If a person/family was never featured on any of the Duggar shows, and is not related to the Duggar family by blood or marriage, they do not need to be discussed here..

We may all agree that David Rodriques is quite unfortunate looking, but let's refrain from comparing human beings to apes, its got way too much of a loaded history- please review the new Inclusion Policy updated May 1, 2022 , which details guidelines around discussing body type, capabilities, physical appearance etc. Additionally, using body size as an insult is not allowed.

That seems like an awful lot of work for such a small amount of profit (I'm guessing her take home isn't $700 since I'm sure the site she sells on takes a cut, shipping costs money, the IRS wants their cut, etc). Jill could work part time at McDonald's and come away with more money.

If she got a "haul" for 35 dollars she went to the Goodwill bins, where clothing is rolled out in big containers and sold by the pound. It's supposedly what didn't sell in the regular stores. There are numerous resellers on YouTube with videos of their adventures at the bins. Hint: most of the locations have a survival of the fittest, dog eat dog environment.

Yeah Jill wouldn't last five minutes at the bins. LOL.  The ones in my area are pretty tame, but I've been to the ones in Denver and Los Angeles and it is NOT for the faint of heart!  if she did go, i'm sure we'd have gotten a video of some soul saving that absolutely did not happen.

I vaguely remember Jill talking about an incident when Nurie and Kaylee were young and the Rods were staying in a hotel. Late at night (because Jill is up at all hours), Jill claimed she saw a bedbug and had all the kids get up and go out in hall to sing and pray while Jill called the manager.The manager didn't find anything, but Jill insisted on going to another hotel. I don't know if she managed to get a refund.

Yet, she brings hauls of thrift-shop leftovers into the barndo. If there's an infestation, she won't be able to talk about it because it will hurt sales.

Finally, Jill makes baklava? In what universe? The ingredients are expensive and the preparation takes time. Jill doesn't spend enough time in a kitchen to know how to make anything. And how many times have the kids eaten baklava in their lives to know that Mama's is the best?

She didn't say what she spent at her haul, she just mentioned going on one 

As for the baklava I also call bullshit. Jill is not investing the time needed to create layers of phyllo and filling. No how, no way.

I didn't hear how Jill pronounced it, but the phrase "sugar diabetes" is a blast from the past for me. My long-deceased grandparents in the rural midwest (and that generation in that place) used that term. One of my dad's cousins had Type 1 diabetes so the disease was known and discussed in the family. To this day, one of my older cousins (who is in her 80's, LOL) will sometimes say "sugar diabetes" although she's well aware that's not what it's called these days.

Phillip has been spotted at the barndo!!! He's in the background celebrating Sadie's birthday. The Turtlenecks are also there, so it can be assumed that Phillip came with them.

It sounds like she’s 1930s Louisiana or something. Sugar diabeetus. I’m very sensitive on this topic because my son is type 1. My husband’s family are all t type 2’s. No one is overweight or eats badly. Father and two sisters. If it’s in her genes, it’s in her genes. She needs to see a doctor about going low-carb and figuring out what else to do to try and keep it at bay. My husband is the only one without it, but I have always cooked very healthy, low carb meals for him. Exercise is also very important.

I can’t believe she didn’t filter the heck out of that video! She does look really dirty, dark circles under her eyes, and major frown lines in her forehead. Sorry Jill, you’re starting to look like one of your before pictures. 
 

I just watched the birthday video. It’s a very small cake for a lot of people. Philip is spotted in the back looking completely miserable. Tessie somehow is completely gorgeous. She’s not wearing a lot of make up, and her eyebrows almost look like they were professionally done. I remember at one point when her eyebrows were standing out kind of black. It’s sad to think what her future will be because she is so pretty. She looks a lot like Jessa Duggar. Not that pretty matters more than anything else that the girls are.

sorry, I keep noticing new things! Renee is modeling a very boring outfit. The weird thing is it’s a long black skirt, yet she still has long leggings on underneath it. Sam is also looking completely miserable next to his pilgrim wife to be. He’s just staring at the cake and thinking about a world with that winner.

Phillip physically looks really good IMO!  He also looks like he’s completely over it already.  He looked like he would rather be anywhere but there.  I wish he could get a really good job and a nice place to live so that he could tell his parents to go to hell!

You would think with how much Jill and Dave focus on themselves they at least would have regular medical care.

Who knows maybe the doctor told them to eat less, exercise more and get rid of plexus.   That would be the LAST visit to that doctor.

Poor rennee was probably in charge of cooking while Jill supervised. 

I bet Jill doesn’t even supervise. I can see her flitting around giving random orders to Renee, who probably has to assign tasks to the younger girls. Jill has to be the center of attention and has FOMO, so staying in the kitchen isn’t her thing.

Yeah Jill doesn't supervise, she just barks orders and yells "smile! i'm filming!" and probably has one of the girls take pictures of her manhandling food in various stages of prep.  David probably sits in his chair and decides on whatever SEVERELY MANLY activities they boys (and boys only) will take part in later.

Jill posted a video of her decorated home. 40 people came. 

 

Her quadrapalegic sisters daughter Felicity is selling wreaths on Etsy. Jill got 1 as a gift and some mini candies. Advertised her nieces Etsy shop.

The wreath that Jill ordered did.  I went to the website though and the other wreaths are normal floral wreaths.  At least her niece is hand making new items.

I just watched the Thanksgiving dinner footage. No one seemed to have any turkey, unless they ate it immediately and saved everything else. Philip looked miserable yet again, and he was really shoveling it in. As was interestingly, Olivia. The camera cut to her devouring every last morsel on her plate.

Sam was on the phone a couple of times, but other than that, no one seemed to be speaking to each other, just eating. Isn’t that a joyous time? Praise the Lord.

It was a slightly shriveled turkey too. 

I saw a dish with something dark brown that might have been Jill's famous baklava. Yes, the baklava that the Rodlets love most of all the many pans of baklava they have eaten in their lives. If Jill made only one pan, not even all the adults will get a piece. Baklava ingredients are too expensive to waste on kids anyway. 

I hope Jonathan splurged for McDonalds for everyone later.

Jill’s mom looks fantastic!  Jill looks like she’s been rode hard and put up wet, and I’m not exaggerating.

Maybe Ellen gets them for Christmas.  Most young couples have to split holidays between their families.

Tim and Heidi probably decided that Christmas is a whole lot more joyous and happy with her family vs the Rods. At Jill's Christmas they would get dollar store crap that no thought was put into and at Heidi's they will get gifts that have some meaning and a good meal. I am sure Nuri will be at Jill's too so it won't even matter if Tim & Heidi are there.
