kismet October 12, 2015 Share October 12, 2015 I'm glad they brought in RH to delay TQ as Speedy reveal. I always imagined that she was going to mask up at some point. There was too many hints in s1 especially when they expanded TA early in s2. I do not think I would have liked a masked TQ in s2, it would be too soon. There would be no realistic way she could have received the training she needed & Mirakuru was not an option I would have wanted on her. Also RH provided a good parallel to OQ & his fb journeys, nice callbacks to Shado. s3 felt very organic time for her character to show how she gets her mask. Her innocence lost was for me one of the saddest developments of the series, but a needed step in OQ's journey. I wish they had kept out the whole killing SL part - but I do like that she went off with MM & got legitimate training. I believe that she can actually be a fighter and asset to TA. 3 Link to comment

Because I don't believe that he wanted to leave. I think the Arrow EPs got rid of him, not the network. I can only speculate, but: Back in S1, the CW was still trying to get more [WAY MORE] male eyeballs so Berlanti and co. had to accept the network plant. When Colton's contract expired, that had been accomplished, so he was expendable. 2 Link to comment

If there an official portmanteau for the FLARROW verse now that we have added LoT? I was sorta thinking Flarrowlot would work. For me personally it was because FLASH & LoT are comic books & characters of their own right. I never watched Buffy. But from my understanding, it was an original show that then created the original character, Angel. Angel was then eventually spun off into his own show. So everything comes from and because of Buffy. Just like the show Joey came from Friends. Without Friends, there might have never been a Joey. Flarrowerse is completely different where BA/The Flash is its own unique comic book character, series & source material. The characters of LoT (with exception of SL) are their own comic book characters with their own source material. They all got their introduction into this new Flarrowverse TV on Arrow or Flash. But without Arrow, they could have been created on their own from their own source material. That being said, ARROW paved the way for them by its success and demonstration of the profitability & appeal of Comic books on TV again. So it owes a big debt to ARROW, but its not accurate imo to say that its all Arrowverse. By the genius of @GENKI, Flarrow works to incorporate all the 3 shows in its portmanteau. With the inclusion of LoT, to me it seemed that LoT might get forgotten until Genki pointed out that -row can be for tomorrow. So it all works out in the end. 2 Link to comment
