  1. You know who doesn't know? Lucas (who?). He probably does know, but we'll never hear about it because Lucas is too busy walking Kristina through her sexuality crisis. Lucas will never have a story that doesn't involve teh gay. (Even though in this case, it actually makes sense.)
  2. Ah, back when they were writing intentional humor. I miss that, though it does seem to be returning in too-small doses.
  3. I like that Griffin's introduction has been fairly low-key in the sense that he didn't come on claiming to be the bestest doctor who ever doctored, like Patrick did. I get that supreme self-confidence was a major part of Patrick's character, but the playa thing was hit too hard for my taste. The same way Sabrina as the perfect nurse was shoved down our throats. Somehow, someone decided to show more restraint with Griffin, and for that I'm grateful. Finn's oddballness is getting a heavier hand than I'd like, but I think ME is skillful enough to keep it mostly in check.
  4. And all of those scenes will be separate, with no other actors in the background.
  5. We'll hear only what fair usage allows and cut to another scene.
  6. I think JMB really came into her own in her last two years. I think getting married IRL settled her, and that allowed her to fully relax into the role of Lulu.
  7. I think this is unfair. Every attorney wants to win—they'd be useless if they didn't. Cochran might have behaved childishly, but that's not the same thing.
  8. Besides that, I also liked when Paul looked at Pip as if he were going to try to charm some info out of her and her facial expression was, "Uh-uh, don't even TRY, Mr. District Attorney." And it's good to know that Sonny is still a little scared of Pip.
  9. Carly didn't visit with Morgan for even five minutes. Not that I blame her, but what about how much she loves her kids? Hee at everyone—including Emma—telling Griffin "GO!" when he said Pip summoned him back to GH. Why is Carly acting as if Finn were the first doctor she'd ever met? Location shoot tomorrow! Uh-oh.
  10. Is this you, ulkis?— One thing the Nurses Ball continues is its proud tradition of absolutely cringe-worthy performances. Never change, GH.
  11. I see Lauren get her roots done while she was unconscious at GH. I'll have to remember to ask for that if I'm ever back in the hospital. Julian's hair is a hate crime. OMG, Griffin is Duke's son! Who knew?
  12. Same here. It helped that he had some decent writing when that relationship started. His intro was horrendous, as is so often the case on this show—I can't bear to reference it, it makes me shudder to this day—and I think he did let the praise go to his head. I also think looking to Mo as a mentor is probably a mistake. LW or MW would be better, IMO, as they consistently deliver day in and day out, no matter how crappy the writing. They each have their tics, of course, but at least they can remember all their lines and don't check out of scenes when it isn't going their way. And, of course, having Kelly Thiebaud as his deluded, cheerleading fiancée isn't helping things. It's sweet she's so supportive, but she's feeding the beast in the worst way.
  13. I really needed an unscripted "No!" from Avery when Morgan asked if she was glad to see him. The talkative twin must have been banned from the set when they don't want a reaction. Heh.
  14. It was always satin sheets back then. Stefan had black ones, which I could never square. Black, yes; satin? No way.
  15. Was Daran Norris wearing fake teeth? His mouth looked so odd. I was very distracted by that every time we saw him. Well, we got a "shit," so the censors can't be that squeamish. Besides, Liv and Peyton were fully clothed, and the point of the dance wasn't to be erotic or arousing (to Peyton, that is; if viewers found it so, that's a mileage issue), it was trigger a vision.
  16. There's something inherently warm about Heather Tom, so even though she was Sonfucker, I can't hate her as Kelly, even though Kelly was the worst a lot of the time. I don't think Clint Ritchie could have made a drunken Clint's "I just wanna dance!" line as funny as JvD did. JvD got to show a lot of Clint's dark side, and I think he excelled at that. I did love Ritchie's OG Clint, though. I think they were both right for the Clint they had.
  17. I know! I was thinking, What?! When was Kristina married? And then I remembered the horrible stuff with Trey. Lexi looks like she's still in junior high.
  18. Joss has been spending far more time with Jax than Carly recently. He needs to step things up, clearly.
  19. Sonny's guy was named Brick. I had to turn on CC to make sure it wasn't Ric. (Remember him? I don't think the show does.)
  20. I don't like current Joss so far. The way she played her scenes was way too much about her. She's not Sonny's kid, dammit! Alexis was presumptuous with Kristina, but overall I'm TeamAlexis. She didn't raise any unreasonable points, even if they were badly phrased. And she deserves two minutes to absorb everything without Kristina huffing off.
  21. Lynn Herring smartly decided it wasn't worth her while to come back to work for three days only to be reduced to a fool in her underwear.
  22. Ava, maybe Scott being your bodyguard could work if you gave it more than 8 hours. Just a suggestion. Oh, FFS. More pouty, woe-is-me Morgan. Grow UP.
  23. I'd have slept with that Elvis, too. Go, Jane! And how TFGH that too many writers can't see Tracy as anything but Luke's appendage. That applies to most of the women, who apparently aren't interesting unless they're shackled to some doofus man.
