Any man that she pursues and doesn't get she spins it that way.

Jar Jars lies are ridiculous. She chased engaged father EJ several times and propositioned him plus tried to take advantage of married Austin in a cold and calculating way. On Jar Jars home planet their desperation for penis and thrill of home wrecking can cause them to get delusional about reality. EJ was weak, sleazy, and many of the bad words we aren't allowed to say on this site- but he didn't manipulate or coerce her into sex. She was the one persuading and chasing. Again, just like with married Austin. It's like she gets an ego boost or thinks its a credit to her if an unavailable man screws her. "I'm just that irresistible!" Notice her interest kinda perked up after she saw Chad with Jordan. Classic Failure. She also was bashing Chad to everyone when she thought she had no chance. She's really egotistical.

I liked Eve's hair pulled back like that. She looked pretty and it was a youthful and sensible look compared to the feathered style.

Whoa what the fuck was Will wearing? It looked like it was from Anthony Edwards wardrobe in Revenge of the Nerds. Will's clothes, hair, and expressions scream that he gets sand kicked in his face and wedgies on a daily basis but the show for some strange reason wants us to think different.

Paige is such a wench checking JJ's phone. She's always interrogating him about other girls, Roxanne, his feelings, thoughts. I could see her snooping on his phone or computer and blowing a gasket if he had porn or Facebook poked another girl. Lima Bean's outfit was very cute though. Her outfit. Was cute.

Uh oh Serena's bringing the crazy eyes back in her conversation with Damon-Xander. AssCole is a dumdum if she doesn't explore that. Her hero worship propping of Unwashed Hippie has got to go.

Sparkle has an arrogant image to him I think his facial expressions and smile make him look cocky and vain. Maybe it's the way he arches his eyebrows and half smirks?

You know what would make Sonny look even cuter? Glasses. He could really pull that editorial look off. The actor has a great rapport and chemistry with the kiddo who plays Ari G I believe its his daughter when they have scenes.

That collage was very sweet. Wilson and Ari make a cute family superficially. You know the way it was cut and assembled we can't see Will geeky old man clothes or know about his lying and disloyal snake ways.

Guy Wilson's habitual pursed-mouth expression gets on my nerves. Won't almost always has this pinched-up look on his face. I honestly couldn't tell if Will was feeling genuinely grateful to Sparkle Paul, or whether he was planning to thank him, next time they meet, with a brick to the face. The bland neutrality of his voice when he told Sonny that they almost lost him wasn't helping matters.

Oh I know! It's the worst! He has this sucking lemons pinched look on his face constantly and it drives me up the freaking wall. But all I ever see on the show is that pinched up lemon sucking look that I always attribute to horrible nannies that crush children's imagination and dreams in stories.

Aww, I really am liking Xander and Nicole. Loved how he lightened up immediately after she showed up. He has a great smile. Lawd, had to fan myself when he was giving her the lustful once over as she walked away. Very nice. But I have to join some of you who have said that they hate the styling and haircut of Paul's new character. I preferred the thuggy thugness of Damon with his ponytail and leather jackets to Xander with his suits and slick back short do.

Xander Nicole was a nice palate cleanser after another go nowhere round of Dan and Nicole. I just can't anymore with that mess.

Oh, to be back in those halycon days when JJ hated Dan's guts.

Xander and Nicole were BY FAR the best thing about today's show. Show has burnt us so badly I'm afraid of him being written as bad and unredeemable the way they did Clyde. I'm hoping against hope that doesn't happen. FINALLY a guy who looks at Nicole the way she deserves, and actually talks to her instead of another lecture. What a concept.

I was hoping Nicole might just jab a pin in that bloated gasbag today before she left. If this is Daniel's idea of an apology, then maybe he should start gargling with glass. Show is giving me homicidal thoughts - especially today.

Way to go, Show. Take JJ who is already on the skids, and make him have to confess to Daniel. Daniel, who has absolutey no business involving himself in any way. How about Show tell a story about how JJ is driven to madness by the horrible hypocritical adults who insist on sticking their noses in his life?

EJ manipulated her?? From what I remember, it looked more to me like she was manipulating him, especially in that shower scene.

Now, she's Jenn's daughter, so being truthful about herself isn't high on her list, but has she forgotten - or Show thought that WE forgot - how she basically FORCED herself into EJ's room at the gym and then jumped in that shower? Or forgotten how she tracked him down in the board room and begged to be stapled right then and there?

Only Abigail - or Jenn - could call that "manipulation".

The only good thing about her being with Ollie and conflicted about Chad is that hurting Ollie is a win/win for everybody. I would like to see him cry. Other than my sister's Tiny Tears, I've never seen a dolly cry. Hmm.....maybe Abigail is REALLY Betsey Wetsey. That would make for a shocking episode.....

Eve's been looking good and acting better these days. I don't know what that's about. I hope it lasts, but now that Dr. Dirt is involved, I expect everything to go to hell with her soon.

Wow, Daniel was a hypocritical gem today. He treats Nicole horribly and won't confide in her yet wants JJ to spill everything to him.  I think Zander is bad news for Nicole but anyone would be better than Daniel. He doesn't trust her and definitely doesn't deserve her. He brushed off Nicole's fear that he still has feelings for Jennifer and then continues to punish Nicole for any lingering concern she has for Eric. I don't think that there has been a romantic pairing where he hasn't been a massive jerk. 

Daniel is not JJ's dad. Jennifer may have asked him to find out what was going on in JJ's life but he has overstepped at every turn.  

 

I agree with those who have said Shut up Rafe needs to mind his own. In what world does Rafe need to know their marital problems? Maybe if he referenced his history as Will's stepfather but yeah vaguely threatening Will and Sonny only made me want him to be confined to the backroom of Victor's club.

 

The only thing EJ did was hurt Abigail's pride. I agree with everyone who said she was an equal and more than willing participant.  She was the aggressor and used what she knew about Nick's disappearance to get him to sleep with her at least once.  Ben again blamed his actions on someone else. He had that EJ dig in his arsenal and used it when he felt threatened by Chad and Abigail's relationship. IDK if the writers intended for the audience to want them to work on their relationship.  The music kind of made me think that Abigail was in danger from Ben's possessiveness.  Chad doesn't even need to engage Ben in person anymore. Ben self-destructs if he even hears his name.

At least she knows Failure is too stupid to be let into the secret with JJ.

Jenn NEVER sat her ass down over EJ after all that terrible history.  All she did was block her poor widdle baby girl's FB page for her while Abs went around confronting everybody as if she was in the right so she could pop that guppy grin while her head was being patted over and over. I think it gets personal with me because the actress seems to have no insight at all into the role she is playing.  If Days played it the way we see it, maybe with others commenting among themselves about the two, it could be interesting and lead to insight.  But I guess not.  The way she treats JJ is a polar opposite to the permission she gives Abs to do whatever.  But I can't forget the scene on the sofa during the time when Abs was pitting Cameron against Chad to win the Holy Horton Hooha and Jen laughed at the fact Abs was a virgin.  "..but I thought.."  So maybe she's grateful the JarJar shows some signs of being a human. 

 

HOW IS JENN NOT ASKING ABOUT THE MANNEQUIN??  Again, I don't think either actress has insight as to what role they are playing.

I still remember when Sami confronted Abifail and MR had to step in and help AS carry those scenes because KM just sat there looking like a doofus. KM is a terrible actress (if you can call what she does acting) and seems a bit delusional in her interviews. I don't know why certain actors on this show have to put a ridiculous spin on what their characters are doing to make them seem less rancid.

I really almost wish the show wouldn't reference the whole EJ/Abby thing because it refreshes all my Abby hate. I am not gonna sit here and say that that storyline was the worst ever in soap opera history because there have been far worse but it did feel like one of the more insulting ones. It was so damn frustrating because I as an audience member felt like I was being gaslighted. The writers treated me like a damn fool.  It was just so surreal to be told not to believe my own lying eyes and ears. Didn't help that every damn body in town sided with Abby and reviled Sami. For months I watched Abby ingratiate herself to Sami, her kids, not to mention her fiance. She starts throwing herself at EJ and blackmails him into bed. She begins stalking and following him into supply closets and club showers pleading with him to sleep with her. Going so far as to even settle for being a perma side piece. The reveal comes and somehow none of this behavior comes to light.  None of it!!! just kept wishing and hoping that a tape of Abby sneaking into the shower to seduce EJ or something would leak but that never happen. WTH!! Instead first it is almost implied that EJ raped her. Then the tune is changed and it is downgraded to EJ manipulated poor innocent malleable Abby into bed. Sami the innocent party in all this, is the evil bitch for even being mad at Abby. Abby is allowed to act like an outraged victim and win arguments vs Sami. Plus, show up at the Dimera mansion, tell Sami off, act smug and slap her too! FUG outta here with that mess. What world is this?!?!  It was so frigging maddening. And I get mad all over again just thinking about it. GRRRR!!!

 

How the hell do you mess up such a simple ass story. Friend/family cheats with your fiance, that friend should be reviled and get their comeuppance and so should the cheating fiance. Mother of friend/family should be apologetic and should try further home training because clearly her daughter is lacking in moral fiber. End of story!

She turned on Will after that article outing her as the side piece..I remember when Will had left with Sami and the kids..She was criticizing Will for leaving Sonny behind..She was very contemptuous of Will...I am sure she will have something to say against Will...I hated how Will defended Abigail against Sami...It really bothered me....He should have stayed neutral...I won't have a problem with Abifail slamming him..It is when you are down, you know who really has your back....Abifail is narcissistic and is unable to feel for others....

How so? He usually keeps Will in check..It is when he goes off on his own, he does something stupid like writing an article about his own mother..He would truly be lost without Sonny.. When Sonny overheard Kate and Will having that conversation, Will would have confessed about his cheating if Kate was not there to intervene and cover for him...Notice how Sonny walked up to Will confidently and asked him to tell him what was going on and Will looked like a deer caught in headlights...lol

Sonny really loves Will, and if the writers try to retcon that with some idiocy about how Sonny settled because he couldn't have Paul, I will be so annoyed.  I like that Sonny is a responsible confident adult who was comfortable with his sexuality.  Sonny can still have flaws without the writers ruining his love for Will.

 

I wish Sami had never been paired up with EJ.  I liked that it didn't matter to Sami that EJ was good looking, could be charming, and was rich.  Sami knew what a despicable snake EJ was behind the mask, and she would constantly tell him he didn't love her, he just wanted to control her.  At the very least, Sami should have gotten to burn EJ to the ground before she left Salem.  Sami should not have been crying when EJ died, she should have been celebrating.

 

I wonder if the writers realize how despicable it is to blame Sami, the woman EJ raped, for the things EJ does.  This has been a recurring theme since EJ showed up in Salem.  Nicole went chasing after EJ when he was married to Sami, a marriage Sami was blackmailed into, and then got mad at Sami and stole Sami's baby because EJ was still obsessed with Sami.  The boring twit chases after EJ when he is engaged to Sami, is bad mouthing Sami who had never done anything to her at that point, and acts like Sami pursued her man when EJ turns Slappy down.  I wish Sami had shot EJ in the head again along with Jenn, Jar Jar, and Dan, and gotten away with it.

 

Pairing Nicole up with Xander, and letting them be bad together would be interesting, but it won't happen.  Nicole will end up being a doormat who gets blamed for what Xander does.  Same thing with Theresa and Chad.

Sonny didn't allow Will to do anything, Will choose to write a mean-spirited article about his own mother and he's also choosing to write a muck-raking, tabloid story on Sparkle--how much did I love Marlena telling Sneasel it's none of his business if Paul is a DiMera, but I don't think WIll listened.  Sneasel is unethical and paranoid and Sonny has nothing to do with Will's choices or behavior.

 

Today, we got a glimpse of Abby's true bitch persona with her dear Aunt Adrienne.  Abs was all smiley and happy when Adrienne was on her side but the minute she questioned Abigail, the bitch came out--she was barely civil to her aunt and that is uncalled for.

I am not saying that Sonny is responsible for Will's awful behavior but he could have talked Will out of doing that tawdry article about Sami, especially since he was uncomfortable with the idea in the first place.  Sonny has always been a good influence on Will .I don't think Will is going to get to write the article about Paul, because his affair with Paul will get outed...I will not be surprise that Mama Narita or Derrick outs him.. He will deserve it. He has done it to so many people...I hope somebody asks him, does he ever think about Arianna when he is hurting other people....

This is all quite true but I think once Will has decided on some horrible course of action, he's going to continue on it. no matter how much Sonny or someone else he respects, tries to point out that it isn't a good idea.

His fixation on Paul is his way of blaming others for his mistakes..he is really trying my patience..He caused this rift in his marriage by putting his ambitions over Sonny who has always made him a priority...He has always done that, even back when Chandler was in the role....He is very selfish...

I'm not surprised that Will is selfish and entitled.  He's had Sami, Lucas, and Kate doing everything for him from day one.  Covering for him, fighting his battles for him, willing to do anything he wanted based partly on their love for him, on his lousy childhood, and in their attempts to one up each other.  What baffles me about Will is that he is so dumb.  The way the writers got Will and Sonny to this point is where they failed.  Will's cheating on Sonny screams plot point because this is what we want to happen, and we can't be bothered with character motivations or continuity.

That is why I hate this storyline because it makes everybody look bad...Sonny should be very pissed at Will, he should have gone all Kiriakis on him...Sonny is not a weak man.  If I was writing the show, I would have had Sonny pretend to not know about Will's affair after he awoke from his attack. He would secure his role as Ari's father by adopting her, that way Will could not use Biology against him...He would plot to bring Will and Sparkle down for their affair...

Jar Jar is gonna sing to high heaven about Chad giving her articles about that damn book. I hope she finds out Stephono is the one that set it up so she'll deflate. Why the fuck is Jar Jar always smiling and having that deer in the headlights look on her face whenever people talk about Chad?? Not too long ago she was bad mouthing him to Grimace now she can't stop smirking. If KM is trying to show conflicting feelings, she's doing a really shitty job. Adrienne was basically wasting her breath talking to that Epic Failure.

 

I'm sorry Lucas but I didn't know that Adrienne was obligated to tell him about Sonny & Sparkles. It's not her place to tell, only person that needs to be saying anything is Sonny and Sonny isn't the type to put his personal life on full display Lucas and don't think Sonny would appreciate Adrienne doing the same thing either. It's called a personal life and I'm so amazed that people in Salem are wanting to know so much information on someone else's personal life, JJ & Sonny both being victims of this.

Sad when RoboMar is the voice of reason and telling Sneasel that his theory just sounded just stupid. Oh Carbon Narita is standing near DiMera property so that automatically means she slept with a DiMera and got knocked up. So what if she didn't deny it, she didn't confirm it either, so he basically got nothing. It's none of his business and exposing a family secret is just wrong, it would be different if Carbon or Sparkles wants him to write the story but Sneasel is doing nothing but turning into a trashy gossip writer. He can go and work for Perez Hilton. 

 

Red Flag Sonny at Sparkles smiling at you like that. Sparkles continues to be a douchebag in sheep's clothing, "You think Sneasel is better for Sonny than me." Quite frankly none of you bastards deserve Sonny. Sonny can do bad all by his damn self. Sonny should say he's a monk and see what they'll do then. But as QuelleC pointed out the other day, Ari has two legal parents, Gabi and Will, so Sonny can't adopt Ari.  And although I love Sonny far more than either Sneasel or Gabi, I don't want Show to EVER have Gabi give up her rights as Ari's mom.

I am not saying that Sonny is responsible for Will's awful behavior but he could have talked Will out of doing that tawdry article about Sami, especially since he was uncomfortable with the idea in the first place.  

 

I don't think anyone - even Sonny - could have talked Sneasel out of writing that article.  As I remember it, his discomfort with writing the story was very short-lived,  And truthfully, I saw that more as him being afraid of the fallout more than any guilt, but even fear wasn't enough to keep him seeing his name in print.

Technically, it's cheating, but Justin all but ended that marriage by leaving town, and it was pretty clear that both Adrienne and Justin understood that to be the case with their final conversation. Now, when Justin comes back and we get some implausible story about  him like Jack going undercover and getting locked up in Afghanistan and his cheating was a cover, there'll be angst and all that, but right now it looks like Justin walked away from his marriage. If Adrienne full on cheats with Lucas, it's not at all like Will cheating on Sonny, and I won't see it as hypocritical.
Yeah, yeah, it's happening too fast and she should end the marriage legally first, but I don't quibble about that stuff on this show, given the amount of crap we have to overlook. I get that it *is* an issue for some people, though.

Just more nonsensical with this Will/Sonny/Sparkle story. That expose on Sami supposedly got rave reviews and now Will is being taken seriously as a 'journalist' so it's not like he needs to expose Tori to boost his career. So why is he doing this? If Sparkle finds out he's a Dimeria (or Jawn's son) he's probably going to stay in Salem to connect with them. How is this supposed to help him keep Sonny?

Marlena looked great, though odd, in that plaid shirt. I loved her, and Lucas, being clear with Will that outing Paul as a DiMera is wrong and that his "evidence" is ridiculous. Beyond that, I understand Sonnixxxxx being interested in an article about an ex baseball player coming out, by why would it or any media be interested in that same player or anyone being a DiMera?

I know Adrianne and her pairing with Lucas is not popular here, but I really like her and them. She was absolutely in the right; Sonny had no right or obligation to tell Will about Paul. Not to mention, Will explicitly told Sonny that he didn't want to know about his past relationships.

I'm not really sure what the point of the Adrianne/Abigail scenes are, and I don't understand the significance of this article, nor why Stephano is so interested in Chad pursuing her. I don't get Hope getting all defensive for Ben either. None of this makes any sense.

The way Sonny was looking at Paul today, he is definitely feeling something for him. I have to echo what another poster said above and wish that we'd get flashbacks of their relationship beyond those few scenes with them in bed in a hotel. Freddie & Christopher are definitely playing that history, but I'd still like to see it.

When did Rafe get so observant? I'm sure he's halfway to thinking Sonny is banging Paul. To be fair though, Paul and Sonny were on a flirt olympic with their little secret smiles and "I'd like to think so" and "you saved my life." My Paulson feels reached a new high. And Sonny sooooooooooooooo wants Paul to stay.

 

I sort of feel bad for Will for the first time in this debacle but then he went and messed up with his conversations with Lucas and Marlena. I'm also disturbed that he just sort of offhand says "oh stefano will take him and reprogram him, either way he's gone." First of all: 1. what an ass thing to say, 2. but Will, what if he comes back dimera-ized? you wouldn't stand a chance. Also, I knew he was lying yesterday and it's definitely confirmed. And once he said "Adrienne wants Paulson together!" I decided Will has went over the deep end. He's got a mighty long hit list: 1.Paul, Tori, Adrienne, Aiden (once Will finds out he got Paul to stay). Watch out Salem- Will is going to Sami/Stan you!

 

Also, more Aiden+Paul+John scenes- I love this trio and their baseball glowiness!

 

Move over Dan! Paul's the new hero of Salem and I am all for it. I continue to be baffled by why all these rich Salemites can't just sign a check for these underprivileged kids instead of raising money, though.

I'm actually enjoying those meaningful looks Paul and Sonny gave each other (and I think Rafe and Chad totally noticed it. Especially Rafe). And if Paul is a saint or a wolf in sheep's clothing I do not really care anymore at this point. All the writing is so bad, I just like CS and FS chemistry together.

 

I'm just sick of Will\s behavior. The writing is utterly ridiculous. And Sonny does not have to baby Will and watch him every move so he does not do something stupid/ But I still I want more Paul/Sonny flashbacks of how they met in San Fransisco at that party.
