I just love Stephanie - not friends with her but have run into her at a few charity events and she really is a lovely, genuine, generous person.

The apple corer operations, where she almost successfully operated it! (So close, so very close!) Getting so upset at Stephanie because Stephanie used the word "bashed", and Kam took it literally, like she thought Stepha was suggesting that Kam would "bash a baby".  The endless Jimmy confusion. The Three person string quartet! The love for and care she took of her senior dog.  And she rightfully set the "Don't sexually harass me" boundary when Brandi was chasing her around the pool with the dildo?  I think back then more people liked Brandi, before we got a look at who she really is, and perhaps that's why? And Kam seemed all uptight? But really, as her husband said this epi, she's the blond detective and perhaps she was on to Brandi early on?

She has never let me down but once -- the episode where Brandi was berating Tiffany for daring to be upset by Brandi's racism, erm "racism", and Kam didn't step up for Tiffany. I expected more, and was disappointed in her for that. Otherwise, the greatest, most perfect level of mockable (light, not depressing) HW of all time.

The Kam hate is one of the great mysteries of this show to me. I sincerely do not get it.

I’ll join ya at the table Jel! Kameron’s one of my all-time favorite Housewives. She has some quirks that could be annoying to deal with IRL, but I think she’s harmless and has a good energy. And yes, her quirks make for good TV. She provides snark without raising my blood pressure. I like that her life looks legitimately aspirational, unless I’ve missed something. Much as I enjoy the lifestyle porn, money is not everything for me. Kameron is happily married, has cute little kids, and doesn’t appear to have darkness, scandals, or much stress. It’s a breath of fresh air among housewives.

I thought she was such a good Christian that she actually practiced what is preached but no, she does not because she judges everyone and then hides behind that religion, like so many religious people of all religions I know, they are typically the worst people I know.  

I have never liked her, never found her funny.  If Stephanie and Brandi were in high school together I am sure that Stephanie's mother would tell her to stay around from that Brandi girl, she is trouble.

You are already at the table, RealHousewife! -- I am looking at your bejeweled, bedazzled, full on glittery place card right now. (It's about 8 inches from the very large centerpiece, and maybe 6 feet from the three person quartet). Lunch today: the perfect peanut butter sandwich (made with the expensive supermarket jam), and some almost segmented apples.  ;)

Here with cocktails. I try not to get attached to blondes on these shows, they always disappoint me, Dorinda, Nene, Tins, LEAH, I really think Andy has a thing with Blondes, he do cast the craziest ones. Except Ramona, never change Moaner, you are evil and relish in it, its refreshing. lol. Kam is pretty much herself on this show, that be a hot mess sometimes. Also see The Moaner.

She one of the few who I see possess shades of gratitude too. I feel the same way with Tiff.  Flaunt your wealth away howives but don't be an ingrate. DORINDA. BETHANY. After 2020 and much of 2021, it has been the small things in character that I see. Gratitude is a huge one. Thats with everyone around me honeslty. Be grateful folks- so much have nothing. And that doesn't mean not striving for me- gratitude to me is taking a breath and saying thank you.

P.S.- One of my dearest friends grew up in Oklahoma. I’ve only had occasion to visit once (the Tulsa area), but I had a wonderful time. I’ve been wanting to go back lately, mostly because I’m missing live music and the Flaming Lips space bubble shows in OKC are about the only shows I’d feel safe going to right now. Your native son Wayne Coyne was made for this moment! To bring it back to the show, he would have been my hope for an Oklahoma celebrity guest (though I don’t know that I could ever see him hanging with these women).

I just can NOT watch Kari anymore. She is despicable and a real cold hearted bitch. Why is it that her daughters have such a prominent presence this year? (at least the one with the purple hair). I find them boring and if the show wishes to focus on mental health issues, showing Bipolar/Alcoholic/Narcissistic Kari in any way, shape or form is just not an effective way to manage mental health.  

All these shows have a strong pull to alcohol and making events alcohol fueled. All it does is emphasize the gross behaviors of these women who think/feel they are SO much better than everyone else because of the clothes they wear or the houses they own. I hope if I were ever to be extremely wealthy that I would maintain my kind heart and compassion - money only ruins you if you are shallow to begin with.

I think Stephanie is looking at Travis's business as something she can have a part in, and seeing a role for herself in doing the charity work the family business was able to contribute.  I could see how she'd get a lot of satisfaction out of it even though it's not all her own.

Every time I see any of the daughters, they all have such a flat affect when they're talking with their mother.  Seems unusual for all three teenage girls (well, I guess the oldest is 20) to display that same trait.  And Kary always seems to be tiptoeing around while trying to get to know them -- it's hard to describe but suggests Mommy Dearest vibes to me.
