Quof March 29, 2018 Share March 29, 2018 Quote I'm not understanding why she wasn't given a wheelchair and an attendant to push her. She wouldn't fit in a regular wheelchair. And there's no way one person could push her. The airline won't risk injury to an employee and the accompanying Workers' Comp claim. 5 Link to comment

Granny is not taking any of her shit. She sees right through her. She's not letting her eat any garbage at least. Go granny! Already skipping Dr. Now....not a good sign. 13 Link to comment

elly1517 March 29, 2018 Share March 29, 2018 Obviously with editing we only see what Grandma was feeding her (Who knows if she was sneaking food) but I'll say she'll have a loss - but not the full thirty. Not even 20 I'd say 6 Link to comment

Time for a car trip in a 20 year old car. That should be fun - especially since the passenger side door doesn't open! "Don't break the steering wheel" that sounds like another "My leg!!!" At least 18 to 20 hours drive to Houston. That's counting multiple fast food stops. 10 Link to comment

aliya March 29, 2018 Share March 29, 2018 1. Who the heck keeps candy on the dashboard? Aside from the calories issue, wouldn't that be a problem in a crash? 2. I hear mom about the 2 days in the car. I knew I'd kill aliya jr on a 10 hr car trip - if he didn't kill me first. We sound just like Sarah and her mother just going 10 minutes into campus together. Hence, we took a plane for our trip - one hour in the air. We aren't stupid. 12 Link to comment
Guest March 29, 2018 Share March 29, 2018 Armchair psychoanalyzing this, but I think Heather got the F out of that house, started a real life for herself, and never looked back. She might have kept in touch with Sarah out of some sense of obligation but she doesn't care about her, the mother, or the rest of them. I don't blame her for a second! Link to comment

Quof March 29, 2018 Share March 29, 2018 (edited) Ah, the road trip is giving me the warm fuzzies. Flashbacks to my youth. My mother drove (my car) after my eye surgery. I yelled at her to pull over because, even dilated and sedated, I was a better driver. Edited March 29, 2018 by Quof 2 Link to comment
