I can't see it close enough, but aside from the obvious one, it looks like a prescription bottle and possibly a syringe? I doubt they'd leave those within reach of the kids. The main tweet was some cutesy thing about laundry. I think they just happened to have that stuff on the bench and Jared thought nothing of it. Which makes me laugh so hard. WTF. Thank you for brightening my day, Padalecki Family. But frankly, I have no idea what people need to do to get ready for a half/marathon. Maybe needles, pills, and a dildo are part of essential prep! I think it the 'joke' was supposed to be "airing out the dirty laundry" -- including the stuff on the Bench -- and the distro list is where he screwed up. He may have meant that first list for a small group of friends who know this is his humor. The items looked 'staged' to me -- too random to be just lying there.
