  1. Not sure what Carrie was inferring about the book industry during their shellacking of Samantha, but plenty of people still buy and read books. Also, I feel like OG Miranda would totally listen to true crime podcasts and be deeply into it. And they could've just left the Samantha "explanation" at the conversation with Bitsy. She's in London working. The end.
  2. Willie. 💔 Who lights up and smokes in an elevator? It's 2021 not the 1950s. This is no better than the movies.
  3. A post on reddit. Said it was accidentally released on a station called Crave (? I'm not Canadian).
  4. Welp! Apparently episode 2 leaked in Canada by accident and MPK lied. Gird your loins.
  5. Beth S. was trying to make a moment with calling out Julie/RW New York in the group confessionals. No, Beth. Julie was right and you are very very wrong. lol
  6. Roku Original "Zoey's Extraordinary Christmas" Soars to #1 on The Roku Channel During Opening Weekend Woohoo! Hoping this inspires Roku Channel to pick up more ZEP.
  7. According to Michael Patrick King in this article, No one does. (thankful for that!) Curious what happens then.
  8. I think they only had like three weeks to film Zoey's Christmas.
  9. I just realized that we only got one Zoey/Max true heart song duet (not counting A Moment Like This) and that, should we get more ZEP in the future, there won't be more. ☹️ "Time After Time" is such a great song so at least they had that!
  10. "Your life shields or Jodi and Cohutta's?" That's right, Casey!
  11. Boooooo! I'd love a Battle of the Sexes season of All Stars. I also think it'd be fun to have an All Stars season with mostly (if not all) underdog cast members - no previous winners and the ones who are typically always thrown to the wolves first or seen as "weak". Give them a fair shot! Mix it up.
  12. I'm glad they showed the date on Mitch's tombstone, March 2021, as I've been curious about the show's timeline - especially once the movie was announced and it was said to center on the Clarke's first Christmas without Mitch. So in Zoeyverse, season 1 ended in March 2021 and season 2 ep 1 was six weeks later and ended two weeks before where the Christmas starts (Zoey tells Santa that "two weeks ago" her boyfriend got her musical powers). I really hope Roku decides to produce more ZEP. I was kind of bummed that the power left Max at the end. Without a season 3, we were robbed of seeing that fleshed out. But I'll take what I can get and I understand tptb wanting to offer answers and conclusions in case Zoey's Extraordinary Christmas is really the end. I'm so glad Bernadette's Deb was a part of this.
  13. I hate that they really killed off Paula. I feel like her getting her cancer back, and so aggressively, wasn't a needed plot for dRaMA. She didn't even make it to the Swan Lake performance. Honestly, I'm good with this being a one-and-done season. I hope next week they are able to conclude in a way that if it doesn't get renewed there's nothing left dangling.
  14. And Just Like That spoilers for anyone interested: They could've just left well-enough alone.
  15. Damn, Ayanna… two steps forward, ten steps back. She let the power and safety of the life shield go to her head.
  16. I'm so over Jill. Congratulations, you're gay. It's 2021. Muffin needs to drop her freeloading fake friends. Really enjoying the original music on the show.
  17. Rodney and Michelle's little handshake is really cute. He's perpetually in the Friend Zone but such a good dude. Brandon is sweet, but he's also what one could consider a Sure Thing. If Michelle has any doubts about getting a ring at the end of this, like if that is her main goal like it was for Katie, then if nothing else she can count on Brandon to deliver.
  18. People got to let the ghosting thing go. They were DMing, not dating. Joe explained what happened, he wasn't in the right frame of mind, and apologized. And most likely by the time he came around, Michelle was already off filming Matt's Bachelor season which filmed in Fall 2020, when the emotions surrounding George Floyd and BLM were still very much raw. Joe is reserved and soft spoken, the opposite of a clout chaser, so if he joined the show he clearly did it for Michelle. If nothing else, she left a strong enough impression on him in their DM exchange. Whatever fantasy Michelle had of Mr. Basketball growing up obviously wasn't enough to take him to F2.
  19. Nathan is fine. Whew. I like him and Issa together. It's chill, quiet, nice. I don't think they are going to last, though, because Lawrence is everywhere even when he isn't. I would've been fine with Issa/Lawrence but once he had a baby with Condola it was over for me. I don't want Issa to be Lawrence and Condola's baby step mom. I don't want that for her. I know it happens in life when you meet someone who has kids from a previous relationship, but this is Issa and Lawrence going back and forth for quite some time with a lot of toxicity in the mix and this situation should ultimately dead it (but most likely won't). If the show wanted me to root for Issa/Lawrence, they shouldn't have had him date and knock up a woman who was not only Issa's professional contact but someone she was becoming friends with. That connection could've continued to be great for Issa's career but the Lawrence of it all blew that up. YMMV I would love to see Daniel again. Talk about chemistry.
  20. I don't remember if Meredith and Riggs ever got to the point where they had sex or if they just made out. ??
  21. Nick isn't the first person Meredith has slept with since Derek. First was the one night stand with the doctor from the veteran hospital in season 12. Then her and Deluca during their relationship. I think Meredith and Hayes only attempted dating - and we don't know for how long - in the time between season 17 and 18, but stopped because of the stupid tptb excuse that his youngest was having anxiety over it. But now the writers have him all up in Megan's space so I guess that will conveniently be okay for his son. Whether or not people wanted to see Meredith and Hayes together, the fact remains that Krista and the writers threw away two seasons of Meredith/Hayes buildup off screen. If nothing else, it was all a waste of time. And now here's Meredith neglecting her kids to get her freak on with Minnesota. I said it a few episodes back and I stand by it: this season is boring.
  22. Daniel was handed the opportunity he's been bitching about for two seasons and he turned it down. A noble cause, family first. However, I don't ever want to hear him bitch about being looked over again because when opportunity came knocking he slammed the door.
  23. I wish the Nick theory were the case because that would be more interesting than anything else that is happening this season thus far. I need Meredith or someone - Amelia, maybe, since she frequents Minnesota - to at some point point out how much Nick looks like Derek. It's distracting. Today's episode proved that the writers value Meredith's new relationship over her being a mother. Granted, I know the kids on Grey's Anatomy are used for props and plot, but convenient that Meredith couldn't make it home to her children yet got to screw her new boy toy as a consolation prize. I'd rather she make it home in time to dance it out with her kids. Meredith's not raising her kids. Link and Amelia are.
