I stopped watching RHBH awhile ago - but Camille on a revamped RHNJ show would be hysterical. Too bad probably highly unlikely. Maybe we can start another petition. But since Run Vito Run apparently got nowhere - I'm not hopeful.

Edited to add - my husband is a big Howard Stern fan, so I remember her Private Parts bit part. He apparently likes her (according to Mr. DC), me not so much.

Well, well, well....I know we have to consider the source but according to Radar, the Guidices may be heading for a divorce.

No surprise there, right?

Except they claim it's JOE that will be filing while she's in prison.

Teresa is on the cover of In Touch talking about one last Christmas. I almost bought it before I stopped myself.

Edit: it's US Weekly. Wonder if she still got paid?

*hangs head in shame* I read it. She talked about hiring a unattractive nanny and throwing her kids a Christmas to remember. She NEVER learns. Some shit never changes.

Since I am fairly unique in that I never could stand Teresa or her husband and barley tolerated to schlepping about of about of Gia-the child star/model/singer that never happened, bratty Milania reeking havoc in a kids' boutique, I am jaded in Bravo's decision to keep Teresa on.  Bravo is a business, TPTB are well aware of the fact that federal prosecutions have a 90% conviction rate.  What Bravo could not wring out of the season was anyone who was willing to express any kind of face to face indignation towards Teresa for her fraudulent ways, or Joe's DUI history.  TPTB even went so far as to marginally involve Teresa in a salacious rumor about two cast members' mother.  The build up to the confrontation fell flat, as once again the RH involved did not want the public scorn of taking on Tre, mother of four.

Way up thread Lotus Flower responded to my comment about Carole and Heather and Teresa not bringing in the ratings.  In no way did I mean to imply there were an similarities personality wise.  The lack of popularity, as evidenced by the ratings on RHONYC, is a decision of Cohen and TPTB that come hell or high water they will keep these women around until the ship goes down.

With the holiday miracle of the Manzo/Laurita clan reuniting I expect a strong presence  and filming in 2015 of the RHONJ-their ratings all though on the decline, the past two Teresa based season have no place to go but up.  The adult children of Caroline, Dina and Jacqueline get along and all seem quite camera hungry.  In my world they should film an event-party might be an inappropriate term, of the entire cast gathering to wish the Teresa a bon voyage and everyone assuring Teresa they will be there for Joe and the girls.  Imagine Teresa having to be nice to Jacqueline who tried so hard to meet with her and express her concern.

Imagine Teresa's surprise when Dina had to tell her that she had reunited with her family.  Teresa can go back to doing what she did best and be a friend of the Laurita/Manzo clan or try even more failed adventures like her cooking show.  Her reality check may come in prison when she sees that life goes on without her.

If there are direct quotes to the magazine-Teresa got paid.  If the photographs are done layout style-Teresa got paid.  If the articles are a random assortment of previous Teresa quotes and "inside sources" chances are Teresa didn't get paid.

Had to retrieve the rag mag from the loo ~

"says the insider".

"Says the source".

"according to the source"

"I have four beautiful daughters and an amazing husband.  That's all that matters." "I always have Christmas Eve at my house.  We make all kinds of seafood.  I love it."  "Teresa tells US".  {not dated}

It is indeed a sad, sad, fvking day on planet earth when it is the hubs, who has NEVER watched anything even remotely related to any of the howives shows, who is the first to tell me about "some funny lookin' bitch from one of those shows you watch trying to sue her lawyers before she goes to jail"...and then asking me is 'she really that stupid'...sigh...if only he knew!

22 more days.  22 more days I hope I lose 3 more pounds.  No bread, cheese or pasta.  I read somewhere they are filming her and she's still negotiating for $$.  Top Ramen cost .18 cents in prison.  How are they going to dig themselves out of this mess?  What happens when April comes around and they have to file legal taxes?  Yet, I see her all dressed up taking the girls to see Nene on Broadway.  No doubt those tickets were comp.  I'm not the one going to prison, but hot dang, just the thought of in 3 weeks I'll be wearing sneakers and khakis and talking to Big Momma and eating cold bologna and bolting to the salad bar before the salad is gone (Read that in Orange is the New Black).  She'll probably asked for her bologna it to be fried - and then get the shit fall out from any request or complaint.   (I read that part too.)

ETA:  Out of curiosity I went to Tre's FB page.  Someone hoped Joe would get infected with aids then infect her.  WTF?  I'm just happy with her doing her time and paying back the people she owes and shows some kind of remorse - and maybe - an apology - to the people she owes money too.  Even if it is Bloomingdales.

Another day and another Teresa attorney gets fired.  http://allaboutthetea.com/2014/12/16/exclusive-teresa-giudice-fires-new-attorney-stacy-ann-biancamano/

I am waiting for Teresa to claim her darling Milania suffers from some sort of behavior disorder and cannot be away from her mother.  I do think Teresa has been hitting the anti-anxiety meds pretty hard.

Teresa's crisis manager penning tell all.  Please let it come out sooner rather than later.  http://radaronline.com/exclusives/2014/12/teresa-guidice-former-crisis-manager-wendy-feldman-tell-all-book/

The letter was written by the attorney without Feldman's knowledge or permission (emphasis added).   Yeah where I practice law, non-lawyers don't get to tell attorneys what they can and can't do on a case.   In fact, it is an ethical violation to take direction on a case from anyone but the client -- regardless of who pays or thinks they are in charge.   Want to bet the attorney fired Theresa not the other way around?

As for the tell-all book Feldman is planning, good luck getting any more clients if they know you are write about them if things go south in the relationship.

I'm with you on all that. Especially if Feldman is writing a tell-all as she seems to be directly quoted. How unprofessional. Is Teresa dim enough not to have her had signed a confidentiality agreement? If she was working for her for free maybe she didn't.

Somewhat unrelated, but Washington Post had an article today about the most searched websites and how they've changed since 1998. Very interesting. That Glam.com and it's related sites apparently is in the top twenty today. I had never heard of it before. Who knew?

Maybe in the world of felons there is no professional courtesy.  I think Wendy is upset that Teresa manhandled her.  I will be interested to see just what Wendy reveals.  It may not be good for future business but then again how many people can afford a crisis manager/pre-incarceration consultant?  I guess right about now Teresa will be getting use to waiving privilege.  I wonder if Wendy will be a witness for Teresa's attorney she is suing?

I thought the attorney Teresa fired did a fine job getting her assigned Danbury.  Originally Teresa was looking at the one in West Virginia.

I don't get these cooking videos. They aren't really innovative, instructive, or creative. They are barely even recipes. Even if I could barely cook, I wouldn't need Teresa to show me how to put ice cream in between two cookies. This is Sandra Lee level "cooking".

  • Love 2

Bwahaha. Teresa is self-promoting in hopes of getting her own cooking show upon time served. She's too stupid to realize this video only serves to underscore the fact that she just isn't qualified to host her own cooking program. There was absolutely no cooking involved--just rote assembly of pre-manufactured junk food.

HOLY SEIZED PROPERTY!!!!!

http://allaboutthetea.com/2014/12/17/feds-seize-cash-jewelry-in-surprise-raid-of-teresa-giudices-home/

According to this article, apparently the Feds found some Rolex watches the Guidices had claimed were stolen on an insurance claim and a boatload of cash hidden in the house.

And allegedly Joe wasn't there and hasn't been living there for at least a couple of weeks.

These people are imploding.

Real quick, any of the legal eagles here know if they can get additional time or brought up on separate charges for frauding on the claim that the Rolex watches were stolen yet were found in their possession?

Goddamn, Guidices....You ignoramuses are truly the gifts that just keep on giving to the legal system.  Oy!!!

LabLover, and did you see this just happened on Monday???

Holy shit...I mean, their collective stupidity is mind-boggling.

All the dumbbitch had to do was set up a payment plan for her restitution, and none of this would have happened.

OMFG...These people are taking idiocy to a whole 'nother level for me.  They're even making the dim bulbs on Vanderpump Rules look like Einsteins by comparison.

Seriously, they appear to be criminally incorrigible.  They never learn a lesson and just keep going about their usual criminal activities.

How humiliating for those poor kids.

I wonder if Joe also told her, "Eh, it is what it is, fuggetabottit."

  • Love 4

The article is interesting but how come I can't find this event reported anywhere else. Secondly that whistle blower info is pretty detailed and if true would have to be one of the official in the raid. And if an official was giving out that kind of detailed info, wouldn't that put their job at risk?

It wouldn't exactly shock me to learn the insider is someone Teresa gave a first-hand account to.

Melissa comes to mind, who's extremely tabloid friendly, who may have received the account from either Teresa or JoeGo, relaying it from what he was told by Teresa.

Dina also comes to mind as a possibility.

If I were in this cast, I would not trust any of these chucklefucks.  They have no loyalty, not even to family, when it comes to turning a quick buck.

I'm not sure where else this would have been reported.  I don't know as scenarios like this make the regular news or not.  I know drug raids make the news where I live, but I can't say I've ever seen a report of property being seized in a restitution scenario like this case.

I'm sure now that one source has published it, it's only a matter of time before ROL and a few other usual suspects publish it as well.  Maybe another source will have legal documents attached to it to validate it.

All I can imagine is another Federal wire fraud case.  All it takes is one Fax out of state and it becomes federal.

I hadn't stop to think that Teresa was now officially without counsel-Joe is still represented but I think Teresa canned all her criminal defense attorneys.

I believe the way it works is the Feds have so many days to file a document with the clerk outlining what was seized.  So if there was such an action this maybe filed very soon.

Whoever said Teresa is the gift that keeps on giving is right! This story is so over-the-top, and I'm pretty cynical, but a lot of it rings true to me. As a lot of us have said for months now, you don't mess around with the Feds. Teresa and Joe have been so dismissive and cavalier about their crimes, and have done so publicly, that I can see the Feds putting a target on their backs and going after them. After all, haven't all of us been asking how those two can continue living their high life? I can see the Feds asking the same question.

Teresa lying about all her jewelry being fake? Yup. Lying about stolen Rolexes? Please. $11k in cash hidden in a trap door? Right from the script. Christmas presents for the 4 beautiful daughters? Come on now. Joe living elsewhere, and telling Teresa to stuff it? Totally believable.

Happy Holidays, Tre.

If this article is true, and I suspect it is, the Feds need to search the entire property including the dog kennel and the chicken coop. I would not be surprised if they found hidden money stashed all over the place. The Feds also need to search the extended families properties as well, I would not put it past Teresa/Joe to stash money/property in their homes, after all, its what family does for each other, right! Neither of these 2 idiots would think of their family members freedom over their own personal greed.

  • Love 3

It never ends. A lot of plausible scenerios, but here's another one: maybe the lawyer quit because she wasn't paid?

I thought the attorney Teresa fired did a fine job getting her assigned Danbury.  Originally Teresa was looking at the one in West Virginia.

I agree, but I still say that Danbury isn't definite. The judge can only recommend a facility; the final determination is made by the BOP, and it's usually made shortly before the surrender date (to assess bed availability, etc...)

  • Love 1

Pisses me off - hiding $11k worth of Christmas presents?  Those jokes about $ hidden in the chicken coup doesn't sound so far stretched now.

Um, new iPhone 6's don't come cheap, Lab. Oh PLEASE let the Feds find money in the chicken coop! That would be my early Christmas present! I promise I won't ask for anything else!

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think any search warrant or notice of seizure extends to properties of family members. That's feels like a reach.

I know it would be a reach without some proof they hid assets at someone else's house but I would not put it past the Giudice's doing it. By all accounts, they have no money coming in yet they are still living the high life and if the Feds don't find some big money hidden on their property then it has to be stashed elsewhere and extended family would be the best bet.

I agree about your theory; I'm just saying the federal agents have to carry out the search and seizure within the law, and searching the properties of their extended family is outside of their legal authority.

  • Love 1

I guess we will know very soon of this is true. This particular site has an iffy record.  I question all the cash they found.  I just don't believe they have any money.  I think we would have also heard about Teresa being ripped off.  Time will tell.

I have a suspicion this could very possibly be money they had before any of the legal shit hit the fan and the $11,000 is what remained.

It probably started at an amount with considerably more zeroes than $11,000 until they had to start dipping into it on the regular, if you catch my drift.

I can get totally behind that idea.

No one in regular clothes and shoes wants to wade around in chickenshit (well, except LEGAL chickenshit, which these assclowns apparently love to wade around in).

No one wants to go anywhere within snapping distance of those dogs.

Yup, I could totally see them taking advantage of those facts and burying money out there underneath the coop and underneath the kennel as well.

Wendy Feldman may know the answer.  Teresa apparently has no confidentiality agreement with her.  IIRC Joe's brother Pete and his bride filed BK a few ago.  IF there were items of value at their home, they would pretty much have to show a correlation between income and purchase.

I agree about your theory; I'm just saying the federal agents have to carry out the search and seizure within the law, and searching the properties of their extended family is outside of their legal authority.

I reread the copy of the Order for Forfeiture and on page 2, B, addresses the possibility them more or less hiding assets with a third party. It could just be a standard legal practice to list that but it could also be that the Feds/Courts suspect Teresa/Joe of hiding money/property somewhere else. That they are living the same basic lifestyle today as they did when they had big (stolen/grifted) money at their disposal, has to a red flag to the Feds that they have unclaimed money/cash/assets stashed somewhere.

  • Love 1

If this story is true http://allaboutthetea.com/2014/12/17/feds-seize-cash-jewelry-in-surprise-raid-of-teresa-giudices-home/ and Teresa is either indicted or arrested there will be no Danbury for her. I believe the BOP does not allow inmates with pending charges into the camp facilities.

Holy Shit! So Theresa reported jewelry stolen, collected insurance money, reported them in bankruptcy, and they were recovered on the property?

I hope more charges are coming.

Edit: False report. I'll put my popcorn away.
