  1. Not surprised that Tony Geary barely got a mention. So core was he to the early show that it was as though he’d never been on, with this retrospective.
  2. Don’t imagine for a moment that all of that wasn’t written for Susan to say. Part of the unscripted script.
  3. It was probably part of Monica’s contract to get on the show in the first place.
  4. As I understood it, Meri was really HIBC when she was the #1 wife and made J&C's lives miserable. Meri has been taken down a few pegs and I suspect Meri's continued cozying up to Robyn did nothing to improve the relationship between her and J&C. Meri has really not done a good job of managing her personal relationships within the family when only one of the remaining four wants anything to do with her.
  5. And failing miserably at the summoning.
  6. Agreeing with those that suggested Sobbin was just wishing to be anywhere but here. It must be hard for her to be confronted with all the BS she put up over the years and know that there is no defense for it.
  7. Drunk again. Cannot handle her liquor and has nothing else to offer.
  8. The figurines also have no thoughts of their own. She can make them into whatever she wants and they won’t counter her.
  9. Remember the line from a Charlie Brown Christmas? The one that went, Charlie Brown, you’re the only person that can take a beautiful time like Christmas and turn it in to a problem. The same could be said for this coven of women. Every one of them ruins what should be a wonderful time.
  10. Producer driven, just like grandkids who are forced to say thank you to Grandma who gave them bunny pajamas at age 10.
  11. All the older kids, particularly the ones that are already in marriages, could see without any visual assistance how badly Christine was treated. Kody did nothing to change the narrative.
  12. Maybe Kody should look up ‘projection’ in his word of the day calendar.
  13. Probably to make her appear more sympathetic. Didn’t work….
  14. Could explain why Hosanna is having nothing or almost nothing to do with the family. Maybe she faced the same crap when she was married. Pure speculation on my part.
  15. Same thing happened with Becca. Another Minnesota girl done wrong,
  16. I haven’t made it through the entire episode yet, but Olivia is right to break away from a culture that she is no longer comfortable with, with people who are unwilling and unable to accept who she has become because of the dissonance of her outlook with their dogma. Her husband rejects all that she has become and the only way to stay together is for HER to make all the changes, while he continues to be who he has been? Nope, that’s not how a relationship survives. And the convenient forgetting what happened with the music with Moriah shows she hasn’t got a clue of how to interact with people. Ethan had no reason to mis-remember some thing he witnessed between Olivia and Moriah. Moriah is a worthless piece of trash.
  17. My understanding is that all contestants have to purchase their own stuff to wear on the show. The show provides nothing. She is fine as long as she didn’t remove the tags, but why would anyone purchase a 60k dress for anything?
  18. Olivia is still trying, unsuccessfully, to get Ethan to grow up and accept responsibility. He is the one declaring he doesn’t want children with her. He is the one insisting that she has changed for the worse. Then absolutely make him step up and end the marriage. He was, is and will be a coward by letting Olivia put that stake in the ground. Take some responsibility, man.
  19. I had this on mute last night while FaceTiming with dear Hubby. I am wondering why I keep trying with this show when I barely know anyone on it. On mute, the whole ‘plot’ just looked stupid.
  20. The truly telling moment that marked the end of their marriage was Ethan saying he wanted kids, but not with Olivia. I related that concept to dear Hubby last night (he had seem a commercial for the show on another channel). He told me that Olivia should walk out after that, as it was clear, from his viewpoint that Ethan didn’t care about her. Dear Hubby saw the commercial where Olivia walks out. He said Ethan was a fool because Olivia is hot and he shouldn’t let her get away. 😂
  21. Maybe that was to protect her from any physical attacks from the others?
  22. I am reminded of the old story of the little girl who prayed relentlessly for a pony for Christmas while she was living in a city high rise. When the great day, there was no pony. Sometimes, G-d says ‘no’. Meanwhile, Kody leaving the love of his life, literally, in the dust speaks volumes about how he REALLY feels about her.
  23. Another thing that bothered me, beside the totally dry-cry during pretty much everything: neither of them went after Robyn when she walked off and both of them left her alone when it was all over. Kody just drove away from the ‘love of his life’ and she was desperate for any comfort from anyone. Deserted. That’s no way to be.
  24. Charcuterie is only a tacit admission that there is no bread in the house.
