Fat people know what to do. It's not that easy. There are some lazy people, sure. But many many deal with psychological issues that cause the overeating. Oprah was nobody's idea of lazy, but weight has been an issue for her forever. 

Cate knew damn well that that quesadilla wasn't part of her plan, but she thought she'd throw it out there anyway in hopes of not getting called out on it. Even TYLER wasn't so stupid as to buy it.

Word. Cate put more effort into buying a waist-trainer to give the illusion she was losing weight and posing a certain way for her social media pages. If she dropped the salt, the soda consumption, eating at home instead of eating out, cut out the sour cream, the bad carbs, cut out the marijuana smoking which only enhances her munchies and food eating, cut out alcohol, and do something other than lying around, she would likely see some weight loss. Cate was pretty thin about five years ago.

Having been in her shoes, it helps to put some effort since weight-loss doesn't happen on its own.  She also needs to cut out saying it is baby weight. That ship sailed long ago Cate.

You said someone as fat as her should be having the weight fall off.  I am saying for many with chronic weight issues, it is more complicated than that.  It was for me for a long, long time.  Hopefully Cate will make some lasting changes, but I doubt it is as simple as just pushing a stroller for 30 minutes.  Anyhoo.  Off this hamster wheel.

I said "when you are as fat as Catelyn the weight will fall off fast at the beginning."  Which is true.  When you have a lot of weight to lose, a small change will start working right away.  I'm not sure how that translates to me being unable to imagine that many obese people struggle to lose weight.  I'm not talking about every fat person. I'm just talking about Catelyn, who is fat, and does literally nothing to change it.  I gained 52 pounds while pregnant and lost it by pushing a stroller for 30 minutes a day so yes it can be that simple!  And even if it takes more than just the stroller pushing, the stroller pushing is certainly a good start!  It surely can't hurt and in addition to helping her lose weight, it's great to spend time with her daughter, get fresh air for herself and her daughter, explore new places, enjoy nature, etc.  There are many benefits to pushing a stroller for 30 minutes.  I think Catelyn, who has no job, can find 30 minutes a day to do it.  I really think she could!

Well sure she can make it more complicated if she wants to but it really just comes down to calories in vs calories out so she can make it super, super simple and just get the stroller and walk behind it for 30 minutes.  It's so easy!     She could cut out one Netflix show and replace it with 30 minutes of stroller pushing and I bet she could lose a pound a week just doing that.  Then if she wants to make it more complicated than that she certainly can. But to start it's really the easiest thing on earth: go outside with your child!  Easy and fun.

I am sure she WANTS to make it more complicated.  For those who are obese there are usually a variety of issues at play that take more attention than what you are saying.  I am glad the stroller thing worked for you.  For others, they may need more of an intervention or even some therapeutic interventions.

Annnnd we have another nude Snapchat of Nova in the bath. This time, Cate held the camera in a way that it doesn't show anything private. I'm still not comfortable with that being public, especially with over a million viewers. 

Bath pics can be cute and I take them every now and then, but they are something I only show to family and very close friends.. and kiddo's bits are hidden.

Does Catelyn have friends?  We never hear about them, see them on the show, or see them on her social media.  It's always just her clinging to Tyler like a barnacle.  If it wasn't Tootie's birthday, would she be in a club?  She was so hysterical about Tyler going to a club and it takes a decent amount of energy to get dressed and dance and party all night.  Much more difficult than 30 minutes of stroller pushing.

Also do most parents wake their children up to celebrate at midnight on their birthdays? My son is only 7 months but I wasn't planning on waking him up at midnight to celebrate his first birthday.  Am I doing it wrong? Please advise.

If their birthday lands on a weekend or holiday, we wake ours up to celebrate, but didn't until they were at least 5. And not "celebrate" so much as to say "Happy Birthday." If we woke them up when we they were younger, they'd never go back to sleep. Of course, at this point in time they'd still be awake at midnight. My family operates on third shift-none of us go to sleep until at least 3 or 4 am.

Only a maniac  wakes a sleeping child ?  I never woke my kids up at midnite on their birthdays but when they were old enough I  did let them stay up to ring in the New Year with pots n pans at midnite ( anyone else do the pots n pans thing?).

Actually we just did 3 minutes ago! We usually go outside and watch the fireworks set off by a nearby casino but we are visiting my family in California and there is nothing like that allowed. We did the pots and pans thing. It was fun.

My grandson slept at my house the night of his birthday. It was a school night. I let him stay up until the clock hit 9:17pm because that's what time he was born. He was thrilled, he's 8, lol.
