  1. Jackie got the rig and is paying for gas (actually Neville) and Dan couldn't pay for her $11 breakfast? Seriously? And just because Neville has a good job and knows how to handle money, doesn't make him (or Jackie) obligated to share it with the rest of the Connors. YES! I was totally thinking that while I was watching the two of them in the kitchen reading Darlene's sticky notes.
  2. I'm not understanding the Mark not being able to go to college storyline. As much as I'm against student loan debt, taking out a loan is an option. Or why can't he just go to community college? Becky is doing it, why can't he? Supposedly, he works at Whole Foods; is he not saving money from his part time job to use towards college? I used to like Mark, but he's become insufferable (along with his sister and his mom). Obviously, he's not that smart (or the rest of the family) if they thought he could play a musical instrument for only one year and expect to get a scholarship.

  5. I'm really tired of the characters not saying anything on the other's entitlement. Why is it Ben's responsibility to pick up school supplies for Beverly Rose and another student? Becky doesn't have the rent either and he says nothing! If she was living on her own, I doubt the landlord would be shopping for tie dyes and giving her a pass on not paying the rent on the time. And Harris deciding to keep the baby, but telling Darlene and Ben that everyone should pitch in on night feedings and diaper changes. They both sit there and say nothing. Since when is it everyone else's responsibility to take care of HER baby? She's lucky her family is providing her a roof over her head and other basic needs. If Mark has a job at Whole Foods, why can't he pay for his field trip? I didn't think Darlene's house was big enough to house all these people, but then again, I didn't think Dan's house was either. I agree that Becky and BR should move back to Dan's and have Darlene and her kids should be living with her. Count me in the group that are frustrated about Jackie and her never mentioned before abortion, but Andy is still non existent.
  6. I really hate Chen and Bradford as a couple! I understand that Tim was Chen's superior so one of them had to "move." But I thought the whole point of Tim changing "jobs" was so he and Chen would be on the same schedule. Now he's going to vice and working crazy hours so what was the point? He's really going all out for Chen when just a year ago, he basically couldn't stand her. I just don't see Bradford doing all this...seems completely out of character. Count me in on the stupidity of nobody gearing up before walking into a fentanyl cookhouse. And why didn't Celina put the wet towel under the door and/or climb out the window? Nolan's house is the only place in LA with air conditioning? Just another lame excuse to stick Bailey into scenes.
  7. I haven't been paying very close attention to this season, mainly because I think it's so over the top, unrealistic and dumb. Anyway, I'm confused that Elias's kids know he keeps a cell phone in the garage, but his wife didn't seem to know/care? Where does he get all the money from to fund his killings? I think it was mentioned briefly the senator's son gave him money, but I wouldn't think it would be enough to travel around the country constantly, buying shipping containers and kill kits and also having a beautiful house in Seattle. Plus, I thought a few episodes back he was having money problems. Or am I thinking of a different character or show? Why didn't he kill the real estate agent? Also, he doesn't kill federal agents (as mentioned when the bomb exploded but JJ and Luke received a warning). How did Rossi know to go to the Pacific Northwest to look for the killer? And he's going to go door to door to a millions of houses? How does that even make sense? When did Rossi snap out of grieving about his dead wife and treating the team like crap and back to his regular Rossi self? Garcia and Tyler is so stupid! First, there is absolutely no chemistry between them whatsoever. She is beyond annoying and her clothes are completely unprofessional and way too tight. And I find it unbelievable that Garcia would put a case at risk, especially one as important as this one, just to get laid. If JJ's husband has a thyroid issue that is treatable with medication, why is he seeing an oncologist? Like everyone else, I miss Hotch, Reid and Derek!
  8. I was hoping for much better! Dania and Scott have no chemistry whatsoever so I don't buy they were married. I don't like she's engaged to a coworker in the same dept. I didn't understand how their missing son was in Vegas and they go there ...immediately from Philadelphia! Forget the clock is ticking on the abducted girl. Son was not there, but they receive a call to pay a ransom? They return to Philly and continue looking for the abducted girl. No further investigating on their son. But after they rescue the kidnapped girl, the missing son calls to be picked up in Philadelphia? No mention of the ransom? No questions like who took him? Where was he for the last 6 years, etc? No testing or fingerprinting or a medical evaluation? They acted like they just picked him up from soccer practice! This had to be the LONGEST day ever! A girl is kidnapped, found and kidnapped again. A proposal (at work...sigh). Round trip flight across the country, diffused a bomb and missing son calls the dad to pick him up. I really hope Fake Keith doesn't turn into a ripoff of documentary The Imposter. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1966604/
  9. I've only watched the first episode and I like it so far. However, I'm not looking forward to seeing Juliette Lewis...her voice grates and her "acting" is awful, IMO. I am familiar with Dorothy Stratten's story, but I didn't realize she and her horrible husband were part of Chippendales in the beginning.
  10. I thought this entire episode was awful! Every setup before the actual "emergency" seemed to go on longer than it should have and they were all pretty stupid! The incel kid was so over the top! I find it hard to believe his other roommates basically ignore his behavior because "he pays his rent and cleans up after himself." And because May was a 911 dispatcher for a year, she's now a professional hostage negotiator and more trained than Athena or Athena's boss?! Come on! I don't remember May's boyfriend from previous 911 episodes...I only remember him as Roger's son from Lethal Weapon TV show
  11. I'm enjoying this show. I like that is more realistic than other cop shows currently on the air. Richard Kind's character seemed to be more toned down (in terms of quirkiness) this week. Curious though how the young female cop managed to move to/live in Italy when she was younger considering last week she mentioned she was homeless and living on her own since she was teen. I'm also curious about Haywood and Jimmy Smit's past. I feel like they are more than boss and subordinate, but not in a romantic way. Maybe they were partners at one point or her dad knew him, etc. At this point, I think Killian subplot with his wife's restaurant is the worst part of the show. I would have much rather have the show flesh out the other major characters instead of wasting time on a minor character and her opening a restaurant drama.
  12. I thought the Becky/kinder teacher/BR plotline was horrible! I was confused as why Becky thought the teacher was man. Not just because the vast majority of kindergarten teachers are women, but I would think she would at least know the teacher's name before BR's first day. It would have been nice if Emilio was there or at least a throw away line of why he wasn't. I find it difficult to believe that BR is so much smarter than the other children or that the other children were so dumb they didn't know the difference between a cat and dog. No teacher is going to tell a non disruptive student they need to stay quiet. More times than not, the teacher will acknowledge the child's participation. ie "Let's give another student a chance to answer", etc. Finally, I get that the teacher and Darlene were classmates 40+ years ago, but how did the teacher know Becky was a related to Darlene? I assume BR has Emilio's last name and doesn't Becky go by Healey? I wouldn't recognize one person I went to elementary school with back in the 80's, let alone their siblings. No Louise again this week. I would have preferred to see her and Dan get stoned or even Dan and Harris. Seeing Dan and Jackie high without mentioning the Roseanne episode was a huge disappointment.
  13. I'm in. I liked that the cops were various ages and they looked like actual people. I'm so tired of the plastic surgery "Hollywood" looking police force who wear a ton of makeup and look barely old enough to legally drink - looking at you CSI, Rookie Feds, Quantico, Shades of Blue, etc. I could do without Detective Killian and the restaurant drama. I hate when TV spouses are completely in the dark about their own finances. If it's going to be his wife's restaurant, why can't she apply for a loan? Why can't her dad loan her the money and/or be an investor? If he's stealing the bat to show that he's dirty, I think there could have been a better way of going about it. There's always at least one person at any job who is a odd and socially awkward, and I think Richard Kind's character is that person and he's is playing it well.
  14. I always thought he seemed suspicious. Rosalind confirmed my suspicions when she slit his wrists...I thought her MO was slitting her victim's throats. Lucy has zero chemistry with everyone. She literally has the personality of a rock! I like the new rookie, and I'm glad Nolan had a plausible explanation about her "gift". Since this is TV, once she completes her training, the dept should offer/create a consulting position where her sensitivities and intuition would be more helpful in solving more extreme cases. Was there no Bailey again this week? I think it's been 2 entire episodes without a unicorn sighting!
  15. NO on the Bradford/Chen romance! Why does this show keep pushing them together?! If this show insists on having an "office romance", I would much rather have it be Bradford and Nyla together!! Thinking of Nyla, her entire storyline was beyond ridiculous! Between no one believing that she heard gun shots across the street, her going over there to investigate without a gun while in full blown labor, the criminals carrying the dead body out the front door in broad daylight, her "hiding" in 12 inches of water, delivering a baby without her or the baby making a sound, cutting the umbilical cord, and cleaning up the baby, herself, the afterbirth, etc. Considering how so over the top this plot was, I was completely surprised that Bailey didn't show up as the midwife's replacement!
  16. If this kid is going to join the military and will become a family member never to be spoken of/heard from again (ahem Jerry and Andy, etc), what was the point of this episode? The kid obviously knew Neville and Louise existed because he is still pissed that neither one of them (more so Louise it seems) came and got him when he was nine years old so it seemed weird that he didn't know/recognize them. Where is the mom? Am I the only one who thinks it's creepy that a 17 year boy was calling a 60+ year old woman hot and tried hitting on his cousin more than once. I understand he doesn't really know any of them as "family", but I would still be bothered by someone talking like that who I just met. I also thought it was really awkward how Darlene and Becky spoke to Mary's boyfriend. Thinking of Mary...was it explained why she was staying behind and didn't go with DJ? I think this episode was the most we've seen of her since the show started . Back in the Roseanne days, the kids had episodes centered around them. I wish this show would feature more storylines concerning Mary and Mark besides the constant "Mark will do anything to find a way to get into college because his family has no money to send him." Every week it's basically the same formula: Darlene being miserable and complaining about how much her life sucks, Jackie being "wacky", Becky dealing with dating or drinking or both, Dan explaining why Louise isn't around...again, Mark talking about college, and everyone complaining how they are so broke. Can't the writers think of anything different?
  17. Glad Catherine is back. She and Maxine are the only ones I can tolerate at this point. Josh would be okay if Allie was non existent. Speaking of Allie, that woman NEVER blinks! I can't concentrate on anything else when she is on the screen because I keep waiting for her to blink and it rarely happens. YES! I was so disappointed when it wasn't!
  18. I definitely like The Rookie way better! Simone is just way too over the top and her cleavage is the main character at this point! If it's going to be Simone catches the bad guys every week because she used to be a high school guidance counselor vs seasoned agents (even though most of them look under 35), then I'm out. I like James Lesure's character and Garza, and I can tolerate the former actor, but evil boss lady? No, just no! I would definitely like to see more time spent fleshing out the other supporting roles and less of Simone all together.
  19. This show is such a dumpster fire! Jackie and Neville have been together for quite some time so I find it strange that she didn't realize he cares for some pets once in a while at home. I really want Louise to be around more. I think it's time to have some Dan/Louise storylines instead of Darlene week after week after week after week.... Thinking of Darlene, I really don't know what anyone sees in her, let alone a man. She is one of the most unlikable characters on TV. She's a total stick in the mud and has the personality of a wet noodle. She literally sucks all the energy from the room as soon as she walks in and/or speaks. I feel like Sara Gilbert has no chemistry whatsoever with any of the other actors so that's not helping her character either.
  20. I'm not a huge Cobra Kai fan, but I do think the show is entertaining...until this season. It was just so ridiculous! First, with Miguel looking for his dad who happens to have a very common Mexican name. Yet he's in Mexico for 5 minutes and the second Hector Salazar he meets happens to be his father?! Come on! If his dad's name was John Smith who lived in America, I wonder how fast Miguel would be able to track him down? Regardless of Miguel finding his dad so quickly, the storyline was pointless and a total time waster. Robby basically forgetting that Johnny has been a crappy dad to him for the last 18 years and becoming BFFs with Miguel because Johnny and Carmen are having a baby was disappointing. Once again, no police are ever called and with the exception of Daniel/Amanda and Johnny/Carmen, no other parents are ever around. A bunch of kids break into the dojo in the middle of the night and start fighting, but not one parent notices their kid isn't at home? Sensei Kim was so over the top! I'm surprised she didn't have a moustache she could twirl along with an evil laugh. Kreese faking his own death. Major eye roll! The therapist never realized her badge was missing? And all Kreese has to do is put on the Doctor's coat and no one recognizes him walking right out the front door? Lame! Why doesn't anyone think it's creepy that Stingray, who is in his mid 30's, wants to be part of an under 18 karate class? If Daniel, Johnny and Miyagi-Do wanted to bring Silver down, I think it would have been a lot easier to just post a bunch of 1 star reviews of Cobra Kai on yelp.. 😂 Chozen was the highlight of the season. I'm glad he survived his "flesh wound." He, Johnny and Daniel are the only characters who are likeable at this point, IMO.
  21. All great ideas for storylines for DJ, but instead they put him in the background once every few episodes to say one line. Now he's off the show only to be replaced with cousin Oliver? What a slap in the face to MF/DJ character. There are way too many characters in the show. If they got rid of Arlo, Jackie's vet husband, Harris, etc they could concentrate more on the original cast EQUALLY. Instead, we get every episode centered around Darlene with sprinkles of Becky drama to offset how unlikeable Darlene is.
  22. I made it halfway through and turned it off. This show should have ended a few seasons ago. I guess the other grandpa is now Pop's "replacement". Unlike Pops, this grandpa is completely unlikable. Then again...so is the rest of the cast, except for the JTP. Erica, Geoff, Murray's dad, Beverly, Barry, Adam and the new baby are now all living in the house? Erica and Geoff had their own apartment last season - what happened to that? I'm sure there's going to be some issue where something gets screwed up with Adam going to NYU so he can remain at home forever too. This show is such a dumpster fire.
  23. Can I join the group? I don't like the Lucy character either. It would be fine if she left and never came back. TBH, if they didn't show her with a broken leg explaining why she wasn't going to be at work, I wouldn't have even realized she was missing. I totally forgot about her. Is JLH pregnant again because she looked like it in this episode. She needs to ditch that copper colored eyeshadow/liner - it looked absolutely horrible on her! Athena's dad probably probably put it in drive instead of reverse. I'm sure he and/or her mom are probably trapped under the debris so they'll have to cancel their cruise. If being near all the bars on the cruise is such an issue, why are they doing it? Why not take a vacation somewhere else on land? Is Hen a firefighter? I thought she was an EMT. If she's only an EMT, how can she stand in for the fire captain?
  24. This episode was awful! Just like everyone else, I'm really tired of the show being all about Owen's (and TK's) personal lives. Normally, Grace and Judd keep me watching, but their storyline was totally stupid this week too. I don't understand how two of the same shows can be so vastly different - one good and one bad...and getting worse every week.
  25. I thought this last episode was kind of rushed, but thankfully everything was wrapped up. This season with Donnelly was soooo much better than that Wheatley garbage!! I must have missed something in the last episode (or maybe this episode) that Preston Webb had gone missing. I did like the twist that Nova killed him. Curious to see where Stabler ends up next considering he can't really go undercover anymore since everyone knows who he is now.
