But this game is kinda snoozy, or rather, just like any typical NFL game when I can’t watch red zone.

To me, this game thus far is the epitome of the quality of the entire season - a lot of mediocre football occasionally interrupted by a great play.  We're almost halfway thru the 2nd quarter and the two punters are the contenders for MVP at this point.

That was a damn ugly intentional grounding.

You can see the Kelce Reid shove on Twitter.

That cut makes Kelce look like an out of control rage monster, so that’s an image issue for him, especially after he did so well on SNL.

I have hated the 49ers since 1987, but I rooted for them hardcore when they were in the SB against the Ravens, so I thought the depth of my hatred had relaxed.  It hasn’t.

I've hated both teams since childhood. There is no winner

Okay…that idiotic Affleck/Lopez/Brady/Damon commercial made me laugh.

I liked her delivery on "We talked about this".

I wonder how many more commercials Brady will be in. The Dunkin commercial was pretty hilarious- gotta hand it to Ben Affleck for not being afraid to make fun of himself.

Jesus can there ever be a SB that I don't have to see Tom Brady?

I've counted him twice already.  And the first commercial, pushing a gambling site, doesn't seem like a good look for part-NFL franchise owner/soon-to-be NFL announcer.

But I'll take any commercial with Matt Damon in it.

Right?  He’s been in two ads that I’ve seen so far, and that is three too many.

Matt Damon was funny though.

Remember in the middle of the season when everyone said that San Francisco was done done dun done?  I miss those days.

Yeah, that must've been a scary couple of weeks for Niners fans.

I miss those few minutes two weeks ago where Detroit had a 24 - 7 lead...

Also, fire Tony Romo. His voice is like listening to a Brillo pad and his analysis is shit.

Tony:  "This is four down territory."

Jim:  "Are you out of your fcking mind??"

They kick the FG.

I'm sort of meh about Jim Nantz, but I LOVED him there.  Everyone across America is screaming "take the points" but the football genius Tony Romo seems to think in a 10-0 game the Chiefs should go for it.  This is the best CBS can do?

Laundry folded and socks matched. So the first half wasn’t a total waste of time.

I don’t care about phone cameras or new apps.

There can’t be much halftime analysis to be had, but JJ Watt does it for me in that “big farm boy” kinda way.

I miss Phil Simms’ being homoerotic while calling games.

Off to make spinach, artichoke, and cheese dip; see you in the second half.

Maybe CBS can switch out Romo for Greg Olson.

Just had a commercial about a local lawyer - I wonder how much he forked out for the spot.

I did, too. I was like, "Damn, they have Super Bowl money? How much money do their clients actually get?"

Wonder how the players feel about these dancers tramping all over the field.

This red corset is doing all sorts of uncomfortable things to Alicia’s top half.

It's not bad enough you play the tuba but you have to DANCE while playing it?

Of course in this situation you're not actually playing. For the dancing they don't expect you to be Usher
