And I consider myself fairly informed on technology, but dog-forbid they have someone on the jury like my technophobe sister. She's just a lowly female, after all. 🙄 It made me flashback to watching TLCs "My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding" series and how, after the (very young) daughter was married off, she was then considered now be totally "of the groom's family" , and they didn't really interact with their own daughter anymore. It was like she wasn't their "problem" now. Maybe it's like that with Anna's family? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (why yes, I watched that show too... I love train-wreck TV) Sorry, I kind of wandered off there. 😁 Ps The Learning Channel did teach me *one* thing...that the words "Gypsy & Gyp" are considered racial slurs now. The correct terms are Romany and/or Travelers.

Also happy belated Thanksgiving to everyone💕 I had ours here and it exhausted me, even though my kids and grands helped out a lot. I just am really out of practice at being social, I guess. 🙃 Also Happy 1st day of Hanukkah to anyone who celebrates it. I can't believe I remembered to call my daughter and her family in NM on the first day (for once.) Especially since it came so early this year. At least I still have 7 more days to get a gift to my grands. I just don't know what to give them! The 5 of them are staying on their land in a small camper while their house is being renovated, and there is not an inch to spare for anything. Ps any other old geezers here hate having to choose a new Medicare plan? I always feel like I'm choosing the wrong one.ugh😂

I found out yesterday that my Marine son is NOT planning on getting his four kids vaccinated...wtf! 😭 They were transferred from Germany to f'ing Florida for Pete's sake. (they are ages 5,7,9, & 11 years old) The whole family is upset that they're not. I don't think we are going to do the holidays together because of this (dog forbid one of us gives one of them covid..we'd never forgive ourselves.) He and his wife are vaccinated..only because he's in the military, and had to, and her parents talked her into doing it when she was visiting (in between Germany and moving to Florida.) My son was actually upset she got it.😡 I know there's nothing I can do about it..not my circus, not my monkeys.💔 (thanks for letting me vent.) Ps on a lighter note...for whoever it concerns:
