I wonder if the family finally grabbed a clue that it isn't just booze & pills - but Kim is just nuts!! Kim claims she deals with anxiety but Ive always thought there is more. When Dr Phil offered her the dual diagnosis with her rehab stay she flipped. Me thinks she and the family know and are aware she has a mental illness already. And if it is indeed a real rehab, she's going to have a tough go of it. Alcohol detox is hard enough, but pill detox is harder. I think it's pretty clear that pills are her bestest buddy. rehoboth June 3, 2015 Share June 3, 2015 At first glance, this new place looks like an elegant vacation venue where Kim can "do some time" until she gets the all clear from Kathy to emerge. However, upon reading all the posts above it seems like Bridges is a psychiatric center with fancy window dressing. Maybe the high end trappings will lure someone in like Kim, who loves to be treated like royalty (Her Highness!) and will keep her there under pretty lock and key with a psychiatrist until real work is done. Maybe something different is finally happening with Kim. My guess on the family is Kathy said to Kyle "I'll pay for Bridges if you get her there." 9 Link to comment
notnowimbusy June 3, 2015 Share June 3, 2015 Because this facility sounds so much different, it makes me think Kim in fact did act out during the wedding, but it would seem afterwards she had some sort of major breakdown. We've seen her grow progressively more angry - and that's what we have "seen". Can you imagine what she's like off camera? As to her saying the dog does belong to her, but Monty, it will be easy for an attorney to show that during the time the dog bite from this lawsuit took place, there are plenty of pictures and video with her and the dog - and that was long before Monty re-entered the picture. 4 Link to comment

Plus many have called her out for her lack of support for Kyle in this matter. Plus Kathy's own possible wild past has been gossiped about on this very forum. Kathy is playing her own brand of Bobby Fisher too. If this doesnt make Kim get her shit together after losing both sisters emotional/financial support and her kids being beyond embarrassed and done by her then I have no idea what will. If Kyle and Mauricio cut her off, Kyle became the "bad sister" and if Kathy started supporting her, Kathy became the "good sister". notnowimbusy June 3, 2015 Share June 3, 2015 All this news about Kyle & Kathy distancing themselves financially, and then the reports that Bravo spoke w/a family member to learn she had returned to rehab, then making the decision that she will not be asked to return, in addition to the fact that the "rehab" she is in is a mental health facility can only mean she has hit some kind of a new low. No more excuses, no time out for parties, and from what the site for the Bridges place, no visitors/phone/internet. Add in the upcoming court date and the new lawsuit, Kim may not have hit rock bottom, but her life has. It's a 6 bed facility, which makes me feel sorry for the other 5 people. However, I think there was never any intention to have her be a part of the show in the future. Not to mention Brandi has wine to sell and needs a platform. Plus Bravo gets a cut from what these women sell by using their shows Im sure. I almost have this feeling Andy might bring back Carlton. Andy got guilt tripped by Lisa V in her WWHL on how he edited Carlton (and Joyce) back in season 4 as a witchy poo. Brandi is going to need someone on her team to stir drama. Even though I like Lisa R she could get flaky since Kim will no longer be there to be her storyline. This is HWs, these women switch teamS more than most NBA players. Much as Kim has been hideous, and it's hard to like her when she's that way, she's still a sick human being who desperately needs help. Yes, this new posh place is costly and befitting of Kim's exalted social status (NOT!), but it sounds like it's serious-minded. Much as she's put her sisters through the wringer, they still care enough about her for what may be her last chance at sobriety. Call it what you want, but I think it's love or at least compassion. Remember when Andy contacted Kyle and not Kim after her arrest. I wonder did Andy feel some type of way because Dr Phil got the exclusive one-on-one. Andy might have taken that as a dis to his interviewing skills, LMFAO. Kim didn't do a single WWHL all season but she can go on Dr Phil. How dare she! I'm not so sure that Brandi is coming back, she was not invited to the "Upfronts" and that is not a good omen for her return, she has been to them every time since becoming a full HW until this year. We'll have to see. Sometimes Upfronts do tell us who will be back on the show, but sometimes it doesn't. Heather from NY never goes to Upfronts and I think it's been the first of many Cynthia and Phaedra hasn't been to Upfronts this year. However I think Brandi has been playing it right. As shady as it is she's been keeping a low profile while Kim has been imploding in the media the last few months besides her occasional loose lips on when she last saw Kim. I worry mid-season there won't be enough excitement and bam they bring back Kim and Brandi. I hope as Kim reflects on her last season she realizes a major part of the hatred towards her by viewers and fans was taking Brandi's advice and listening to her screwed account of things. I tend to agree, and hope it's not wishful thinking on my part. I may be reading too much into this sentence from the E article "The fates of the rest of the housewives have not yet been decided, however we are told that most of the women are expected to return." Why not say "the remaining" housewives "are expected to return". I know Yolanda is up in the air because of her illness - but I don't think Brandi is shoo-in. We know Eileen will be back, as will Kyle and both Lisas. I think if Brandi had been asked back, she would have been at Upfront, and I also think it would have been leaked (courtesy of Brandi) by now. Brandi hasn't felt secure since the reunions hence why she's trying to find the needle in a haystack trying to be an actress.
