"It's a moo point. It's like a cow's opinion. It doesn't matter." (My colleagues and I use this one all the time, but none of us have dared)use it in court.)
What was Barry's last name?
But this was business equipment or "tools of his trade". This wasn't a storage facility, he was intending to use it for business purposes. So he required an endorsement or rider in order for his homeowner's policy to cover it.
Thanks for the support, folks. I spent more time than ever at the grocery store this morning, and don't feel like I bought anything because I had to leave all my favourites behind. Feelin' sorry for myself now....
Ah, yes, that was always Kate's rationalization - "making memories". I'm sure all of us remember our childhoods just fine, the mundane day to day stuff as well as the big events, without it all being captured on professional video. As I often yelled at the tv "Kate, just let the kids live their G-D lives without this staged hoopla to make memories."
Yuna Kim, Sarah Hughes, Tara Lipinski, Kristi Yamaguchi, Shizuka Arakawa, Katarina Witt, Dorothy Hamill, Peggy Fleming. All perfectly healthy, productive adults. You're remembering the exception, not the rule.
How do you feel about "as per usual"?
Not to mention what I call Middle Management Myself (because having two syllables makes you more important): "Please call myself" "She met with Bob and myself." Makes me stabby.
I expect Plaintiff Byrd wasn't able to afford insurance. That was expensive equipment; even if it were in his own house, his home insurer would have required a separate, expensive rider to cover it.
Agreed, Kelly is awesome. I thought Penn was going to choke when she just went in for a kiss as if he were a regular actor, instead of a pompous ass. I couldn't care less what size she is. But her hair and outfit were horrid. She needs a stylist, not a personal trainer. Before I get slammed for being shallow - these are simple fixes that don't involve changing who she is, or investing her valuable and limited personal time to look her best. Just throw some money at the problem.
