Hello, my pounder friends!  I am late to this party for a very respectable reason - I was in a meeting with the town planner because condo community I live in is proposed for rezoning for high-density housing and it went on for over two hours.

What's the download on this lady?  Does she looks like a success story or a snarkfest?  Or a snoozefest that most of them are lately?

Eating habit will be a pizza straight out of my freezer (Dr. Oetker is the only brand I buy, mushroom usually) since I have had no time or energy to cook, and the weather is dreadful so I would rather have a pizza than a salad and the oven will warm my first floor a bit.  It's sleet/freezing rain here and will probably turn to snow sometime tonight.

Mr Lemon and I were on the road last week moving furniture from one state to another (the things we do for our kids lol). That road food was awful. Mr lemon was loving it, waffle house, Wendys. My insides still haven't recovered

The older I get, the more I hate eating while I'm traveling. I just don't even want to eat fast food anymore. Except for Bojangles.

I tried to be healthy today and got baked scoops

I recently found out about cottage cheese chips! I guess it's been around keto folks for awhile, but I'd never heard of them before. I like chips, but  avoid them due to calories and carbs. As a diabetic, it's hard to find a  non-carb snack that isn't cheese or a meat stick, so I was happy to find out about them. You put a 1/2 teaspoon on parchment paper and put in microwave for 4 minutes or so. They spread out on their own. You can add popcorn seasoning for flavor.

Okay, I missed it. Who are her travel companions? What relation?

Stepson RJ and Daughter-in-law Sam, she lives with husband Russell, and grandson Nathan, and the baby.

She has to be over 700.  She has a good attitude, I hope she's another success story.  We've had three successes so far, and one total train wreck this season, and I hope she is a success.

Month 1-564 lbs.   She must be short.   I thought she was heavier, but with her breathing and other issues, she's a bad surgical risk.

So glad you made it. It's slow going so far. Her knee hurts, and her insides are jumping with joy.

I love Dr. Oetker pizza! I have a spinach one in my freezer right now.

Concur on the weather. It is FILTHY out. And I have to go out tomorrow for a hair appointment. I can't change it because my stylist is always booked up for weeks and I'm heading for Sasquatch territory.

What's a zebra cake??

It's part of the Little Debbie snackcake line, the road to Hell is paved with Little Debbie cakes and brownies.

At least Rose is honest about her eating habit.

Poor daughter-in-law Sam almost hurled with Rose saying she would eat doggy doo-doo if Dr. Now told her to so she could lose weight.

She's so motivated she'll eat dog crap. Doc sounds skeptical.

I was just speaking with another Anna today.  But in person it doesn't phase me in the least, I was never the only Anna in my class growing up, but in writing I always feel a bit schizophrenic when my e-mails start with 'Dear Anna' and end with 'Best wishes, Anna'. :)

Up side of having an unusual name...the only other one I know is my mom!

I don’t know how to do that so I shy away from fast food places. That doesn’t mean I don’t do drive through.

I refuse to do drive through. If I'm getting fast food I'm gonna get my ass out of the car and get it. I like the touch screen at McD's though because I can make sure it's right and I don't have to talk to anyone until I pay.

Nope not if you don't want to stop stuffing your face. I think 1 person has lost weight, the rest just go up and up.

Wow. It has worked wonders for me. I'm diabetic and it brought my A1C down. But it also absolutely killed my appetite and when I do eat, it's not much.

Why is Dr. Now always so disingenuous? People come to him for accountability, structure and incentive. They won't lose weight if someone doesn't weigh them and hold them accountable. They need a tangible reward (the surgery). And they need someone to give them a diet, even one that they could look up on the internet. Why does he act like he doesn't know that?

It was the first time I've been in a fast food restaurant in 10 years. Touch screen ordering blew me away.

Houseguest and I got Five Guys a couple of weeks ago, that's as close as I've come to fast food in years. It just doesn't appeal to me at all. Even McDonald's fries don't tempt me any more.

But turn me loose in a bakery or a Dunkin Donuts? Stand back.

Welcome! so far, as Dr. Now says, Rose seems like "a handful"! Great snark potential!
