I was a bit annoyed by Anna's clinginess to Elsa.
-
I saw it today and then I watched the first one again and am trying to understand the time frame between the 2 opening scenes with them as kids. In this one, the parents seem to be ok with Elsa's powers and how her and Anna play with them like it's a regular thing. In the first movie, Anna acts like it's something new they do and then the accident happens and her memory is erased. It's a bit off to me. I guess this one puts to rest the Tarzan theory. And the Little Mermaid one too.

OUAT vs. Other Fairy Tales: Compare & Contrast
Writing Wrongs replied to Camera One's topic in Once Upon A Time
I saw it and liked it. The parents plot reminded me of Once and the fact that the Enchanted Forest is surrounded by mist reminded me of Once's Enchanted Forest being also known as Misthaven, but that's about it. -
I agree. I just re-watched all seasons and still love Season 1 the best. Season 2's bus crash story became so convoluted with all the red herrings of who did what, and this new season ended up being the same. I liked the over arcing mystery with the episodic mini mysteries they used to do. I accidentally spoiled myself about Logan's death, so I knew it was coming. I always liked Logan and Veronica as a couple, but this season just felt weird to me. I really couldn't figure out why they were still together.

I laughed at the clerk trying to ring up the blurred dildo.

I laughed at his comments during that whole exchange. "Sounds awful." "Teddy.."

I can't believe they never did a Melissa McCarthy as Sean Spicer on Dancing With The Stars. Oh, well.
-
I've been watching on Hulu and it stops at Episode 15, "Demolition Daddy". What the hell?

That Strong Woman/Board Girls song was pretty great.

I laughed at the girl saying, "Are you saying Shannen Doherty?"

Got the Season 2 blu-ray they just put out and watched it over the weekend. I love how sisterly they were in this season. I never really get that vibe with Paige. As much as the later seasons have some good episodes, I may stop buying them once they (hopefully) put out Season 3 on blu. I love Morality Bites, but the story has some issues. The glaring 2009 future looking stuff, "Real World 18 on the Moon". Really? The fact that Prue dies before any of this takes place (I know it's a possible future shown), Pratt told Phoebe that her death was only the beginning of the witch burnings, so everyone's assertion that her death would end things makes no sense. They say they will keep an eye on Pratt, but what about the ballplayer that killed Phoebe's friend in the future? They say the Return Spell has disappeared from the BOS, but when Prue is flipping through it, the spell is clearly shown still there.

It's been a while since I watched past seasons, but how is Mrs. Tishell not in jail or something? Didn't she kidnap James when he was a baby? And that damn neck brace kills me. LOL

Seriously? I'm diabetic and I didn't even give it a second thought. People need to get over all this "sensitivity" crap.

There's a new one on BritBox called The Bay.

Do they have relevance to the present story?

Can someone explain to me the point of the flash forwards? I just get bored by them. Are they for a spin-off or something?

Felicia Day. She's bugged me since Buffy. But then I hated all the Potentials, so.. -
"Jack: Magic. A piece of mushroom from a far-off land. I once slayed a Jabberwock that was terrorizing a village, and they… They couldn’t pay me in gold, so they paid me with this, instead. If you eat it, it will change your size. Its effects are temporary, but we have more." I guess slayed could mean imprisoned.

I was thinking about the different versions of characters from different lands. One of the earlier ones must be Jacqueline. She is "Jack the Giant Killer" and she also mentions slaying The Jabberwocky in Wonderland. That is a different Wonderland than Once Upon A Time in Wonderland, because they had The Jabberwocky on it and presumably also a different Wonderland than the one S7 Alice went to.

She was married before.
