Pretty sure he was in Janelle's HOH robe when he didn't even win HOH lol. Also if you loose a vote over taking headphones off of someone who is sleeping and not listening to music you probably never had his vote to begin with. Lol so true, I forgot about Marcellas! But he was a character, or playing a character, whereas Taylor is just being a regular person idk about the headphones thing, maybe that’s true, who knows. But I still think it’s smartest to tread very lightly when there are only 3 other people left and one of them has this much power. Lay low, be friendly, be pleasant. As we all know, even if you’re having sex it doesn’t mean you’re close enough yet to be snarky, jokey, or make him uncomfortable around you. It’s just bad gameplay. Link to comment

The only pop culture/world events moments that the house has ever been informed about that I can remember are 9/11, Trump winning, Beyonce and Jay-Z getting married (I think?), and whether Britney Spears had her baby. So very American-centric moments. Ah yes, 9/11 and the nuptials of Jay-Z and Beyonce. Two of the biggest moments in US History. 16 Link to comment

Lamb18 September 20, 2022 Author Share September 20, 2022 Lights are on! People are - not up. We have the same camera views as before, except now they are in color instead of night vision. There is absolutely no sound, too. Silence with lights off and silence with lights on. Brittany wiggled around a little, but that's all the action there is. Cameras 1 and 2 are on Brittany. Lamb18 September 20, 2022 Author Share September 20, 2022 Monte and Turner are talking about gambling. Monte's said he has a few times and his net total is $-50.00. He usually loses around $5 at a time. Turner says he's never been to a casino, but he's done online gambling with Minecraft. He gambled with crypto. It's illegal in the US so he has to do it in a country where it's legal. He talks about how crypto goes up and up, then suddenly will plummet to $0 and that's called a crash. Sounds like he's talking about Minesweeper but I think it's Minecraft. He says he lost a lot of crypto currency in gambling. Suddenly he is called to the Diary Room. 1 Link to comment

She thinks something like that is happening. Some chat about Celebrity Big Brother. Turner wonders who the most famous person was on Celebrity Big Brother. Brittany says the 'nSync guy, Chris Kirkpatrick. Now they're wondering who someone is, maybe the guy who Joseph replaced. They're wondering if he got to explain what happened. Brittany thinks that guy will say "I dodged a bullet" after watching this season. Brittany is nervous. She is rocking back and forth. I don’t know why they wouldn’t assume that is being built, unless their timeline is really off and they think the finale is next Thursday. I feel kind of bad for Brittany, although I’m sure she knows the end (her end) is coming. She’s been very relaxed and personable the last couple of days, and I remembered why I used to like her. I know the feeds are dead boring right now and the scheduling of this final week was shitty planning (shocker!), but on the whole I'm really happy with these 80ish-day seasons after so many years of 90+ days. (Typical Grodner, it takes a global pandemic to improve her show.) Even a cast this volatile didn't need another two weeks of padding; I feel like I can't complain too much about the overall pacing prior to F4. For better or worse, Split House was the right kick in the ass at the right time, IMO. That said, I'm looking forward to the Great Annual Forgetting that begins with the return of Survivor. Usually by December I've gotten to the point of having to look up who was in the season that just ended. I'll for sure remember Taylor, Michael, and—bleh—Kyle, and maybe Jasmine and Turner on a good day. I'll probably need prompting to remember Monte, even if he wins (ZING!). 30 Helens September 21, 2022 Share September 21, 2022 After taking a couple of nights off, Chatty Intense Brittany is back. The one who leans into every syllable, monopolizes the conversation, and finds high drama in the state of Texas highway construction. I think her intensity is in inverse proportion to the number of people in the room: In a group of at least 4, she can relax and go with the flow. But in a 1-on-1, it’s hello Crazy Eyes. Tonight, she’s hanging out with Monte while Taylor naps upstairs and Turner is who knows where. Must be also napping or in a very long DR. This is the time of year where I would normally tune out, but they’re providing just the right amount of background distraction (i.e. not much) for the project I’m currently working on. If anything interesting happens I’ll come back and report, but don’t count on it! Right now, it looks like nothing but gin rummy and tales of Austin ahead. (I used to live there, so this is at least semi-interesting to me.) 1 Link to comment

Lamb18 September 21, 2022 Author Share September 21, 2022 Good morning, everyone! All is dim and gray in the BB house (because of night vision). Camera 1 shows us Taylor sound asleep and alone in the HOH room. I hope Monte is kicked out permanently, well, I might want him to win HOH over Turner as he would be more likely to take Taylor with him. But I am tired of his bombastic condescension. Best situation is that Taylor wins final HOH. While I was meditating about BB, camera 1 switched to showing Monte asleep in his car room bed, those eyeball dials staring down at him. Camera 3 shows the same view. Cameras 2 and 4 show a nearly whole room view of the boys' bedroom. Turner is off in the distance, sleeping in the bed up against the wall. Monte's snoozing away in his bed. Earlier Monte was making his own night music. I'm sure Taylor appreciated listening to it. He and Terrance could have done duets! 1 Link to comment

She is always so sarcastic and smug and I hate sarcasm. I hated it back to the days of Boogie and Will. I hated Evel Dick for his smug interactions with Jen. Sometimes you can grow into disliking a HG that you at the beginning of the season liked. Bullying caused Megan Lowder's exit, it triggered her PTSD. This is nothing new. Taylor also prances around and seems to have grown into using herself in ways that I find not admirable. Mr. Pec-Tacular rubbed his houseguests in the wrong way, constantly showing off his body. It's obnoxious. Rachel was annoying as f*ck too. I liked Taylor and now I don't. But I do think she will win. 1 Link to comment

Lamb18 September 21, 2022 Author Share September 21, 2022 Monte and Taylor are talking about who they want to see at the finale. Monte said he'd like to see Paloma. "Mmmh hmmm," says Taylor, then silence. Monte catches on. Taylor says she would like to have a conversation with Paloma. There was discussion and laughter about Pooch. Monte asked Taylor who she talked with the most the first week. Taylor answers, Brittany. Taylor says she saw Brittany having so much anxiety backstage and rocking back and forth, and she was concerned about her. I've noticed that when the conversation turns to Paloma the feeds cut to Brittany sleeping in her bedroom. Jasmine told Monte around week 2 that Taylor had made an indirect slur about her weight. Monte relates this and as they discuss this, feeds cut again. Monte says Ameerah was good about inflating things, like telling Daniel Taylor made Paloma cry. They are discussing the accomplishments of each house guest, how many times they've been on the block and how many times they were nominated or backdoored. 1 Link to comment

Adam Jasinski won ffs. So did Evel Dick. Taylor will have high earning power regardless of whether she wins or not. This show was her springboard. However, she is disliked by many. Include me among that group... I can't stand her sarcasm. I think most of her DR sarcasm is written by the producers but it is unappealing and I do not know why they created her to be that way as the season developed. I really think they encouraged her to act a certain way and maybe even pushed her into a showmance. The producers are very manipulative. That's why they don't want the diary room sessions discussed. That Grodner has her hand in everything. I am not going to discredit her win. I know she will win and good for her. I am never happy with who wins this show, except for last year with Xavier's win. Therefore, he was not remotely the only worthy winner. Michael was on people’s radar to the point where the first time he lost a comp needed for his safety, he was immediately voted out. I don’t care If he spent 23 hours a day strategizing. I don’t care if he won 80 billion competitions. His strategy to get rid of Kyle put a huge target on his back and him not winning 80 billion and 1 competitions got him the boot. I have always said, whoever wins these stupid game shows (and I include Survivor in this) deserves to win. Because they got to the end however random it was, and the jury voted for them. The end. And by the way, the thought of Indy especially voting for someone to win because production told her to vote in a certain way? BAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Same with Jasmine. I’m 90% certain Monte has this.
