her - especially with all that WTF going on below the waist. The sleeves look too long because of the saggy waist. If the waistline was properly placed the sleeves would be hip, slick and cool. No one has pretty knees - and especially not when the knees are 50 years old, on stumpy legs. This would look so much better - not good, but better - on Rinna or Erika, who are 5'7" or Camille, who is 5'6". But no matter the height, who the hell wants to have a big-ass First Place velvet ribbon (that looks like it came untied) hanging off their belly all night and schlepping between their legs when they walk? Just, no. For sure she has full-length mirrors - she also needs a distance mirror so that she can see how she looks from across the room and watch herself walking.

There was a flurry of mentions in March of this year. All of the usual links mention advanced dementia, no longer recognizing friends and spending her waking hours in a wheelchair or in bed. Not the least bit surprising - she will be 90 in September.
