  1. She reminds me of Chef Anne Burrell. Bring back Susan Keats! I love Emma Caulfield.
  2. Two movies/mini-series I really liked were Murder in Texas (1981) starring Sam Elliott, Katharine Ross and Farrah Fawcett and John Jakes The Bastard (1979) starring Andrew Stevens. I have recently found them uploaded on Youtube.
  3. So glad that bad Southern accent guy is gone. I guess Cassie's mom will have a major role next season. I wonder who they'll cast? So they don't call them chapels any more, it's "meditation room"? Geez.
  4. I love how each episode has opened with a 90210 member nightmare flashback.
  5. "Holy Emily Valentine." LOL The only thing that would top a 90210 reunion for me is if afterwards she did a real Charmed reboot.
  6. I had no idea that Billy Drago (Barbas) had died.
  7. I never understood what that was supposed to prove.
  8. I don't understand their decisions. They skimp on basic stuff and then spend money like crazy on accessories. Won't most buyers move in with their own stuff? That all just seems like a waste. The living room and kitchen were too small for a family house. What's wrong with just keeping 2 beds and 2 baths? They always try to shove more in. I was surprised that it went for full ask price.
  9. When Henry got his college acceptance letters from Boston U, California and Wisconsin, it just reiterated how Storybrooke makes no sense. If no one knows the town exists how do they get things? Is it a mysterious Dharma drop like on Lost? And all of a sudden Storybrooke has its own college? Whaaat?
  10. I wish we could've seen some interaction between Emma and her granddaughter. I guess after she married Hook, she gave Henry back to Regina permanently. LOL I didn't really understand the past and present time curse thing. Seattle Adult Henry calls Storybrooke Teen Henry. Ok. At the end when they combine realms to Storybrooke, they have Adult Henry and Wish Realm Teen Henry. Plus Adult Robin and Zelena and all the Storybrooke people. So what happened to SB Teen Henry and little Robin and the rest? Is Zelena the SF Zelena/Kelly or the SB Zelena that Alice and Adult Robin went to SB to get? I'm so confused.
  11. Well, there went my theory up in smoke. Damn it. I'm bored by the Julian stuff now. He can go away.
  12. Finished Season 7. Not as bad as I remembered. Though Regina, Queen of the World was a stretch.
  13. As the seasons went on they just gave up on originality. The Dark Curse was their crutch. In Season 1, Rumple had to wait years to find and train Regina to cast it. Later, anyone can do it. By Season 7, you didn't even need to crush the heart of the person you love most. You just need the blood of a witch who has crushed the heart of the person she loved most. WTF? Same with portals and travel between the realms. They seem to have an abundance of magic beans by Season 7. I feel like A&E were doing what Disney is doing now with all their live action remakes. Trying to fix things that they see are flaws of past versions. They realized their previous Rapunzel story was crap, so they did their Tangled version. Same with Hansel & Gretel.
  14. OK, so there is an episode where Regina tells her she should drop the "Cinder" so after that she wants to be called "Ella". Season 7 is getting better as it goes on. I had forgotten about the Guardian thing. Ugh.
  15. Pray for me, I've started my re-watch of Season 7. I will post more specific thoughts in the individual episode threads when you guys have caught up, but just generally so far: I really don't know why Robert Carlyle agreed to do this. Money? Why wouldn't her name be "Ella" like in the other version? "Cinderella" was a derogatory name given to her. I realized the problem with this "reboot" is that unlike the original, we don't know the rules. In the original pilot we know The Evil Queen cast the curse to rip everyone away to Storybrooke. This shit just plops us in Seattle with adult Henry and we don't know what the hell is going on. Even the "Enchanted Forest (?)" stuff is confusing as to what is going on. Not a great start. I'm just waiting for Zelena to show up. She makes everything tolerable. Sigh.
  16. I still don't get how Flapper-Era Cruella got to the Enchanted Forest. And how did Rumple get to all these other realms to "help" all these villains? With Jefferson's hat?
  17. OT: I never had a gap between my front teeth as a kid, but I sure do now. If you missed it, they are showing it again tonight. I forgot to mention that Peach Pit fake-out opening scene. It confused me, so I laughed when it was just Tori's dream.
  18. I don't get when people put in expensive, taste specific items and then get pissy when other people don't love them. I wouldn't care what kind of functions were in the shower. My morning showers take less than 10 minutes. Cashmere walls? I guess if I'm gonna stand around all day stroking them, it'd be good. Rich people, am I right?😉
  19. I loved when they showed Shannen's giant close-up and she has that tear going down her face from talking about animal rescue and the audience is "awwing". The dress stealing and plane scenes were the funniest to me. I rewound them a couple of times. When Tori comes out wearing the dress: Tori: Jennie! Jennie: Oh Lord, she put it on. LOL.
  20. I kinda wish Tiffani Thiessen could make an appearance, even though I couldn't stand Valerie.
  21. I didn't realize that Shakespeare and Hathaway had a second season until we just got the dvd at our library. Nice surprise.
  22. I get that people grieve in different ways, but 34 years seems like a long time to keep Millie's room the exact same.
  23. So are they ignoring that some of them were already in the other 90210 reboot?
  24. Jennie is my fave so far. She's hilarious and she looks great. I think Tori is funny also. This style is similar to her, So NoTORIous show and she was very funny in that. Can't wait for Shannen to get into it.
