Are they married yet or is that just the thread title? I don't know much about Angela, but when you take away all the "stuff", aka hair, fake eyelashes etc she's very pretty, with a youthful joyful face. What in the hell did she see in Tyga??

Just the thread title; though Chyna has said that she plans to change her name to Angela Kardashian.  We'll see if it actually happens.

What does she see in Rob? Security? Another lost person? Someone to take care of? In a way I see a bit of Khloe, wanting to nurture and rescue someone, jumping in with both feet too quickly and reality now setting in as she starts to realize it's not quite what she thought. And unlike Khloe, who either by design or luck, didn't get pregnant, she has to consider a child, and the impact of this on her other child, who had already dealt with a broken home.

Oh for certain, my point was that Rob comes with security, access to Pimp Mama K's funds and A List Hollywood. Rob is also handsome (yes he's heavier now but he was never a bad looking man when he's taken effort to present himself). Even with the extra weight, all cleaned up I could see how a woman would be attracted to Rob even if he wasn't a Kardashian (just based on looks). Tyga has no money, seems like a sleeze and looks like a RAT! Like why?

Tyga however probably came across at that time as a chance to hook up with a rising star. I'm sure he was flashing money around and she thought she'd finally not be struggling ( she says she danced to earn money for college, didn't get much support from mom once she turned 18. She was expected to support herself) and again,got burned by Tyga. So Rob, comes from a "good" family, one that she has met thru Tyga and is friendly with(Kim and Kourtney) and could be she really thought her luck had changed.

That's my heart trying to convince my head that she didn't absolutely set out to get herself a guaranteed comfortable income for the next 20+ years. The adults can live with their mistakes.Its the kids (now 2 of them) that will probably never know a really stable loving home with their biological parents, just shuttling between households and a series of "step" moms and dads.

Call me a cynic, but I'm 100% certain that that's why she got pregnant. She was the one who reached out to him. This is one of my wild conspiracy theories, but maybe BC and Tyga planned this together. I know Hollywood circles get a little incestous because they are small and people from that social circle spend a lot of time together but that's just too much of a coincidence.

In retrospect, Tyga was the best thing that ever happened to Chyna. If not for that relationship, she might still be a featured stripper at the King of Diamonds Gentlemen’s Club.  Popular and “talented” as she was in that venue, she had not managed to snare any of the big dogs among the rappers and professional athletes who frequented that club. Tyga was then thought to be a rising rap star so she hitched her wagon to him instead and lost no time getting pregnant, probably in a mistaken effort to ensure some kind of financial security with him. After Tyga dumped her, she tried to upgrade to the rapper Future by quickly getting his name tattooed onto her hand. But Future was too savvy for her and publicly humiliated her by announcing that he was single, despite her premature tattoo. A few months later, she latched on to hapless Rob via her Tyga-Kardashian connection, and the rest is history. She had no future with Tyga and no future with Future, but she seems to have done even better by carving out her future as Mrs. Angela Kardashian, media star and mother-of-the-heir, someone who can probably leave her stripping days behind (lol) for good.

I guess "pure" isn't a word I'd use with regards to motives of any of these characters.

But I completely agree.  I'd like to think that if Chyna truly cared about Rob, there would be no "Rob & Chyna" show, because it doesn't take a genius to understand that Rob shouldn't be in front of a camera, and his mental issues should not be fodder for an entertainment show.  I think Chyna hooked Rob with what he needed - having a woman to dote on him and "help" him (see Khloe Kardashian Odom).  He fell for her, or grabbed onto her out of desperation, who knows.  She got pregnant, and next thing you know they've got a show.  I think this entire thing was set up first by Chyna, and then by Kris, who saw more dollar signs and a way to keep her family relevant.  If true, it's actually a sick and despicable way to treat Rob.  I don't think he's mentally stable, and if BC and PMK have anything to say about it, we're going to watch it all play out on television, for better or worse.

Oh, I don't consider her A list, but she gets invited to the same events as the heavy hitters & with all her social media followers has a ton of influence. Social media has changed what an A lister is, it's no longer confined to your talent.

We no longer live in a world where you have to have real talent to become huge star. For every D list level magazine like Paper that Kim has appeared on there are magazines like Elle, GQ, Forbes and Rolling Stone that are giving her cover stories. I mean, Time magazine named her one of the most influential stars on the internet. I have no clue why but she's developed a ridiculously loyal following and she's gained a crapload of clout into some very powerful circles.

I've been torn about this. I'm 50/50 on Kris though.  I'm curious to see how this plays out on the show. Since we see in the previews the subject of his depression being discussed there might be more to judge Kris on and if she's taking seriously whatever is wrong with him. I think its possible it only became clear he has a really deep problem after the show deal was made. IMO deep down as a mother though you're going to want to believe your kid is cured of whatever demons are causing issues. Kris though is shameless when it comes to pimping her children out for  quick buck.

You know, you bring up a good point. Kris sees her daughters clearly, but when it comes to the men in her life, she doesn't get it. She seems to believe this revisionist history she's giving everyone about Rob Sr, she married Caitlyn even though she knew there were some serious problems with the relationship, she doesn't seem to be able let go of Lamar, no matter what he does, she's now BFFs with Scott even though he's no longer with Kourtney, and...Rob. I spoke to someone last night that has a few piercings and is currently pregnant so I asked her about this. She said her doctor told her any new piercings is a big no no until after she has the baby because as you say, you risk infection. But considering BC also thinks its OK to pig out endlessly and intentionally gain 100 lbs I feel like she's not the sharpest tool (and is getting lousy pregnancy advice.)

So, after she denied she was behind the leaked sex tape, & her lawyer made a statement calling it revenge porn, & her ex boyfriend admits it's him in the tape & that he recorded it on Chyna's phone, Chyna's new story is that it's not her in the tape, it's a look-alike. I can't even imagine what she's trying to do, the only thing I can think of is that she's the one who leaked it, got caught, & is now trying to get out of the mess she created.  

EDITED: Turns out there were TWO sex tapes released, it's the second one that isn't her (turns out it really isn't), but the first one is.

OMG! Something is seriously wrong with this woman.  IT's obvious that she is not thinking clearly.  Is anyone in her kids' lives stable and reliable?  I really wish they would step in.  I would think something like those implants could be extremely dangerous and possibly lethal.
