I'm not understanding why she wasn't given a wheelchair and an attendant to push her.

She wouldn't fit in a regular wheelchair.   And there's no way one person could push her.  The airline won't risk injury to an employee and the accompanying Workers' Comp claim.

"it's been a bit of a hard month."

Okay whats the over/under on weight gained?

She's going to pack on at least 50lbs.

Granny is not taking any of her shit.  She sees right through her.

She's not letting her eat any garbage at least.  Go granny!

Already skipping Dr. Now....not a good sign.

Grandma is watching what she puts on her food and she's is feeding her lean meat and veggies. I'm sorry for your suffering.

Right? Thoughts and prayers for you, Sarah.

Sis kinda hinted at bailing on her during their visit with Dr. Now, so no surprise there.

Yeah. "We're working on that" = I'm gonna try not to be the one to move down here. Not that I really blame her.

Sarah's tote bag says, "thug life." Um...I don't think you're living a "thug life" lounging in a chair while shoveling chips and salsa in your mouth before you crawl up the steps to go to bed.

Obviously with editing we only see what Grandma was feeding her  (Who knows if she was sneaking food) but I'll say she'll have a loss - but not the full thirty. Not even 20 I'd say

Hi Everyone!  MsVixen reporting for duty!

Going on record to say that I knew Heather, the sister, wasn't going to move to Houston when I saw her facial expressions in Dr. Now's office.

Oh the pressure!!!! "I've given in a few times" yeah right.

Mom looks like she could see Dr. Now too.  Wonder if Dr. Now will give her a two fer.

Time for a car trip in a 20 year old car.  That should be fun - especially since the passenger side door doesn't open!

"Don't break the steering wheel"  that sounds like another "My leg!!!"

At least 18 to 20 hours drive to Houston.  That's counting multiple fast food stops.

What pressure can you possibly have that is stressing you?  You don’t have a job, you don’t do anything all day and have zero responsibilities.

The stress of all the emotional bullshit they are carrying around like a badge of honor.

1. Who the heck keeps candy on the dashboard? Aside from the calories issue, wouldn't that be a problem in a crash?

2. I hear mom about the 2 days in the car. I knew I'd kill aliya jr on a 10 hr car trip - if he didn't kill me first. We sound just like Sarah and her mother just going 10 minutes into campus together. Hence, we took a plane for our trip - one hour in the air. We aren't stupid.

Armchair psychoanalyzing this, but I think Heather got the F out of that house, started a real life for herself, and never looked back. She might have kept in touch with Sarah out of some sense of obligation but she doesn't care about her, the mother, or the rest of them. I don't blame her for a second!

Where does she live?

I think Grandma is in KY, but she's from Dayton, OH.

She may not make it to Houston - I wouldn't blame mom if she threw her out of the car, I would if I had to listen to her bitch about her driving for 15+ hours.

Wonder if we're going to get the requisite hotel scene?

Ah, the road trip is giving me the warm fuzzies.  Flashbacks to my youth.  My mother drove (my car) after my eye surgery.  I yelled at her to pull over because, even dilated and sedated, I was a better driver.
