I looked around and found an article. The pic she posted a while back of the two dogs curled up on the porch looking cold is what it's about. No actual charges, just people accusing her.

 I was reading the comments on the real Barb's Instagram a couple days ago and there were some comments made by people claiming to live near Jenelle. According to the comments, UBT loves his cocaine and has been buying it from a local dealer. The person said he was buying pot from the same dealer for Jenelle while she was pregnant. Another commenter claimed Jenelle has been at a bar with Tori getting hammered several times since Endtable was born. Like dancing on the bar simulating oral sex hammered. More than one person said UBT is a major cokehead and that it was fairly common knowledge around there.

It no longer surprises me the things we hear or read about Jenelle's boyfriends. They all have one thing in common: they ended up with Jenelle. That simply means they are demented somehow and it seems alcohol, drugs, and/or DV is the common denominator with all these guys. It is the magnet called Jenelle that seems to attract these kind.

Yep. Like attracts like. No man with redeeming qualities and/or moral standards would spend 30 seconds with Jenelle. Every loser she's been with is there for only one thing. Money and someone to support them.

We know anyone can post anything on the internet. But, let's pretend that the claims of UBT's love of blow and Jenelle's love of weed and partying are true and Barb was able to substantiate  it. Nathan and Jenelle's custody agreement stipulated drug tests that neither of them has complied with. Jenelle is so desperate to dump Kaiser when she can, she doesn't give a shit and Nathan doesn't have the desire to do anything, either. Nathan also accused of Jenelle of smoking pot while pregnant at the reunion. I tend to believe him. If (and I know it's a big if) Barb was able to come up with some sort of evidence of drug use, she could surely ask for the same thing as a stipulation of Jace's visitation with the swamp things if it's going to continue. I don't do Instagram but I assume you're notified when someone comments on a pic you posted. If that's the case, Barb read the same things I did.

Any documented evidence of Jenelle's/UBT's drug use, Jenelle being caught in the act of being totally hammered in public or any other occasion of them being arrested again would be so helpful to Barb in regard to her upcoming custody case hearing. She should hire a PI to get the goods on them and then make sure it's admissible in court. I don't know why she hasn't thought of that. At the very least you'd think her lawyer would have suggested that as a plan of action.

Because Jenelle has been to rehab and her previous drug use has been documented, couldn't Barb's lawyer ask for drug testing? After all, relapses are fairly common with people struggling with addiction.

I hope she would do this. It would be the cherry on top to find out Barb had Jenelle followed. 

However, I don't see Barb going that far because she would suffer the wrath of Jenelle. When Barb had the chance to have Jenelle charged with taking Jace from her without her permission while in L.A., Barb refused to do it. She is of the belief or chooses to act as if it is the guy in Jenelle's life who is at fault, not Jenelle.  Jenelle dumps on Barb and throws shit at her constantly, blaming her for shit she is not responsible for. Imagine if it came out Barb had her daughter followed and videotaped by a P.I.? Oy.  Jenelle would go ballistic.

One of the things that really pissed me off about the LA trip was how Barb only wanted Dave charged for taking Jace, but not Jenelle. I don't recall seeing Dave hold a gun to Jenelle's head and tell her to toss the kid in the van. Jenelle's boyfriends take their cues from HER. Their opinions on Barb are based on the stories SHE tells THEM. Barb just won't admit that her daughter is a useless piece of shit who will never change.

ya know I can understand that Babs doesn't want to bring the law down on her child but the more important issue is her son Jace. I've been in Babs shoes and it sucked to be hard on my kid after blaming her loser ex and handing over many thousands and being put through the emotional wringer. I had to allow her to hate me so she took responsibility for her actions. She finally got a job so I'm sure Nana's daycare will be open all summer but it's  better than having to pay for her to live. I paid for a wedding for 250 and the divorce and bankruptcy and everything in between. Then she stole Rx right off my nightstand and I had to blow her up. I'd rather have a mad kid than a dead kid. Sorry I'm still smarting over that clusterfuck.

Yes unfortunately Babs has blinders on when it comes to Jenelle. She's ready to blame the latest loser boyfriend but not Jenelle. You'd think she'd go all out when the issue of Jace's custody hangs in the balance.  Once the judge rules, that's it. You don't get a do over.

That's the way to do it.  If you don't, you sucked dry and you lose your mind. It pains me at times to watch parents get swallowed in that deep, dark hole of denial. More often, it pisses me off because the enabling only makes it worse for themselves. 

Yes, tough love is what needs to happen to Jenelle. I am just not sure it would be enough for her to "get it". She is mentally off her rocker, and I don't mean to post that in such a crass way because mental disease is a disease and people can't help how their mind works. What kills me though about Jenelle is, she is fully aware she has mental issues. She just refuses to care for herself the way she should. She then treats her children like shit and has no care about what they are going through. That is why I no longer have sympathy for her.

I think it definitely does. Many people on here have said Barb is just as addicted to the fighting and drama as Jenelle. It's like they don't know any different so normalcy feels weird to them.

On twitter Jenelle claimed it was hisnoher sister. I'll see if I can find it again.

Yep! UBT took over all communication with Nathan because Jenelle told him Nathan was still hot for her skanky ass. Now, it's Jenelle's turn to play along with the ex UBT beat the shit out of. 

I hate that all of this is being played out on social media. But,  it could possibly help Barb's case for keeping Jace out of the swamp.
