  1. I laughed right out loud when Zoe said something like "We'll never find our own pastry elf!" lol. Total shout out to the Fuggirls who adore the kitchen pastry.
  2. Agreed. I kept waiting for it to be a set up. I thought for sure that the NSA guy was a plant - I've watched TV - but was concerned that Sallen (scallen? calsam? calna?) hadn't twigged to it when Sam looked surprised by finding the real agent. Phew! I liked Callen at the fence "i'm not moving!" I like the low key Deeks and Kensi moments - referencing the romance so we know it's still going strong, but not taking over everything. I admit a morbid curiosity as to whether nell and eric are an official thing or not. I mean, you don't take someone home to meet your parents just because you are work buddies. Swiss nachos? <blecch>
  3. Jerry at the end singing Dean Martin gave me the warm fuzzies. Missed Danno too. Am wary of a Kono family wedding - it didn't work out so well for Chin. It was good to see Agent Sean (tm Regina, TWOP). I'm relieved he didn't turn out to be a baddie - I was worried for a sec at the beginning when Decker couldn't remember him. I guessed that the woman was Roman, but then second-guessed myself when the guy held Agent Sean at gunpoint and told him he knew where he lived. shallow pool: could we get McGarrett and Adam to go surfing - shirtless - just once? I might die.
  4. Rachel Bilson was ON tonight. Her crying, her wailing at potentially losing the kitchen pastry, her scheming - so hilarious. And Lavon's trademark "NO, nononononono" was especially funny tonight. So is Sal really going to buy the houseboat and rent to George, or was that all part of the shenanigans? I was worried for a minute that Lavon was going to move them all INTO the main house. This solution seems a bit more manageable. I really need to see Crickett's bar outfit.
  5. These two actors are so superb. I loved their scenes. However, the rest of the cast, in my opinion, can't hold a candle to VD or MGH. So when I see high-neck Wes searching for an emotion, it completely takes me out of the scene. I realize that most people are going to appear as lesser actors up against these women, but the gap is so startling to me.
  6. I also squeed at the ladder scene - I was surprised to hear it, and was like - wait, what?? I had to rewind! love that it was just part of conversation and not a big declaration. I'm also glad they haven't (yet) gone the route of Deeks trying to protect her or not letting her do her job. (excluding this ladder scene! lol) He trusts her to do what she is trained for without the angst of his focus being pulled.
  7. I am mid episode of Chicago PD. But had to pop in to state "they REALLY want us to hate Gabby, yes?" I mean, the convo with Antonio!?! Wtf?
  8. I am mid episode. But had to pop in to state "they REALLY want us to hate Gabby, yes?" I mean, the convo with Antonio!?! Wtf?
  9. Thank you for raising this because I forgot to ask this question before. When Casey came outside after they dragged the janitor out, Gabby said something to him I couldn't hear completely. I *thought she said something like "Baby, don't ever scare me like that again." So when they were in the truck and he looked back at her laughing away, I saw it as him being completely confused as to the status of their relationship. As in, "hey waitaminnit. I thought we broke up?" Anyone hear what she said? I much prefer Dowel's take on it.
  10. From the promos for next week, I see that Lizzie is getting the
  11. Even in the most solemn moment since the house stood at attention for the little boy killed in the laundry chute, Gabby manages to make it all about her. Why didn't Kelly talk!?! I heart Hermann.
  12. Kevins and the date challenge were the best part.
  13. So basically next week's eps promos show that The Blacklist is Alias, part deux?
  14. When I know I watch too much TV: As I listened to my broadway Pandora station this weekend, I found myself singing:
  15. Yes. Thank you. That's what I was coming here to say. They could have at least raised it that Baez would be left out. Then no one will want to partner with Danny if it means always being looked over. Nikki didn't even bug this episode. Probably because she didn't have any lines. I thought Jack and Charlotte were adorable. How old is he supposed to be? 12? I liked that Danny and Linda brought them but then stood on the sidelines so Jack could have his date in private. Could someone help me with timeline - Danny and Linda married before he went to Iraq, but didn't have kids till he came back?
  16. Look, I can hand-wave with the best of them. Especially for this show, where I just want to watch the pretty people shoot bad guys. I am a chief hand waver. HOWEVER, the complete absurdity of the 6 superstars taking down the entire terrorist cell with nothing more than Home Depot respirators was too much, even for me. They don't call SWAT? or a military strike team? Or have the CDC waiting down the road? or wear contamination suits??? Did they think they couldn't absorb the virus through their skin??? I couldn't even watch the poor test subject. I closed my eyes for the entire scene. #nightmares I jumped - and screamed - as the wrecking ball came toward Joe. gacck. At no time did Steve talk to the Gov?? A national Homeland alert and his boss doesn't even check in?
  17. I believe they did use a condom, but it failed. During Zoe's talk to Rose's campers, she told the girls to be sure to check the expiration date on all condoms before using. I loved the silliness of this show. Even the Truitt bros didn't bug too much. I was glad they clarified that Tansy is getting her happy ending with Scooter, and that George said "no more ex-loves." Perhaps George's happy ending is doing something new by managing the bros - altho for a minute I wondered if he was going to move back to New York. I liked how proud AB and Lemon looked when Zoe announced her pregnancy to all at the RJ. (And shallow note: Has Rachel Bilson ever looked lovelier? Clearly pregnancy agrees with her!) Crickett - I hope you get your happy ending most of all. Poor Lavon. can't win for losing. I am extra sad because we didn't get to see the lauded Dreamgirls number.
  18. yes yes yes! This is my beef with every crime show i watch! never drop the gun! or when you kill someone, take their gun!!! I kept waiting for her to say "Do you know who my father is? And although right now he hates me, he's going to have you for breakfast when he learns you took me." Are we supposed to believe that Andrew and Portia RNC are powerful enough to operate their *own version of B613?? I did predict Ian was a plant; did not predict he was the leader. (i thought for sure when she burst through the red door she'd be on a ship in the ocean, a la Sydney Bristow)
  19. I agree with everyone - love this show! Lavon and George in the kitchen backing up from the island was hysterical. Loved girls weekend, altho Lemon's dress while "casually" asking George about the lake house was abominable. "I got a cat! All the ladies on the L Word have a cat!" "She took off to New York....I was going to propose." "No. no. nooooooooooooooooo." Love Lavon's "NOs." "....I don't love you!" "RUDE!" "I will never, under any circumstances, ever be called Grandma." Awww! Grandpa Earl! So excited for them. I like that Wade thought about asking Zoe if she could eat shrimp. When Brick found out and judged Zoe, I wanted AB to go back at him about dating an "unmarried single mother." Glad he came around. "I am not staring at you for any reason at all." Clearly Lemon was interested with re-kindling things with Lavon, but now that she knows AB still loves him, she'll never pursue it. Everyone has a broken heart. Poor AB, the best 'best friend' a girl could ask for. She cracked me up in the big sunglasses on the bench. "I need to move. Today. Witness Protection." I *really want to try this biscuit in a basket thing.
  20. Loved the scene with the Ruzek father and son. Loved Olinsky's observation about cops - some are this and some are that. Both are worthy. Jack Coleman (Steve Carrington FTW) played such a baddie on Castle I kept waiting for him to be evil. I pegged the boyfriend when the father said he was in his room, but thought he did it himself. and then thought he couldn't be because he led the police right to the boy. When the suspect started running on the ell i didn't know who paid him to do it. I never thought it was the dad. Am glad Voight owned up to it, but wish the dad had punched him in the face. At the beginning - this was so confusing to me - when they saw the bloody handprint on the dryer, Voight says "he's injured, let's look for him" and they walk right out. I was screaming at the TV - "CHECK THE DRYER! HE MIGHT BE IN THE DRYER!" either hiding or put there by the killer. Atwater's marble mouth has me frustrated. Sophia Bush's ass makes me want to never eat again. Jesse's abs - <SWOON> Burgess & Roman - meh, but at least they were drinking at Molly's. It took me three rewinds to catch the "tender age child." is that a Chicago/Illinois thing? Minors here in NY.
  21. Happy Big Block of Cheese Day! ANNNNNNNNNNND I see it's already posted in All Episodes. Sorry! (I thought it was weird no one had posted yet since you guys are johnny-on-the-spot.) Leaving it here, too, unless the mod wants to remove it. What's next?
  22. I loved them in the 3D room - they were so comfortable with each other. And as he went down the steps to confront the baddies and asked if she had his back, her response, while clearly the obvious and expected answer, was very confident and assuring. I didn't realize it was her, but for me it seemed that her hair seemed especially long for whatever reason.
