I don't think Erika is worried about how "pantygate" effects her husband; I think she is worried about her son's reaction to it. I don't care what she says, voluntarily leaving her son when he was three has to leave him with some emotional scars. Even if they have a good relationship now, I can't imagine he likes seeing his mom as Erika Jayne and probably would be more hurt about pantygate than Tom. I also think that is why she made that huge jump completely misinterpreting Eileen's comment; she just couldn't say it so she focused on Tom..

I think Rinna is out just because she has other pursuits. RInna is smart enough to know when she has overstayed her welcome.  She went too deep.  She now has LVP, Kyle, Kim, Dorit against her and if Erika had a brain, Erika.  Whatever happened to people pleaser Rinna?  I like Eileen sometimes, but she needs to focus on keeping her day job at the Y&R.  Eileen could be so good if she brought Vinnie around more.

This is so telling.  If you can't tell your SO what happens to you in life why bother with the relationship?  UNLESS your relationship is based on money and not emotional support and love.  Erika seems to have a stepford wife relationship with Tom where she has to behave in a certain way and she can be replaced at any time with a new model.  And I don't believe for one second that they don't have a prenup.  Maybe they're calling it something else but they have a contract of some sort I'd bet anything.

I think most of his money is tied into his law firm where he has a partner. If they divorce she can't get half of that even if they don't have a pre-nup. I also think the 2 planes are "company" planes. What is the saying land rich and cash poor?

If there really isn't a pre-nup and Erika truly knew she would get half - she would have divorced his goblin ass years ago
