  1. I definitely loved that. Diane's disdain for Levi was a thing of beauty and a joy to behold.
  2. I would think some sort of administrator would need to be around. And given how much nonsense happens at this hospital, the night shift definitely needs someone who can rein them in, even ineffectually.
  3. One successful summer project does not a CEO make, but whatever; it's a soap. We were supposed to believe teeny-tiny Brenda was a supermodel. I'm glad Lulu wasn't a hypocrite about Maxie getting Georgie back. I don't have a problem with Lulu being uncomfortable with Maxie, but their situations aren't entirely different. Lauren, don't explain Michael's family to Michael. I liked that they didn't have Dante fold; he kept pressing Sonny for answers. Ava's excuse is bullshit, but at least it's an excuse. Sonny can't even muster that. I know. It's like Wardrobe, especially, just gave up on the women. Carly's outfit was godawful.
  4. When has Patrick recently lied to Sabrina? His relationship with her has been limited to the baby; I never saw him wanting to get back together with her romantically even after Robin left. I don't think it's dishonest to anyone for him to want Sabrina to be okay after Gabriel's death. He's not that terrible a person (i.e., Sonny). It doesn't seem as if he's been lying to Robin about what's happening with Sabrina (though who knows, since there's been no mention of that).
  5. Because it's not his fault he does bad things. He's just trying to live a decent life, but people keep getting in the way of him and his gun.
  6. The one thing I liked about that was that Jordan thought the party was for her birthday. Burn!
  7. I think this is Ron's idea of irony. Maxie is the one Levi should be talking to if he doesn't want people knowing their business; it's not as if Nathan lurks behind doors to listen to their conversations. Levi has absolutely no redeeming qualities, as far as I can see. Why is he? If Ron is trying to establish him before starting up that rumored story line, he's done it. We get it. Levi is a humorless dolt. Move things along.
  8. I side with Harry when it comes to the affair, but he was being super childish by refusing to talk to Savi. When you're selling a house, you have to communicate. Using Joss as a go-between was also not cool. I'm glad she put her foot down finally. That guy who appeared at the house at the very end of the episode came off like he was going to murder Savi. She's hugging him in the promo, so I guess that doesn't happen. Rats. The Paul plot point seems to have been dropped entirely. I think Lucy won a scholarship to that school. I wasn't entirely paying attention last week, but April isn't paying the entire tuition.
  9. BC and CD have a good brotherly vibe, despite how stupid their scenes together can be.
  10. Lulu and Dante periodically complain about their apartment being too small for three people, so it would be a natural move to get a place in the brownstone. It might also release some people from their bubbles and have them interact with different characters. This show desperately needs that.
  11. I thought there were mixed signals there, too. They did move him around a lot—that was how he was moving up the ladder—but I think it was strongly implied that the man would almost always get the promotion simply because of gender. It's fine for a man to move his family around, but not a woman. It's similar to giving a man a raise when he gets married and has kids, because he's ostensibly the breadwinner.
  12. Why wasn't Paul suspended? Ignoring test results is neglect, if not outright malpractice. But no, because he decided to sit with the patient he nearly killed, Jordan just smiles at him and it's bygones. Ugh, I know. I hate that this show has the doctors do this sort of thing and then basically get rewarded for it. You answered your question right there. What's the night shift without dramaz?
  13. OMG, these women. They get stupider every week.
  14. I know. I fully appreciate Joss's disdain for Franco, and I love that she's giving Carly trouble, but there are too many other precocious kids on the show. We don't need another one. What an awkward conversation between Sam and Nina, each falling over herself to assure the other there are no hard feelings. When did Lauren appoint herself the mouthpiece of the Corinthos brothers? STFU, little girl. I'm kind of surprised Michael had no idea what's going on. I can see where he wouldn't know the details, but he was in the dark about Ava being pregnant? That's pretty big news. LOL that the only reason Sonny won't kill Julian is because of Sam and Danny. Because that worked so well for AJ and Michael. Ava's dress was about 15 years too young for her.
  15. Sadly, he will. No one close to Sonny is allowed to hate him for long. As for Franco, that probable depends on how long RoHo sticks around.
  16. Hee. I love the idea of Silas trying to cope with Levi. The man of science vs. the man of hippy-dippy.
  17. I wondered if that were the case, so thanks for clearing that up, scowl. I could see this being the case, actually—it's Cameron's way of rebelling against the bourgeois milieu she grew up in. But who knows, since we have next to no information about her.
  18. I wouldn't mind seeing a Spinelli-Levi face-off, each trying to out-passive-aggress the other. Nathan and Maxie can be on the sidelines looking at each other with "WTF?" expressions on their faces, then leave to go eat ribs together.
  19. No; I guess we're supposed to think he was lured there by the murderer?
  20. The box really was laughable. It would have been better if they'd just had a stuffed animal and a few floral arrangements. Everyone knows why they're there.
  21. Rebeka Montoya (Det. Padillo) is now on Mistresses as a man-hungry lawyer after Alyssa Milano's boyfriend. She's still a bit stilted, but she's come a long way since her robot days on GH.
  22. Good grief. Sabrina leaving is temporary (alas). Get a grip, Fairman. Exactly. Once again, we are shown how poorly Ron thinks out his stories, and why plot-point writing doesn't work. Sabrina has no life or indentity outside of Patrick, so what will she do? Pick back up with Carrrlos? He's been AWOL for a month now, and if Ron waits to deal with him until TeCa returns, that's another three months or so he's offscreen. That's a long time. I miss that crazy telenovela bastard.
  23. We eat that part, Payday people. Do you not realize that? It takes this commercial to a very weird place. I know both of those, but I don't know my credit score.
