Well, one of the sisters I bought 23and me tests for got her test results today. Turns out Lucy is also my HALF sister.😭 But she and my sister Alison are FULL sisters and they are 4 years apart, so it wasn't just a "fling" that my mom had. 😱 They've both already been in contact with their sister and her daughter, and they want to get together. All of the parents involved have died, so they're not going to hurt anyone. (I hope)

I had tinnitus and dizziness last year when I unexpectedly had to stop an anxiety medicine I had taken every day for years. I had gotten a new Psychiatrist because my old one retired...and six months after I started with him he lost his licence for over prescribing controlled substances (to other people, not me!) So, I had no doctor to prescribe it when I ran out. As soon as I found a new psychiatrist that: 1.took my insurance and 2. was taking new patients He immediately got me back on the anxiety meds, and in about a week, the ringing and dizziness stopped. I feel for anyone that has it...it was awful.

Here's my two granddaughters who actually live in the city of Chicago. They're shoveling out two spots for their parent's cars. They have their items all ready to "dibs" the parking spots😁 After they finished, they shoveled out spots and sidewalks for their elderly neighbors too.💕 (and they were adamant about not taking any payment for it.)

The view from my living room window (and it's still snowing.) I'm enjoying it, because we don't have to go anywhere in it!😁 (I'm surprised my bushes can hold all that snow)

If you are L----'s daughter, she’s interested in connecting with your mom to see if she knows anything about why the results came out the way they did. Wow. I just caught up on reading here..and WOW... @QuinnInND , I agree with everyone else...it's YOUR decision to make..on ALL of it. Now here's MY dilemma... My sister Alison just asked me today if I would reach out to her newly found ½ sister (she's scared to do it herself.) Should I do it? Keep my nose out of it? I don't want her sister or MY sister to be upset. Her sister and her daughter both did 23andMe tests,though, and opted to share their results publicly ( that's how they both showed up in Alison's results.) But neither one of them has been on the 23andMe site in the last 6 months....I did however, find them both on Facebook... I don't know what to do!😭

I can imagine that’s a shock! What does your sister think of this revelation? Where does your sister fall in the birth order? I'm am the 5th child out of 7..she is the 6th (and we are only 10 months apart!) Plus, my sister Alison's chart updated itself more today, and my sister Alison has a ½ sister!!!! Not one of us knew of her...at ALL.😭 (guessing this sister was from my (beloved) dad messing around 😭...because I was born in May of 1952 , my (now ½) sister Alison was born February 22 1953, and Alison's ½ sister was born in November of 1952..so she couldnt be a baby my mom gave up for adoption, right?! I mean as in physically impossible? (I'm probably am not making sense...) Tell me if you think I have this wrong, please. Ps now my brother's chart is updating (the brother I just found out last year was my ½ brother)...And keeps timing out.. It now tells us to check back again tomorrow (everyone in the know in our family is sharing all sign in info for everyone who got tested.) Either too many of us on the sites gawking all at once, or their computers have shorted out from all of our family mayhem, and they can't compute! 😂

My family update (skip if not interested) Welp..I gave my 3 remaining sisters 23andme DNA kits for Christmas... And my sister Alison's results just arrived... And she is my ½ sister!! WTHeck was my mom DOING back in the day?! 😭 I'm so traumatized right now..I just got used to one of my brothers having a different dad! (And it looks like my ½ brother's Dad is not my ½ sister's dad!!!!!!) My head is spinning! Looks like my "prim and proper" mother...wasn't😂

For once, I'm glad I'm old and retired, and there's nobody that can tell me to go to bed! My husband went to bed hours ago...sweet little old geezer.💕 (he's 5 years older than me, that's why he's a geezer, and I'm not)😁

I just have to say, not everyone is a dog person. And just like being a parent, I think all of the people who live in the home should agree on getting a dog before they get one. Dogs are loving, emotional beings and it's so bad when people just decide they dont want them anymore. That's how we ended up with our chihuahua, Paloma Azul ( Blue Dove in English) Her people had their first baby, and then they didn't want her anymore. After years of treating her like their baby, and spoiling the heck out of her, they literally locked her in a spare closet. They never let her out of it.😭 She had to pee,poop, eat and sleep in that closet for almost TWO YEARS! (they didn't want her around "the baby.") They never let her out, just changed the newspapers they put in there when they got soiled. If I thought hell existed, that's where they should end up. 😡 Sooo we've had her about 10 years..and she loves everyone in my family. She is always glued to my husband's side...she loves him so much. He won't admit it, but he loves her too. (He mixes up special food for her everyday, and then warms it up for her in the microwave) Here is the kicker...She hates my guts, and has never let me touch her without trying to bite my fingers off! She's been this way since the day we got her, and we don't know why. I have been (and still am) very nice to her...always. I've done everything our vet and a dog trainer said to try, and she still loathes me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Ps her original name was Azul (blue) I don't know why they named her that. When my husband met her, he said he thought she looked more like a Paloma (dove)🤔 and that name stuck. Then we made her original name her middle name. I always give my pets middle names...just me? 😁 Pps I want a kitty (maybe two!) but my husband wants to wait until Paloma dies first. (She'll probably outlive me on purpose, so she can have my husband to herself!)😂 OH! And that's my sister holding her in this picture..I could never dare to hold her. I need all my digits.🙃 (my sister was about to cut her nails for me)💗

How about "fink? That's the one word we could get away with calling our siblings by in my family.🤣 I almost peed my pants last night when some numbnut set off a ¼ stick of dynamite!

@zoomama I'm sending good vibes to you and your husband @Mindthinkr, It was @iwantcookies birthday...not mine 😊 Now here's something dumb I did last night....I turned off my TV in my bedroom, and sleepily thought I laid the remote onto my bedside table. Then I promptly fell asleep. When I woke up this morning, I saw that I had actually placed it into a full glass of water I had there!! So that remote was soaking in that water for about 7 hours!🙄 Yes, I put it in rice, but in the meantime, I found a firestick remote app that's working just fine, so far. But boy ...do I ever feel stupid. 🤣. 💤
