AMC has been truly stand-up for this show. Four seasons with such miniscule ratings.

The closer this election gets the more I tune into MSNBC - to get comforted, ha.

Well, this show has accomplished one thing in just the first two episodes - I want every single "human" involved in the running of this park to die at the hands of the suffering and exploited androids. If that's their intent for the audience they have succeeded admirably.

My station aired the debate, which started at 6 and was finished by 8 pm. Then they were supposed to air Poldark at 9 and Indian Summers at 10. But they didn't. I am in California so I am guessing our programming was pre-empted because of the Eastern time zone.

I am confused. My PBS station has not aired either Poldark or Indian Summers tonight. Instead they are airing an episode of Sherlock Holmes and "The Lady Vanishes".

I am currently watching the third season of this - the one with Ciaran Hinds, speaking of him - I had a rather shocking surprise regarding his character last night at the end. I was happy to see it has been renewed for a fourth season. I had a hard time finding this thread - this series is not part of "Masterpiece".

Another fun episode. Ted Levine as the old security guard, I am glad he got away. I watch most TV time delayed but I have been making sure I watch this show at 8 pm on Wednesday. Don't cancel this show, Fox....

Jake Tapper said Pence was "smooth" and won the debate. I think Pence is getting ready to run in 2020. And I am certainly going to remember that in addition to his view on abortion, Pence believes gay men should undergo "conversion therapy" and lesbian women should not be allowed to adopt children. I wish that would have been brought up in this debate.

Yes, it was very funny to see sentient beings repeatedly violated and tortured. Only not so much. And when it wasn't show casing its sadism it was pretentious and derivative - these themes have been explored to better effect in movies and books before.

Boy, it breaks my heart watching Francis knowing his death is coming. The actor is really good. I realize Francis has to die for Elizabeth to marry George - but it's hard. I can't remember whether I disliked Robin Ellis' version as much at this point. Ross coming on to the vulnerable Elizabeth is douchy - and poor Demelza.

I didn't care for it very much. It's very cold and sterile, devoid of humor. There is not a single human character to care or root for. Obviously, I am rooting for the Androids. I will stick with it for a while - largely in the hope that somebody will kill Ed Harris' character. But what turned me off the most is the inherent sadism of the whole thing.

Can somebody tell me whether Julian really tried to kill his wife? And if yes, why? He seems to be genuinely in love with her. I am assuming I am supposed to root for Sonny over Julian but the actor playing Sonny mumbles a lot and has this dead eyed stare and I can't help preferring the actor who plays Julian.

No second episode let-down for me. I'll admit I got a bit verklempt when Riggs shifted the photo of his wife to the window "for her to look out". And when Murtaugh covered the sleeping Riggs with a towel. This Riggs is reckless but he has a sweetness to him Gibson's version never had.

I always thought a big reason Caroline is such a beloved character was the actor playing her back then - who gave her such wit and vivaciousness. The new actor is off to a promising start, but the jury is still out for me. IMO she has big shoes to fill and if her Caroline is coming across like a whore to the current audience she is not doing it right. She is not coming across that way to me but I am so familiar with these characters that this influences how I look at everybody on this show. I am not capable of a "new" and un-biased reaction to the characters.

Wolf Blitzer was going on how Trump has better "trust worthy" numbers than Clinton. Something is very wrong when a con man who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, and who has been using the system his entire life - "the ultimate outsider" what a crock! is considered more honest than a woman who has been in public service her entire adult life.

Isn't there supposed to be a moderator in this debate?

And enter Caroline, one of my favorite characters. So far they are getting her frivolous mask right. This episode reminded me why Ross makes me eye roll a lot of the time. If you get yourself executed because of self-righteousness and pride, what good are you then to the people around you? He is just helping George along and has all the common sense of a turnip. But then in general the women in this universe are smarter than the men.

Shakes head. CNN is trying to get Trump elected, aren't they. Makes me sick to my stomach.

One of the biggest flaws of this show for me is while it looks gorgeous some of the acting is awful. Not Ralphie and his Pseudo Mommie, those two are played by skilled actors. But the guy who plays Aafrin isn't any good and especially in contrast to the actor playing his father.

You may be out of luck because I think this is the actor's accent - which I don't find unattractive.

That was a lot better than I thought it was going to be. The leads have charisma and chemistry with each other. I always enjoyed the movies until Mel Gibson revealed himself as a a bigoted ass. So if Fox keeps this show around for a while I can enjoy this universe again.

Nods. If this con man and fascist gets elected I will blame the mainstream media at least in part. If they hadn't given him the podium every time he farts out another disgusting lie, and made a mountain out of a mole hill of Clinton's missteps along the way.... I expect this from Fox but CNN and MSNBC have been helping Trump along almost as much while whoring for ratings.
