I’m so ticked off right now-I never get to live chat because I live in WA, but I’m in Cincinnati for work this week. I was all excited to live chat only to have my stupid work dinner run late, and when I finally got back to the hotel I discovered the TV doesn’t have TLC. CURSE YOU, MARRIOTT! Sigh. I like the Anne of Green Gables saying “There’s always another bend in the road”. You just never know what’s around the next bend 🙂. As for Kody and company, I could see Meri leaving but not the others. None of them want to work, and even if they wanted to it’s not easy getting back into the job market at their age. I predict they’ll keep living large until they all go broke and end up back in one trailer with three wives. Can’t you just picture them all sitting there in their peeling faux leather recliners sniping at each other 😂

I laughed like a 12-year old when Christine was bleating on about how she couldn’t be master of her own domain if they were all in one house 😂. Editing to add—I think a couple people misunderstood, there’s a famous Seinfeld episode that gave a whole meaning to that phrase. That room actually looks like it has good bones. If she got rid of the tchotchkes and doilies and decorated it more simply it could be charming.

Not only was it much nicer, but at 11 days it was much longer, too. I recently rewatched the honeymoon episode and the wives at home were all angry and hurt. And of course Kody didn’t care, he was too busy banging Robochin and pretending to be a surfer dude. I can’t imagine how painful it must have been for the other wives to watch that episode.

I watched this a couple months ago, I agree it was fascinating. I felt so badly for the women in that cult, they are worked to the bone.

I can’t wait to see what you do with that mess, it’ll be epic! This group’s recaps are better than the show by a long shot.

My family of 5 went this past summer, two day Max passes for four adults and one child were around $1,200. That’s about $120/person per day, so it would easily be over $1,000 day in tickets alone for 9 Browns. Considering all their moving expenses and overdue taxes, wouldn’t seem like the best time to be dropping big bucks on an expensive vacation, but I guess that’s just monogamous talk. We don’t understand 🙄

I’ll have to find a good place to hide it. And when I’m done, I’m going to pitch it in one of those donation bins they have in parking lots and peal out of there!

Robyn is so phony--I don't buy that she didn't know about the "one house" idea for a second. She's talked about how she never wants to move again--if they were to build this enormous house with no resale value, it would certainly tie Kody down. On the other hand, the rendering could easily be something the show's producers commissioned so that there was something to talk about. If their ultimate goal is to build on Plague Prairie, why on earth would they buy not one but two houses in Flagstaff? And yet, if they've given up on the idea of building, then why not put the land back up for sale and get their money back out of it? Nothing these people do makes any sense! However, whether it's a manufactured idea or not, telling your family you need a way to get away from them on Xmas Eve is the height of being a douchebag. I really don't think Kody has empathy for anyone--it's all about him, all the time. Why do they put up with it? WHY????

Who could forget Kody running across the property like an Irish Setter in an Alpo commercial? Someone here made that comparison and I laughed so hard I never forgot it 😂
