Aurora talked a lot about God with her baptizing, but I thought that particular ceremony is about Jesus. She seems like a sweet girl. I wonder why Meri never mentions her child…..hardly ever. It’s good she has good friends. I’m not a fan of shots. Funny, those who are love to push it on others. I’m not sure why. Lol

I have a cousin who’s adult son has Tourette’s, but I haven’t been around him enough to notice any tics. I think he’s quite gifted and a talented writer. He’s also quite OCD about a lot of things, like Baylen is. When Baylen says meds helped the tics but she didn’t like the way they made her feel and stopped taking them….I was shocked. In light of her extreme case of Tourette’s, I would expect treatment would be welcomed despite it having some side effects. There’s always a cost benefit analysis, but man. The way she’s going, her muscles are going to be strained really bad. I also wonder about all the head motions and how that might impact your brain. I can see how the electrical brain stimulation would be a good option. It didn’t seem that she was interested in it though. I hope the therapist can help.

I’m glad to see the thread as I’m watching the show. I think it’s much better than most of the other TLC shows about toxic relationships. Hopefully , it’s a way for Baylen to make some income, since I imagine working a regular job might be challenging. Still, there doesn’t seem to be any reason Baylen couldn’t get online college education. Is she doing that? I fell asleep last night and missed that episode. Will try to catch up.

Exactly, but the family can say anything. They could deny it was hers when it was hers. Perhaps as a ruse , a mistake or some other reason. It would be difficult to prove it one way or the other.

So, the theory of an intruder who hid out in the house would have to include a person who had personal knowledge of John’s finances AND love to write to the point of making the letter lengthy and not even a real ransom note. Any reports such as a toy under the tree they had not seen before are not really provable. One can claim anything.

Amber can be so condescending. When Trent was revealing the MRI results…..pull over, get out of car and hug him. Tell him whatever it is, it’s ok. You are by his side. Console your husband. She seemed annoyed with not much compassion. And, Liz is on her way. She and Bryce keep mentioning how they argue a lot. Hmmm…..that’s not new. Trying to figure out how anyone meets the parents’ standards and can just be happy. Hope some of them can find a way.

Trent and Amber are so self absorbed and controlling….I try to see things in a positive light, but it’s difficult. I wish them well, but would be surprised if the adult kids ever escape. Best wishes to Anna.

I hope someone can help me recall the name of this series. I checked my Netflix and Prime viewing history and couldn’t find it! I am shocked. That’s mostly where I watch series shows. It is a modern crime drama. It’s about an investigation into a group of 4 men, formerly served in military, who are friends and run a business where they provide high tech security for large corporations. They sleuth through a company’s security, then let them know how lax it is, to convince the company to hire their services. But, this group of friends/partners is not what it seems. As the group is under criminal investigation, one of them is murdered. There is s recording in his condo during the murder, as an undercover female cop was inside. She is now missing. The plot thickens. It takes place in large American city. I think LA. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Update: I got the Roku tv. Will set it up soon. I discovered a feature in profiles that allows you to view your watch history with both Netflix and Prime. Problem is the series I was watching most have been on another app. I can’t locate it. Ugh….lol. So, the Roku supposedly has 3 free months of Apple Tv. So, will that be available on any tv in the house or just the Roku tv?

Poor Bryce. Getting mixed up with that family is unfortunate. Amber and Trent are just way too controlling and bossy. Omg….he’ll always be connected to that family due to the child. Ugh…..I have experience with family members like Trent and Amber. They get worse as they age. So, is no one working? Trent on sabbatical, Amber in school, Liz on maternity leave, …..who’s bringing in the income?

I definitely saw how Kody and Robyn are really annoyed with each other. Lol He seems to be tired of having to keep apologizing. She does keep repeating how disappointed she is. That can’t do much for his ego. Though he professes how in love he is, he seems very frustrated. Who are those people Robyn points out as happy with plural marriage? Kody said he didn’t know any. I was a little surprised Kody admitted to losing his virginity in college before he got married. His hair looked straight back then. When did he begin getting perms? Good thing Robyn was wearing a helmet.
