I have been have on the Duggar forums for many years. Here are some tweets from someone who I've been following for a long time on Twitter. It was so interesting to me to see the reactions to this documentary from someone I "know" who hasn't heard of it at all. (I tried blocking out anything political)

The husband has yin sanpaku eyes! (I recently fell down the "sanpaku eyes" rabbit hole, and now I notice them everywhere!) π The theory (superstition?) is: Yin sanpaku. Are likely to put themselves in dangerous situations that may end tragically. Marilyn Monroe, President Kennedy, and Princess Diana all had this type. Yang sanpaku. Are likely violent, full of rage, or elicit psychopathic tendencies. Charles Manson is the most infamous one. (I don't know why I felt compelled to share this) π The end π

I was thinking that maybe the fiance had religious objections to how Midge was famous for having such a "dirty" act. I know very relgious people who consider even listening to off-color jokes a sin. (not me..I swear like a sailor) π

I'm sure they don't buy the stuff when it's "full thrift store" price..they probably wait until it's put on sale. That's when the thrift stores offer anything nobody has wanted to buy in a certain time frame dirt cheap. That's why they have color coded price tags, so they know how long it's been sitting unsold. (so it's clothes that are way out of fashion, stretched out, worn out and so cruddy nobody else wanted to buy it.) Source: having a husband who will never pay "full thrift store price", but always waits until everything crappy is put on sale, and drags it all home.π

I recently got hooked on YouTube videos of people making Catios. π I especially like watching the first time their kitties try them. I've always had cats in my life that were in and out of the house all day. Now I have 2 indoor cats and I feel bad for that they've never experienced the outdoors. But I don't want them catching anything, and I don't want them to be the catchees (I have huge hawks in my backyard.) I'm thinking of making a catio for them. π

Thanks for that rabbit hole! π (Seriously, though, I love accents and language)

Is it right after the ceremony though? Seems to me that Chris had a buzz on, so maybe they wait until after the reception to ask them. You know, when your inhibitions are down... PS my daughter watches this show with me. She says I always think everyone on the show is drunk (because I don't drink at all.) Maybe she's right, and he wasn't. π

That's so cute! On a side note about cats, remember when I adopted those 3 cats back in August when their owner died? Having gone from having no cats to having three all at once put a huge strain on my relationship with my husband. He was not happy I took in 3 cats without even consulting with him first. (oh well π π) But anyway, I've had the youngest one on a wait list for a no kill shelter ever since September, and they finally had a spot open up for him last month... and he just got adopted! I am so freaking happy. Jellybean looks so happy in his new home! Now we're down to "only" two cats, and my husband has calmed down about it all. He's even been feeding them, and letting them sit on his lap while he watches TV. We kept the two oldest ones because they get along so well, and we figured the one year old would be more adoptable. I'm so happy it worked out for all concerned. π PS the adopter changed Jellybean's name to Jell E. Bean. π

Christine Brown Woolley: Nacho Sister Wife Anymore
ChiCricket replied to Rhondinella's topic in Sister Wives
But that's assuming their mom was amazing and loving to them all (and I'm not saying she wasn't, I don't know them.) Tbf, I'm basing this on my sister. She got married at age 55 to a widower she met on eHarmony. He has 6 grown kids, and every single one of them were thrilled for their dad, because their mom was a controlling, mean, rageful wife and mother. Not saying that's true in this case.. but we don't really know that the kids are upset that he is happy with Christine. Or maybe the late wife was great, but they're happy their dad isn't lonely anymore. Just a thought. Β―\_(γ)_/Β― -
I only found this: (but it's from Jan. 7, 2022) " Variety recently announced that Amazon Studios is producing a docuseries on the religious organization that counts the Duggars among its members, as well as other reality-TV families, like the Plaths ("Welcome to Plathville") and Bates ("Bringing Up Bates"). The series, which will debut in late 2022 or 2023, promises to do for the Duggars' church what "LuLaRich" did for the LuLaRoe multilevel marketing company: expose the shadier side of a seemingly wholesome lifestyle." https://www.thelist.com/719485/this-new-amazon-documentary-could-be-the-lularich-of-the-duggar-family/

ChiCricket replied to Rhondinella's topic in Sister Wives
More: "David is from San Diego, California, and is the owner of his own construction business, David Woolley Drywall. The U.S. Sun has learned that David is a widower and father of eight children. Christine has six children, whom she shares with ex-husband Kody Brown: Aspyn, 27; Mykelti, 26; Paedon, 24; Gwendlyn, 21; Ysabel, 19; and Truely, 12. Like Christine, he is also a grandparent. "I love being a grandpa," he recently gushed on his Instagram." -

Should I be embarrassed to admit that I was married (and pregnant) before I figured out that Washington State, and Washington DC were two different places? π π Also, in case anyone needs: You can get 4 more free covid tests starting today. (It also said to check your previous tests expiration dates.. but not to automatically toss expired ones, because the dates on some have been extended .) https://www.covid.gov/tests Love to you all.. posters and lurkers alike π

If I found the correct property, it was built in1850! So, 171 years old? π€ My house is 95 years old, and when we bought it the electric wires were kind of paper-clothish covered...When we started replacing the wiring( after some problems) the electrician was amazed it had never caught fire. π But, everything else has stood up very well. Houses used to be built really well back then. So maybe the "bones" of their house are OK, and just needs cosmetic upgrades.

Soon she'll look like Turner of Big Brother. (well hopefully without the mustache) π (it's ugly on him too)

I think it can run in families? My daughter and both had it in both wrists. Yes, we both did/do jobs using computers, but werent on a keyboard for extended periods. Just a few minutes here and there. We both just have really skinny wrists, so less room for the median nerve to run through, and it gets inflamed easier (or something like that, I'm not a doctor, and this years and YEARS ago.) But all that blathering above was to give you the same advice I gave my daughter.. RUN , don't WALK, and get a carpal tunnel surgery evaluation if you can! (remember this is just my personal experience, I don't want anyone to take medical advice from me! Ask your doctor!!!) The reason I told her "just go get the surgery, was that I suffered with both wrists for a couple of years. The pain used to wake me up at night and then I couldn't get back to sleep. I even got severe depression because of the pain. π I tried everything the doctors told me to (wearing wrist-braces,taking NSAIDS and using ice-packs. I even got so desperate I let them give me injections of cortisone in my wrists.(those hurt like a SOB) π None of that *carp* worked much at all. Finally, I was referred to a hand surgeon, and got one wrist done... after a few weeks recovery... HALLELUJAH.. the pain was gone, gone.. GONE!! I got the second one done a month later.. and same wonderful results (after the recovery time. ) I told my daughter that I wished I had gotten the surgeries way, way sooner than I did. Years of hurting for no dang reason. She had already tried the same stuff I had been told to try, and no relief for her either. After I talked to her, she also got a referral to a surgeon and got BOTH wrists done at once (she's nuts, she had to have her husband wipe her booty for her afterward. (tmi?) π But again, after the recuperating time, she also has been completely free from pain ever since. So talk to your doctor and see if surgery is an option for you. BTW, we both had open surgery years and years ago. I think they can do it by endoscopy now, so even less recovery time. The end π

I'd also like to thank all you live feed posters. I love to read posts about the feeds, but trying to actually watch even a little bit of the feeds make my teeth itch. π I especially like the posts that describe the day to day minutia of the HG lives. I also appreciate the posts that have me thinking of other points of view. I may not agree with them, but I like to hear differing (respectful) opinions. But most of all I love the posts that make me laugh my ass off. Thank you all. π€<<-- can't deleteπ

How about just plain old Big Brother History? π€

Ha! I got sent that book for free, because they used a (stupid) quote I made in the "Married At First Sight" forums, and they mentioned my real name in the dedications. π π π To keep it on topic, I really enjoy all of everyone's posts here about the live feeds, so thanks everyone :)
