MSNBC: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (Vaulted)
NewDigs replied to Jaded's topic in Political Network Talk
Except that Chicago didn't shut him down. My understanding is that Trump's own people shut it down. But Trump continues to imply the city shut it down because those mean old protesters were getting pushy and violent. Riiiight... But MSNBC, and other outlets, continue to parrot the Trumpster. It's mind-boggling how so many commentators just give him a free pass! What good are these people? -
The Lonely Js Club: James, Jackson & Johannah

Oh please. She probably ran a microfiber cloth over the dash of one of their cars. -
And a dictionary.

I think it was that incident that sent Tom C. complaining to the Bravo PTB about the caliber of that season's cheftestants. It was rumored that he wanted to shut the whole thing down. Cliff was the only one disciplined and he was sent home. And like you I think others should have also been sent packing. And they were all so smug with their shaved heads, especially Elia. Ugh. Bad times. I hate even seeing a promo for Ilan. Ugh.

Thought I'd be happy with any of the four in the finale, then Jeremy was first in and I wasn't. I was pulling for Isaac but am happy to see Amar not only back from LCK but moving into the finale. And, dayum, if I didn't mist up right along with him. Every single dish looked and sounded delish. Even the odd, to me, grapes. Amar for the win! Isaac for fan fave! Though I'm not sure how Karen edged past Kwame.

I think they used to do a runway judging without the designers sitting there but then the designers were brought in for filming. But I also have to think that the judges can often tell who made what even w/o the designers' names attached. Frequently each designer has an identifiable aesthetic. And that made me wonder why the judges could not then alter their opinions to fit their fave.

Isn't Pretty Woman a great big Nike!

And it seemed like he did more than just stroll through the door, he gave a triumphant little jump behind that scrim thing and then practically acted like he had won once he stepped into the room! No mention of how he thought his ass was grass, nor an, Ooh boy that was a white-knuckle finish! Just a sense, to me of entitlement.I was pleased with the others' responses. Pleased and surprised! Guess he needs to work on that thick skin thing. And didn't he even "joke" with Kini about using him for anther win? Or something? I think it was when he was all panicky looking for extra fabric. Agree with all displeased with the gratuitous display of nudity. Made absolutely no sense, especially in the context of this challenge. We're all naked, under our clothes.

Huh. Much of that looks like my least favorite TAR teams.

eta quote Does Jinger look jealous?

I forgot about that fucking grape. Him too. And didn't know strings were pulled for Survivor participation. Didn't she annually b-day gift one of her co-Survivors with ice ceam that he had made known he didn't like? Tin ear doesn't even begin. And that's being kind. Wish I could unsee her flag-run.

Aw. I liked Col. Norm MacDonald. Gaffigan? Not so much.

I'm taking a blind guess here and going with Jinger. Bin looks really stoned is that one glassless pic. And kind of stupid in the next.

Commercials That Annoy, Irritate or Outright Enrage
NewDigs replied to Maverick's topic in Commercials
And if you have sliders always be sure they are secured with a stick! I saw a really creepy ID show about that. And color me astonished to see those UofP ads back. Guess they're counting on short memories. -
When was that picture taken? That is Derrick? Isn't it?
-
Poor Jana. Sometimes it's the pictures that make me sad. The reality. Wonder if Derrick actually ran that Kathmandu marathon or if he just bought the, really new looking, t-shirt. Sometimes, not so much...

From People: "Marjorie and I had a good time together," he tells PEOPLE in this week's issue. "We were just trying to follow God's lead on everything. She didn't feel that it was the right timing then, so we called it quits for a bit." A bit??

Who's in the treehouse? -
Bolding mine Oh dear. Are you saying...? I'm kidding! But I bet someone at the Inquisitr is frantically googling images right now.
-
That's close but I think the tea tree oil might compromise the freshly cut field of flowers smell the old shampoo had. And I noticed that the manufacturer responded to that complaint in the comments section. Here's the Herbal Essences link. Maybe you could ask them? I think the original EE is gone.

Oops. Way OT. Off to Small Talk. Sorry. eta link

Hah! I was reminded of my flax seed oil capsules. Wonder why EMS/firehouse stock great containers of whatevers.
