Oh, I need some tomatoes! I just took advantage of the farmer's market and blanched and froze a couple quarts of green/wax (Packer) beans. You can't compare the flavor. \ I don't get the boneless chicken trend. I hate to think of the over processing and I can get a 10 pound bag of chicken quarters for .89 a pound. I'm hungry for chicken so I bought a bag of frozen boned skinned breasts and opted for the least processed, 15% added brine. I hate paying for water and salt but yes, they are good. You'd think corn would be a no brainer in WI but I think most of it is grown for other reasons. I roasted up the best of the year yesterday, with a little parm sprinkled on top. It's too early in WI for corn right now.

They only tested for Chad and it was negative, resulting in an entire day's worth of uncontrollable fake tears. But Creepy pressured the lab tech and she was told a lie because we all know it's a Dimera.

Damn, I think Caroline had a stroke and that's what starts people coming back. I don't read spoilers so I could be wrong. I have to hand it to Chad to do a decent job with a horrible storyline. We're supposed to think Failure's angst/stank is about how she craves the Chad and how they're star crossed lovers or something and had to invoke the Ejami to try to make it work. Getting kicked out of the house is the best thing that could happen to Jeannie Theresa.

I know people are tired of bashing the Jar Jar and I've tried not to chime in, but I noted she was on 4x last week, I lost count this week and the entire Friday was about her. She effed EEJ 1/14 and had six months or more before that with gaslighting Austin. We're almost 2 1/2 years putting up with forcing it on us. I suspect she wears the blouses because she knows her body looks goofy. That's ok her face does too. But she doesn't have the talent to back it up. They cleaned up Dr Grope because of input I think, but how does Days not listen to this? We have another six months arc coming of this AbiCrap.I hope those of you who get around more are posting on NBC or where it counts. I don't care to look into her background but how entitled is she. ETA She supposedly took over Jordan's program that they called charity, that helped people get health care. It was funded by Creepy for the purpose of controlling Jordan. Jar Jar's contribution is to attend a few events celebrating her greatness and getting her picture taken. Now Creepy is wedging in on more contributions to fund the prenatal thing so he can control more women. Then for him to inflict guilt on Ben to give him he ring I was going to give your dead ma.. He could do a great Anthony Hopkins but it's not soapy to me, it's disturbing. Please, Kate do him in.

I thought she was going onboard for the wedding and maybe being taken to another port. Surely Francis could find out where Blamey lived and which port he left and look for her. He doesn't seem to have taken those steps but his anger over Verity leaving baffles me other than his saying, when referring to Ross, that at least there wasn't another bad marriage in the family. And clearly she was very useful. He thought nothing of her, wanting her to stay there forever taking care of them? Francis is awful. He's the one who gave up the investors' names to George after being given the 1,200, ruining Ross and others. I appreciate the posts about how Demelza would feel better about going to the sea rather than graveside but I would never have let that ribbon out of my hand, ever. Today my head hit the pillow the moment I saw Dark Roast again. Slappy was on 4x last week but I think Dingy is going on two weeks now? So I kind of just listened. I appreciate the recaps very much. Way too much Eeyore having the same conversations. Are we supposed to be wanting him to get back with Nicky? I don't get it but I sure as hell don't want anyone suffering Dingy's emotional abuse anymore.

I think the cabin story screams a change of direction that's been done by this soap too many times. It's out of the ordinary they've had such a slow burn. I think they were going for the stupid "twist" and realised they had a good relationship and people were liking Hope for once. Maybe Hope insisted on it, who knows. If PR has any common sense he will never say the words fancy face again.

I laughed out loud when Nicky opened the door and she just stood there staring in an overly tight dress. Turning around to show her ass. And then I laughed because she didn't seem to have any lines! I HOPE she knows she's a parody of herself. Still, Nicole is on thin ice claiming they lost touch when Old Dingy and she were in constant contact over the kid, so it wasn't like she moved to Istanbul or something. I like it that Nicky cares though and her swollen face looked real. She remembers when she and Chloe were close and she actually had a best friend. Her sister wasn't her friend, she had an affair with EJ. That being said, leave Nicole alone. Old Dingy's hair went from a mixed furball to brown shoe polish. I guess it took Days 6 mos after filming to find out everyone thought he was dirty and we were sick of the zinc washer necklace. Why the hell does Old Dingy care to march over to the Shrew's cave so she could bug her eyes out some more in disbelief. Maybe her eyes don't see light very often. Well, I was going to mention how she completely used Eeyore (because that's the only way he can have sex on this show) and more but she's leaving and we won't have to see her in royal blue spandex anymore. I take back what I said about KM/s acting improving. I was drawn into a scene for about 20 seconds and was completely stunned she could act that long. I don't think she dresses like a nun, I like that she's bringing back blouses and wore a work appropriate navy jacket to work. She could exploit the tight dress thing and look just like everyone else but she doesn't. We've discussed how some actors have imput on their look. I loved most of the slow Aiden/Hope relationship, he really brought out her good points and I'm sure she'll be raising the eyebrow at Bo the second he arrives. I hope he finally burned the leather jacket but I doubt it. I wonder why Cop Voice doesn't ask why she hasn't seen Sage or Caspar or whatever his name was because he probably killed him so he wouldn't tell Hope the truth he gaslit his wife and put the murder into motion. I honestly hope there is some payoff with that cabin storyline around which they built that great cabin set. I'm contradicting myself but they've had a summer's happiness, he's leaving, so let's dig into his past a little bit more. Show must know how much he is liked. Sorry for the rambling I'm lonely and need coworkers now.

NBC should be available early morning to watch Days, as should Hulu. I checked You Tube a few and it wasn't up yet.

Wait, people are going to get killed? For good? Corday really is planning on cancellation isn't he. I know the 50th anniversary people aren't going to stay, and I know nobody's ever really dead, but why doesn't he just set off a bomb in the town square since everyone is within walking distance and is probably walking if he wants to make sure the show is dead, dead, dead.

And he threatened to call off the interview more than once when he wasn't getting his way. He is truly awful.

I'm going to have to disagree about the dress. It should have been much better fitted on top (not gaping when she moved around) and it could lose that cheap looking trim around the neck. I like the general style but I was hoping for something with a cleaner look. Her hair looked nice though. Why didn't Caroline take off that poopy jacket? Surely the dress was cleaner underneath. The bobbing up and down without the heel made me laugh out loud too. I was trying to figure out if she was doing lefty loosey-righty tighty the wrong way but she was in fact trying to turn it left. Aldi's does in fact let you sit down at the register. They also have you buy steel toed shoes so you can unload crates off the truck at 6am and I've never seen anyone but middle aged women working there. Like most places you're expected to run back and forth and do stocking every second you can get away. They get holidays off, pretty rare, but they seem unhappier than my coworkers at my last job where we were required to stand 10 hours a day with no lunch break, 2 10 min breaks (if you're lucky). Not sure why that is but I'm applying and I'll let you know. I think Gillian just gets to sit at the register. Overall I really liked this episode, we needed some humor. Enough of Gary already. What did he say he spent 100,000 pounds on? I suppose he's there to give Alan something better to do than read a newspaper or drive around the country. I don't like Mrs. Gary at all but at least she's giving Gary a hard time. I agree with someone else who said the money is messing with the working class dynamics of this show. John needs to go. I've read the odd thing occasionally about how McD owns most of the cattle farms in S America and is the largest tomato buyer, etc. Jeez I'm hungry, I only had a grilled cheese today.

I hear you, I scrolled by the other day with the lady addict who had to do everything in fours and had four bottles of hand sanitizer with her onstage and decided she is SO messed up I can't even hatewatch this show anymore.

Jeebus Boes you might want to help me apologize to the cat when I howled over impersonating an anus.

I just left a job with two soda machines. I cleaned the bottom rack and tray that catches the ice, and the walls and I made it a point to disinfect the buttons everyone touches. Until they told me sanitizing wipes were too expensive to use on anything so I just used a towel and water. The trays and racks grow mildew every day. Once we had to get a plumber to clean out the drain holes on the two machines they had grown so much mildew. Fountain soda is cheaper but I will never buy one again. They simply don't give workers enough time to clean them properly.

BK fries are ok I like them because they are bigger and less greasy than McD. We don't have a 5 guys within several states in the midwest. Or an in n out. The BK fries probably have cornstarch on them, that helps with browning. It dries out the fries and is a starch that will brown so double duty.

I hate to admit it but KM's acting has improved slightly. At least her mouth isn't hanging open but I can't take my eyes off that huge jaw. Still, there's no way being on my screen 4 hours a week will ever be ok. Anyway, poor BF and the writing. Making him cry over the Jar Jar. I was looking at his small eyebrows and coloring and was reminded how some of us thought he would have made a better Phillip. Original Chad had some chemistry with Chandler M that would have made an interesting twist instead of nonentity Derrick, wouldn't it? I'm not going to work out the family ties at the moment though!

Ugh, I was worried so much Parker meant Chloe wasn't far behind.

It's Thursday and KM has been on 3x this week and probably tomorrow. I'd feel slightly sorry for Ben if he didn't have that location app on his phone. Nicole and Dark Roast made me ill today. I had to stop and wonder why it was worse than not wanting to see just about anybody grope on this show. OK, Dark Roast didn't "love" her and propose until he thought she was dead after the duct fondling. She twisted herself in all sorts of agony over it, confessed, got the death stare and he "forgave" her then screwed her. That is all sorts of emotional abuse. No wonder Nicky's such a mess. This show doesn't even try for romantic. Parker is awfully cute for a 4 year old who looks just like Dan. Except he's 7 and I'm worried about him. WilSon socializing some more with Paul and Derrek. That's still wrong.

I think it's a given Brady is supposed to be stupid if Victor has called him my stupid grandson more than once. On Passions he was equally stupid, not knowing girls were plotting for him because he was almost as rich and the same kind of pretty boy. Theresa (Rafe's dead sister Ariana) had Little Ethan to live in the mansion. Sound familiar? I don't often venture into cast interviews but what I've seen is he seems like a bright young man and the Brady/Ethan thing seems to be a niche as a soap actor he's aware of fulfilling. If this show would just go full camp like Passions did, it might work. OT, speaking of Passions, I keep comparing Ari G to little Endora who was an expressive amazing child in satan's stroller. Except she was the chagrin of her mother Tabitha, the wonderful Juliet Mills, because Endora was a good witch. I hope the girl doing well she must be grown up by now. Put cute sunglasses all you want on Ari G but this is most frowny baby I've ever seen. Well, she's not a baby she's 2 and I don't expect dialogue (the babbling was cute with Chad though) but jeez do they always have to make the twins act after a long nap? I agree with the presents. Enough already. As a young mother I needed diapers and a high chair. ETA I guess I think she should look just a little bit like her mother please. Heck, even I had a blonde, blue eyed kid so it's possible but why not make her a beautiful mixed kid? I miss Gabi and I'm glad Rafe got her a lawyer a while back because we know she won't stay in jail for 10 years. However, how you appeal a plea deal is unclear.
