  1. That gaze is so intense and piercing, I am just a teensy bit terrified.😵
  2. Wow, it looks like no one even watched this last night! I missed a lot of it, but enough to decide that Jade and her family's (mother) story line is just way too tense, depressing and dysfunctional to enjoy watching. I don't think I can watch anymore. I still don't watch Cheyenne because she has no business even being on this show. Had to laugh when shown previews of upcoming season, shows Cate & Tyler saying "we're going to see Carly"! Leah's segments were interesting because it discussed the issue with her breakup and the house situation, and her girls have grown up SO MUCH!!! If they showed anything with Amber I totally missed it.
  3. Holly's long hair is just gross, dragging on the ground like that. I guess she fancies herself a modern-day Crystal Gayle (young-uns, look her up). I feel so bad for Brandan. Hopefully he will wake up and get a real life and a real romance and kick this psycho to the curb. Hopefully he will have the RV to come back to.
  4. Well, this IS what Jeff lives for! :) I actually gave Jeff credit for planning ahead and stashing some fire-making materials "just in case". However, we find out later that Dan did the same, he just didn't make a big deal about it.
  5. I wish I had a dollar for every person watching who was thinking or said out loud "at least Jeff didn't win". Did I know that Dan was gay? Maybe, but I forgot. Cool. I want to know how Dan got out and why he didn't get in the helicopter with Waz. That primitive fire making challenge was brutal. It was hard to watch toward the end with Gary and Steven breaking down. Jeff, eh, just go home.
  6. There were so many! Besides the ones you mention, the basketball player douche couch surfer who married the twin. The a-hole who got pushy with production when they attempted to follow him into an elevator. Mia, who got arrested on her way to the honeymoon. The liar husband (was it Meka and Michael?) The mean blonde woman who one of the experts ended up marrying (John). There was a redhead who's husband set up a dating site profile just before decision day and got matched with his wife's friend. There were more, and I apologize for being so bad with names. Ah, good times, LOL!
  7. Interesting to read that viewership has increased. Sometimes I feel like it's just me and the few who post here watching.
  8. Here's the thing/beauty of MLMs - once you get enough downline, there's really nothing you need to do to keep the money rolling in, unless you choose to coach them to earn/sell more. She gets a percentage of all her downline's earnings for doing literally nothing.
  9. The article seems to be pure speculation, but I'm here for it! Interesting that it mentioned his apparent rejection by two "potential" wives, and I'm sure a search for new wives would certainly set Robyn off. I guess he needs some new material for the series to survive.
  10. My heart is broken for Matt. There was no way he could've seen that injury coming and probably no way he could've avoided it. The look on the other's faces when they realized Matt was out and Jeff was in said it all, everything everyone was thinking. It will be interesting to see how the rest plays out and I would pay-per-view to see a reunion. Is Heather the crazy one who threw her partners' stuff in the river when she tapped? I would watch just to see Bulent chew her up and spit her out.
  11. Wow. This is something that a potential mate would definitely want to know up front. I'm glad he was diagnosed and is being treated.
  12. Are all hoarders mean? It sure seems like it.
  13. I'm in a much older demographic than these people but grew up being told to "chase a man until he catches you". Not sure if women today are told that or not. But definitely I would say that people who go on reality dating/marriage shows are NEVER told to "be yourself"! First rule of reality teevee - bring the DRAMA!!!
  14. I was away on vacation and for whatever reason my dvr will NOT play back the last episode. I came here to attempt to find out what I missed, but apparently it was mostly a recap episode, am I correct? Hmm, maybe my dvr knows what's best for me, LOL!
  15. I hate to seem callous, but maybe if more of these people die it will give others a reality check that there are serious - no-turning-back consequences to getting that size.
  16. Before this latest "Where Are They Now" I do remember them breaking up on the last episode of the Couples follow-up show that I can't remember the name of. I give them credit for continuing to try, and that Laura is adorable!
  17. This 100%. I was raised strict Catholic and said about a million rosaries and guarantee that you will never, EVER walk into a Catholic church and hear this kind of rosary praying (except when TLC cameras are rolling maybe). Also, I went through the Catholic marriage annulment process. It's a long, deep dive into why you should never have been married in the first place. Mostly they concentrate on why you were unable to make the best decision for marriage and not so much what happened after the wedding, unless there was abuse which, in my case did not happen. There was no official cost, although after it was granted I did receive a letter indicating how much it cost the church to process everything and a "suggestion" as to how much should be "donated", which I ignored. I had no children from this marriage but they did mention that the annulment had no bearing on the legitimacy of children born from this union. Meisha is going to be even more disillusioned than Amanda when she meets her "love" in person. She will be turned off by his ordinariness and poverty. Amanda walks holding hands in public with Razvan as if her dead husband is going to jump out of the bushes and yell "AhA! I knew you were cheating on me!" No wonder she wants to run home so fast, she looks like she's so nervous she could puke at any instant! Jasmine is pretty smart to rent such an extravagant apartment so that Gino will HURRY UP and get her to America! Be careful what you wish for, sister! He's so creepy, I don't know how she can stand to kiss him. When she was "clawing" at his face I shivered.
  18. Harold is head-over-heels smitten! At first his date seemed homely to me but upon closeups, she seems to have a nice face and wonderfully compatible personality - a match! Fingers are crossed here. I don't like Susan at all. I am rooting for her to go home alone. Chad is reality teevee gold, I'm afraid.
  19. This man, so damaged, so sad. I know other Vietnam vets and what they went through is just unthinkable. War sucks. That parade was a little sad but a very nice gesture, and it would be nice to know that Jim at least finds himself able to enjoy other vets' company at the VFW. Sadly, he's a hoarder, always has been, always will be. I wonder if the show will ever do an episode where they come back and de-hoard a second time? I know they have done follow-up episodes, but really, we all know it's only a matter of (short) time before the city/township orders him to clean out once again.
  20. As much as I wanted to hate Steven, I get that all's fair. Maybe producer/editor shenanigans, but Steven looked like he felt bad. Gary is really impressing me with his people skills, but in the end I'm rooting for Matt to win, although I won't be mad if Gary does. I get leg cramps and felt Matt's pain, it feels like someone/thing is bending your bones in unnatural directions.
  21. I actually was surprised that this was interesting to watch and agree that the moderator was well prepared and asked good questions. Tristan (I had totally forgotten who he was) came on only to clear the air about the backlash he received for saying something about not wanting a wife with darker skin tone than his. I had forgotten about that and couldn't help but think "be careful what you wish for" because his match Mia was probably in the top two or three worst MAFS participants of all time (albeit the right skin tone)! The resulting discussion about how women are allowed to have certain physical preferences for a mate, but when men do it's frowned upon, I found eye opening - I never thought about it before. LIndsey (bad dress) actually has some good observations but her delivery turns everyone off and no one hears what she's trying to say. She reminds me of the Debbie Downer skits on SNL - no matter what question is asked of her, she turns it into an attack on someone else. I totally agree that Mark/Shark was there for all the wrong reasons - no excuse for them choosing him after applying every. single. season. Steve always seemed purposely evasive like he was hiding SOMEthing, and never really seemed that engaged in the process. I really like Mindy and wish her the best. This show felt like dessert after a very bland main course/season.
  22. Ugh, Pillow Talk is ridiculous and pointless, just STOP!!!
