Sarah is one of these patients who needs to be forced into independence. So many of these patients are in a cycle that can't be broken without it.

It would be great if they added a layer of...not quite a makeover, but the basic things that make everyone feel better. At some point. Proper undergarments, haircut, dental evaluation if needed. It would add some dignity to the patients and improve quality of life, I’m sure. 

 

If if you’ve ever seen the before and after pics on TLC, they splice together semi nude images and it looks bizarre.

I'm in Ohio, and got the cool sculpting commercial - guess they don't want our organs in Ohio!

Totally OT, buut I work with a woman that is seeing a "weight loss specialist" that advertises 20 lb. mo weight loss (with no diet or exercise) and the first two days they told her she has to eat 4000 calories a day.  Giving her the side eye about this, not to mention the doctor wants $1500 up front.  Think the only thing she'll lose is $1500. 

Don't get people who think by doing "nothing" they can lose weight.
