I still don’t understand, if they can’t get out of bed, why their caretakers give them the food!!!   Give them only what they should eat in the quantities in which they should eat it.

After the struggle, she feeds her whatever she wants.  The woman is bed-bound.  Stop feeding her!

It sounds like the only reason she is getting help is because her cousins are (sensibly) cutting off her caregiver/enabler.
