Part 2 of the reunion was a mess. I can see what attracted Yandy and Mendeecees to one another. She's just as shiesty and shady as he is. And they both have interesting definitions of the word "truth".

It was cool of Cardi to apologize to Asia but I am over her and Hennessy being jump-a-hoes. In fact, I'm pretty much over Hennessy period and the show needs to realize that she's never going to happen.

The less said about Tara/Peter/Aminah the better. I was really hoping Mona had buried this beyond tired love triangle. 

I like Bianca but she played herself this season and no amount of money throwing or audience cheering is going to save her. Hopefully, she has a better storyline next season that puts her in a more favorable light. 

Self is a clown. Rich is a clown. And Cisco is moving very close into clown territory himself.

Mariah Lynn...girl, stop.

I loved the black card that came on after Yandy repeatedly said she didn't know the people who attacked Samantha: "After some investigating, the producers discovered that Yandy IS connected with the people who bumrushed the stage and is, indeed, a lying liar who lies."

That coupled with the video of Yandy giving Kimbella directions to the party after vehemently denying she had nothing to do with it.  The best part was the look on her face when the host said production had her on tape. Lmao!

She absolutely knew who they were. My husband grew up in the same projects as Yandy (Grant in West Harlem) and though he doesn’t know her well, when she first started appearing on L&HH he remembered seeing her in passing around the ‘hood. But he DOES know Keisha (the girl that charged the stage, he didn’t know the guy). He called her by name immediately as security was hauling her out of there. Several of his friends know her too. Her and Yandy are childhood besties, and IIRC, Keisha was in Yandy’s “wedding” special helping her pick out a dress. So for her to accidentally call her out by name and then immediately deny that she didn’t know who they were was complete BS, and the black card confirmed it.  Like someone said above, I don’t know who Yandy pissed off in production because ALL of her dirty laundry is coming out in the rinse, and she is the worst liar I have ever seen. She had always been showcased as the golden child above all the drama with the great career and the loving husband, etc. This year? Not so much.

As for the rest…

Kimbella/Juelz: Yawn. The only thing I have to say about them is that Kim girl…a little goes a long way in terms of makeup and wardrobe. It’s time to hang up that extra tight video vixen stripper wear. I honestly think she is super pretty but she constantly looks about two threads from bursting out of her clothes. I think flowy boho-chic type of clothes would look amazing on her. And I know they layer on twice the makeup for TV but she’s looked embalmed throughout the entire season.

Sky/Drewski/Bianca:  Of course he proposed, and I’m sure Sky knew about it because she looked less than surprised. Bianca had a point about Drew saying he “saved” Sky from being a hoe, basically. I don’t know if I could get past that, along with all the other stupid and disrespectful shit he did this season. That said, Bianca made herself look like a damn fool this season, and if she comes back, I hope they give her a better storyline.

Peter/Tara/Amina: What can I say about these three that hasn’t been said already for the PAST FOUR YEARS? It’s going to be and endless cycle of bodily fluids, STDs, and baby drama until one of them DIES. Peter most likely will be first, since he’s the only one on that stage old enough to be collecting AARP. He’s not going to change, and they know that and are okay with it. That story that Amina told about the weird orgy-like situation her and Peter got into the night before they got married, which he THEN went home to Tara afterwards, turned my stomach. If that isn’t enough for Tara to stay off that dirty dick, I don’t know what will be. I will say Tara was winning in the looks department, because Amina was looking ROUGH on that stage. Just worn down and sad. But I can’t really feel sorry for her, because she’s allowing him to stay in her life on an intimate level. They can co-parent without sleeping together.

I think I’m done with this franchise. Remy summed it up perfectly…a lot of immaturity happened this season, moreso than usual, and it left a very bitter aftertaste. Like I said before, I’d watch a spin off of the Mackies, and it is entirely possible that they’ll get one with Remy’s newfound and well deserved popularity (even before the whole Nicki Minaj thing which BTW OUCH!). We’ll see. See you in the ATL!

Didn’t know where to post this – so first NY and then ATL.

I had an interesting weekend over at Harrah’s Atlantic City. The Pool –  is an indoor pool that converts into a nightclub on Wed, Fri, & Sat. They were closed down for renovations for a few months and just happened to be having the grand reopening the Friday I was there. Friday, Young M.A. performed and Saturday it was Fetty Wap. I couldn’t tell you their rap list but I know Young M.A. did something with Cardi B…and Fetty Wap is Masika’s baby daddy.

I was there Thursday and my friends arrived Friday at 11:45 PM. They dumped their bags in their room and said we’re starving. So we went down to the food court to get some food. Who knew it would be dinner and a show!!! We were seated right outside the Pool doors that were exit only and also used for Security to escort the performer and their entourage. OMG the groupies!!!! I was ranting about Sophie Green and MariahLynn and their leotard choices from the show – who knew this is really a current SkankFashion statement. There are things only God and your man should see and only if it’s really really really dark. I don’t think I should know that a total stranger has a tattoo right above her anus or that she has a piercing in her clit…this is how nekkid these females were. There were people left and right being frog marched out by security. Falling down drunks all over the place. Band aids, string, and napkins were considered clothing – lots of leotards. It was so crazy Friday night, we went back Saturday night to watch thinking it would be 10 times crazier with Fetty Wap performing. His had tons more security and it was really tame. I can’t post any pics cause I don’t know how to get it from my phone to this site – I was 6 inches away from Fetty – not on purpose…his night was so boring we left to go back to our rooms and security stopped us so that they could escort him out of the venue. So for about 10 minutes, we stood next to each other until security gave the okay.

The Anais chick is trying too hard to be Carried B. The blue haired chick (who I mistook of Bianca) doesn't u derstand how repetitive "thot-ass ho" is.  And also, she looks exactly like Bianca. I don't know who came first, but change your "brand".

Rich Dollars is way too old to be getting into all this drama all the damn time.

Yandy seems a bit scripted as if she is being coached to create situations that certain viewers can relate to. Like for example that scene when she got the call from Mandecese right while with Remy Ma and she tells him "I'll call you back or wait you call me back." To me it sound like something she's never done before so that's a situation that is going to escalate into more situations. Remy addressed it and to people who have ever been in prison or with someone in prison you know it is rare for them not to feel some type of emotional impact from that. When you are a prisoner that "play's the phones," you get really emotionally dependent on speaking to someone daily. Eventually the person on the out get's drained if they are not prepared for it but simply think they are. Yandy thinks she is prepared for this but we will see what happens and how this all "plays out" hopefully they stay "married."

I wasn’t planning to watch this season because I can’t keep track of all of the new additions, but my husband is a ratchet TV addict and I got roped into watching the first two episodes.

Agreed that Rich is entirely too old to get caught up in this mess, especially since he is having significant health problems. Diabetes in any form is no joke. And for a minute I almost believed that he was going to stay on the straight and narrow until he met Anais. I’d put anything on the fact that L&HH is his bread and butter now (whatever happened to Olivia and his other “artists” and that record label him and Yandy started?), so bring on the bullshit, I guess.

Speaking of Anais, I had to Google her, and she does have a pretty extensive career. But man, does she look older and harder than her 33 years (according to her Wiki). She also looks like a walking advertisement for the discounted plastic surgery you get in DR. “Get a butt lift, new breasts and lipo for $1000!” All of these women looking like glued-together Barbie dolls, SMH. It’s like embracing your natural beauty doesn't even exist anymore. Her personality grates too...that whole exchange between her and her manager’s wife (her name escapes me at the moment) was ridiculous and the same old formula…man flirts with thot, crosses line with her, man lies to wife about it, wife confronts thot instead of cheating husband, fight ensues, wash, rinse, repeat. At least it doesn’t look like she’ll be interested in him much longer, and will be hopping on Rich’s diabetic dick soon. PS: her husband is a little scary, can’t say I wouldn’t have one foot out the door too.

Brittany and Bianca need to do some sort of Ancestry.com thing, because they look too much alike to not be related in some way.  Like sisters, really. They even have similar voices. I couldn’t tell who was who until I read the caption during the THs. Other than that, their beef is stupid too. “Chicken Noodle Soup” was popping for a hot minute over ten years ago, and if Bianca’s attitude has been the same over the past decade, there’s no wonder why her rap career hasn’t gone beyond that. No one wants to work with someone who is so damn stank for no reason.

I really hope the BS with Yandy and ManFece’s mother is scripted, because all is going to happen is going to be a decrease in the checks coming into the household. Yandy is the breadwinner and her MIL is making her look like a fool, and it will affect her businesses. That is not only detrimental to their marriage (legal or not) but to their income. I actually felt bad for Yandy, and I don’t know if I’d be okay with putting up with that BS for the next eight years.

Still have a soft spot for Mariahlynn, I really do want her to win. I see she got in on that DR special and got her some new boobs, and a new man who is quite handsome. So of course he’s going to be a dick to her. DJ Self can still exit his smarmy gwinnin face off of my TV screen forever.

Love Remy and Pap but I hope they don’t turn the “will they/won’t they do the IVF” into a storyline, because that process is long and draining and painful and expensive, and it’s not guaranteed to work. It takes a toll on couples and a lot don’t make it through. The Mackies have been through a lot and have remained the only solid couple on this franchise, and I swear I’ll send Mona Scott Young a smack-o-gram if this show breaks them.

This season still peaks my interest a bit, for starters if Joseline Hernandez and Cardi B had a kid it would be Anais. She has an interesting look as well, at times she looks like a pretty transgendered man and at times she looks like just a pretty lady with some Botox going on.

Let's just say Bianca is way beside her self and her head is way too big for that one hit wonder chicken noodle soup kiddy song. I don't know much about Brittany but what I do know is she got Bianca scared but she's doing a good job fronting while security and camera's are around. She threw a shoe knowing they was not about to let Bri get to her, now she don't want to meet up. Whether it is to squash it or square up her mouth don't match her actions she should be ready for w/e considering...

Yandy and her entire crew is letting Mona instigate their issues for viewings if her family and relationships mean anything to her she would put and end to being on that show. I can see it now no I do not think it is scripted but I do think Mona instigates and puts bugs in their ears to create situations. I do believe Yandy get's caught off guard with some of the shenanigans but she plays along with it to keep the check. I think this is the case for all the cast members Mr. Frost threw it all out there when he was going through his stuff with Rasheeda and it all makes sense.

I remember when the first season was on with Jim Jones and Sanaa was upset because they was suppose to come out and record her on her date and never came. Mona is not going to follow a scene if it's not worth putting into an episode.  

I love Remy Ma, Papoose,  MariahLynn, and Safaree.

Rich Dollars is just a lame to me ever since he cried first season to what's her face lol like why was you crying where is she now?

It has to be.  Judy isn't this stupid, but someone needs to clue in the fam that this is doing too much.  Yandy will roll with it for the paycheck, but will complain on SM & at the reunion that it was BS and she did no wrong.

MariahLynn has had my love since her first season.  I hope she drops cute-but-useless with a quickness.  Though DJ Self ain't really shit either, so IDK why he's always puffing up.

Anias and Ashley have def had some plastic surgery for started Anias looks way different than she looked when she won Objetivo Fama. Besides the fact that she loss  ton of weight she was a lot prettier than before she did plastic surgery on her face IMO.

 

Ashley's face looks better her nose isn't as big as it was and her eye shape is different although these things can appear different depending on makeup her's is drastically different and she has make up on in every pic I've seen.

Thank you for your post. I have never heard of Anais until this show and based on your comment decided to look her up from Objetivo Fama and WOW!!! I cannot believe how great she looked before in regards to her face. Based on the pics clearly she has had work done. I personally don't think she looks terrible but what a difference before messing with her face smh.

 

As for Ashley I think she's pretty I would need to find a pic of her before her surgery.

And the chick with James at the spq still had rough looking skin with all that foundation on. This season has been so boring, I'm more focused on their looks than their storyline. I used to make sure to watch this show as soon as it hit the app. And I didn't even watch last week's episode until yesterday. When does Atlanta come back?

I definitely agree with you about Anais. She is a mess and I'm not here for a tryhard Joseline/Cardi hybrid. Fail. They are all getting pretty dull. I guess that's the price we pay when Cardi is gone and there's no Peter/Tara/Amina foolishness or Cisco tears. Even the current cast's attempts at turning up for a storyline are blah. I couldn't care less about Yandy and her fake marriage or Judy trying to start something to keep the paychecks coming. Remy is boring, but that's because she's basically trying to live a normal life and advance, and has no time for the petty drama. I can't even imagine what Schnuuuupe is going to have as her storyline? Exhuming and moving "mama's" body? I hope James R falls off quickly because 1) he's corny and 2) I don't need to see Self's corny ass acting all smug and beefing with him. The less Self, the better. 

I think we have a while to wait for Atlanta, because Miami hasn't even started yet. We're just gonna have year round L&HH at this rate.

Oh my goodness, he is disgusting.  He's one of those dudes who has been told he's good looking and has been chased by girls his entire life, but has never taken any time to actually develop a decent personality and work on something other than his pecs and abs (see Apollo Nida).  So boohoo that MariahLynn isn't making him the center of her world while she works on HER career.  And of course the other video chick wants him so badly, despite her clearly saying she has a man and it's only a job. (Also girl, if you want to get rid of your video vixen label, doing a video where you're treated like an object on a bed in skimpy clothes while some guy is all over you ain't the way to do it...).  I'm tired of all these dumb ass dudes and the chicks that chase them.  Good for MariahLynn for tossing his ass.
