That's where lawyers willing to work on contingency come in (like Saul).

Well, her current everyday hair color anyway.

An ambiguity in a contract is held against the party that drafted the contract, so it's not an incentive for an insurer to invite a lawsuit that they'll lose by denying a legitimate claim.

That's a compatibility rule; it doesn't really apply if the only immediate interest by the parties is sex. And it's only a general rule of thumb anyway; people in their teens can be mature for their age and there are folks in their 30's who never really grew up. As the article noted, there was nothing illegal about the sex, so that wouldn't apply. She'd have had to be under Colorado's AOC of 17, or gone for purposes of prostitution.

It probably keeps their mouths from drying out speaking under the hot lights. And product placement isn't just for big-ticket items like cars. -
Commercials That Annoy, Irritate or Outright Enrage

Yes, but if they're going to start searing the beef, a griddle isn't the best choice, so they may need something else to finish off the patty. -

By "seared" do they mean "flame broiled"? I hear they've got tomatoes on some of their sandwiches now too. -
It looks to me like the first brother is the practical one. His has the pot that can be reused, while the second guy went with the flashy display in a cheap paper container and balloons that won't last the week.

By historical standards, an older guy and younger woman is the ideal matchup. The guy is old enough to be established in a career and able to support a family, and the woman at an age best able to produce offspring. My high school English teacher made it a point to note that Hamlet was twice as old as Ophelia.

Sheldon left home when he was 12, so that would have been an issue for doing something family-oriented. He started college when he was 11, so he must have commuted to somewhere local for a year (plus or minus a few months). The mention of cinder blocks was in regard to when Sheldon was in Germany at 15, so the family could have moved in between. Speaking of the video, would a dad who got fired for reporting rules violations be a dad who'd steal from a cash register? And, Sheldon should be smart enough to figure out that having a twin sister is not a counterargument to being adopted; it just means that the sister would have to have been adopted also.

True. She looks better in her recent Priceline ads. There have been at least a couple of episodes remarking on how Leonard is letting himself go now that he is married. The producers may have in mind that Penny would be doing the same. It has been claimed that the food is good and the cast really do eat some of it, but I think a lot depends on when a particular scene is filmed and how many prior takes there were. It's normal to shoot similar scenes together, so if there are multiple scenes in the cafeteria or dining in the living room, nobody's going to be eating by the end. -
The way he asks implies that the family has at least one other vehicle and none of the others are Subarus. Since he's given the go-ahead, is the Subaru the one that his parents would least care to see totaled? Anyways, it's nice to see a departure from the super brand loyalty that characterizes most car ads.

Companies will sometimes give customers a neighboring area code in order to balance out usage, and when I got my current phone a few years ago, I was asked if I had a preference of local area codes, so the restriction isn't as tight as you suggest. They just want to avoid having lots of people clamoring for something trendy.

Liv's super zombie strength and the chance of "raging out" would still be hazardous to Major.

Symbolically, flower = vagina, most commonly used in the context of a women giving up her virginity; can't say I've ever heard of any guy getting that kind of "hello there" before seeing this ad.

Too long for current medical technology, but not necessarily for futuristic life-support suits. Theoretically, she'd have at least an hour or two, more if the suits are also dropping the temperature, as they appeared to be, before she actually died.

The writers are free to have each episode cover as much or as little time as they want, not only overall, but in what is going on in independent arcs. If something is going noticeably slow or quick it's because the writers want to get to a particular point at the right time (e.g. Chuck's breakdown at the end of last episode). BB had episodes that were mostly filler until you got to the last few minutes, which contained the next compelling development that'd have you tuning in next time.

Wouldn't help. TV writers ignore distance unless it's a plot point. This show has had characters drop in on each other as though everything in CalTech is in one building, and has treated going between Pasadena and East Texas like it's a drive across town.

Should people with a limited oxygen supply be talking so much?

AKA Kate Micucci, the "Oates" of Garfunkel and Oates, with "Ramona" being the other half. I preferred Creepy Emily, but both were pretty one-dimensional. -
Say What?: Commercials That Made Us Scratch Our Heads

Unless they're about to reveal that their vehicles come equipped with all those new driver-assist features like auto-braking and lane warnings, I don't see the point either. -
Without the funds to buy out Chuck, Howard doesn't see any choice but to go along with what he wants. Were a new partner or investor to come along, that would change.

One possibility is to take a tip from Catfish and make Raj's relationship(s) be online with someone he never actually sees, so we don't see until the end. It would fit Raj's character to believe any excuses why his "girlfriend" can't videochat or meet up, regardless of how skeptical the others may be. This could be a recurring joke that they pay off with a breakup early on that flashes to his "ex" not being anything like their pix, although I'd hope for a happy ending eventually.

As such, it may make more sense if the show skips forward to something that just confirms that they're engaged, like an offhand comment about wedding arrangements, or somebody asking one of them when they're going to set a date. -
You also want to keep an eye out for HMM's marathons. They just had one for Columbo this past Sunday, so it'll probably be a few weeks before it's his turn again; it's Monk day this Saturday.
