  1. Is it possible that Georgia didn't actually smother Tom? We didn't actually see her put the pillow over his face. Her back hid most of what was going on from Austin in the cabinet where he was hiding. The only thing that blows this theory though are her tears as she was next to Tom. And I guess there had to be some evidence for her to be arrested. So... heck... I don't know! It seems way too much though and definitely character assassination. How do they bring her back from this?
  2. Isn't it a put down to say that Nicole slept with all the doctors in the hospital where she works? That's also slander and could be very damaging. Larsa said this and it IS fair for Nicole to have clapped back at her. In my opinion of course...
  3. I agree with your entire post @Pattycake2. I was shocked Alex won the first round with ice cream. I think Lasheeda was robbed, just on presentation alone. For the second round, Alex's cake looked like something a five-year old would frost. I guess it must've tasted really good. On another note, I saw more scenes with Alex's bandaged finger. She must've cut it super bad several episodes back for it not to be healed yet.
  4. 3. And choose plates that don't enhance what's placed on them? Isn't plating and presentation part of the judging?
  5. Enjoying this show, with the exception of Tiffany - I just can't like her no matter how I try. I so wish I knew this had been filmed on the Redondo Beach pier. I'm just about 20 miles from there and would have LOVED to have watched them film! Years ago I worked for a property management company who had the leasehold for that area of the pier and I definitely would've known and been there. DRATS!
  6. Oh yes... that was a shocker. Daniel and Carolina walked in so smugly, with such an air of entitlement. On the episodes prior to her leaving, Carolina's gaslighting of Dion was disgusting. It got to where I could not stand the sound of her whiney voice. It's like nails on a chalkboard.
  7. @Kareem... I'm planning on watching the other seasons also. It's a good escape from our crazy, sad world. Any seasons you recommend I watch first?
  8. I too have binged Season 9. I could not stop watching because it's so so crazy, wild GOOD! I think interested has waned since the season isn't on Lifetime anymore. I'm fine with commenting on any episodes, but that's just me.
  9. Thank you so much for this. I'm having a heart wrenching week and I need the distraction of this show.
  10. Well I guess I'm screwed. Thanks Lifetime for hooking me and then wanting me to pay. Scabbers!
  11. Agree with you @rlc about Jessica's behavior and her changing hair length. She almost looks like a different person when she isn't in make up with the clip in (I'm assuming) hair extensions. I really don't see what Daniel did to make her turn on him so quickly and start calling him names, especially to the other couples. I liked that Dominica called her out. Gotta get the drama started somehow. Kate... does she even have a personality? All I see is a blank expression and no life in her at all. What is there for Matthew to be so gaga over her? Just not seeing it. As for the others... Al and Samantha are pretty cute together. Selin is so much work and not worth it at all. Cracks are appearing in the already fragile Selina and Cody relationship. Scripted or not... I'm enjoying this version of MAFS.
  12. Really glad this show is back. It’s happy and light and more relaxed than most cooking competition shows. Alex is not so IGAC and is just Alex, which is a huge bonus. I like too that the chefs aren’t Food Network stars and are just regular people. Looking forward to more episodes.
  13. Katina reminds me so much of Eva Mendes. Does anyone else think Alyssa and Chris look like they could be brother and sister? Their facial features are so similar. Yeah... the superficial is all I have right now. This season looks like a train wreck waiting to happen. 😐
  14. Filming took place in April-May 2021. I'm curious as to why there are two ladies from every franchise except for Beverly Hills.
  15. The new set is really not that different. I did notice the wider aisles though especially along the back wall where the dairy and meat sections are located. There was a lot of space before the inner aisles start, which maybe helps with filming? I never noticed the judges table moving either so thanks for that tidbit @Yeah No. I did see they what looks like computer screens or monitors now on the judges desk and I assume this is to watch cooking. I have always wondered how they keep the chefs from hearing what the judges say when Guy asks, is anyone safe, etc. It looks like they all go off to the other end of the store to their stations, but surely they can hear what's said. They must move them off set and we just don't see that?
  16. Did Guy really need a bigger space for Flavortown Market? I'm wondering what's up with that move.
  17. Come on Bridget.... do it for US! We need the inside scoop! 😉
  18. Yes, this is who she resembles! I was wracking my brain thinking she was a blonde version of an actress, but couldn't place who. I do like her and wouldn't mind her on the show. Especially with her connection to Whitney... and that sticking in Lisa's craw!
  19. Yes! I was irritated with Darvil at first, thinking he was going to be one of "those" contestants who is a know it all, not listening to their partner. Surprisingly Darvil got over himself and became a much better partner. Lindsey spoke up and was great at providing food. They ended up being a great team with really high PSRs.
  20. Another garage and backyard make-over and also changing the exterior color. I think they could have scheduled differently so as not to have had two such similar episodes in a row. At least this renovation also included a storage shed for all that garage stuff that can no longer be stored. Josh Groban seemed very genuine.
  21. The first game was no produce, but John Conley used fresh fingerling potatoes. I think one of the other chefs used what looked like baby onions in a mesh bag. Dominca used frozen potatoes, saying she couldn't use fresh. I'm confused...
  22. I think Brett looks like a cross of Toni Collette and Julia Roberts. Ryan has very shifty eyes. Not sure if that's due to nerves or maybe anxiety. I agree with who said he has a whole lot of sad going on. Rachel's friend... wow... harsh! What if it's Rachel who doesn't like the husband (Jose?) at the altar? What if she wants to turn and walk away? With that friend, you don't need enemies! That bouquet was way. way too big for Bao. It completely overwhelmed her, though it would have been better had she held it down at waist level. I'm not sure why brides hold them up so high and hide the front of their dresses. Bao was stunning though... just perfect. That sparkly cape was gorgeous. She and Johnny did seem to relax when they realized they knew each other. I have hope for this couple!
  23. It was a nice make-over, but I just kept wondering where the family would store everything that was in the garage. No way was the closet in the living area big enough to store all the tubs they had, plus bikes, etc. Does anyone else fast forward through all the over explaining the brothers do in every episode?
  24. Yes... I didn't notice it at the beginning of the show, but it was really obvious at the end during the reveal. It almost looked to me like a scrape or divot out of her nose.
  25. I agree that they should announce the celebrity's name before the contestants come out. It's all so anticlimactic... And do they really even go on a date? I have my doubts.
