  1. It looked to me like in today's show where the wife was suing the ex-husband over something to do with a house, Judy realized halfway through badmouthing the ex, the defendant, that he was actually in the right, but instead of apologizing to him for treating him so badly, she just dismissed the case without awarding the ex-wife anything.
  2. They had to address Eaton's character on PC. This was their way of doing it.
  3. Damn. I guess I'll have to wait till tomorrow and catch it online. :(
  4. The opening swing dancing in the film Swing Kids. The film itself is an underrated gem, but I just love watching all-out swing dancing.
  5. I adore Stanley Tucci. Everything he does, he just shines in. His Puck in the 1999 Midsummer Night's Dream is the best portrayal of that character that I have ever seen.
  6. Ulan Bator, Mongolia! Though that would have been wrong. :)
  7. Was the golf today scheduled? I never saw anything that said that Days was going to be preempted. I thought today was Gabi's last day?
  8. Cespedes had yet again another outstanding throw tonight for an out on yet again another play where he bobbled the ball in the first place to put him in the position to have to make a great play.
  9. I always thought that Armen was treated poorly last year, they acted as if he dropped that girl on her head on purpose. Glad to see him back. Alla was absolutely lovely.
  10. Bring back Frankie!!!!!
  11. Oh, yeah, I was going to mention that the question of where Eric was living has been answered. i wonder if he's in the bed where Nick and Gabi made love.
  12. According to Wikipedia, Sami has been married to: Austin Reed (1996–97) Franco Kelly (1998) Brandon Walker (2003) Lucas Roberts (2007) EJ DiMera (2007–08) Rafe Hernandez (2010–12) Soaps are notoriously close to the vest on how old characters are. Will is 21, I think (his age was given on Arianna's birth certificate as 20, and she just celebrated her first birthday). Johnny and Allie were born on air in 2007, and Sydney was born on air in 2009. But SORAS is a thing.
  13. Paige said her mother has a history of men, didn't she?
  14. He needs to sign with a team that has better press.
  15. I like the mint green of Nicole's shirt, though I don't particularly care for the cut. Why was T in a black shirt and tie today working at the club? That isn't the bar's work uniform, is it? Ben usually wears a maroon polo shirt.
  16. OK, are they really pushing Eve as Paige's mysterious mother? Though who would this cousin be? Theresa is Eve's sister, if Eve is the mother, Theresa is Paige's aunt. But surely JJ would have realized he is in Theresa's apartment. I'm confused. And the never-ending Gabriella Hernandez farewell tour continues. Thought I do wish that T had told Gabi about why he dumped her, because Nick told him she thought he was boring.
  17. Has anybody read the Fables graphic novels? There's a series of videogames out that from what I understand, is a prequel to the graphic novels.
  18. Conn Iggulden bugged me because his history is so phony. Caesar and Brutus were childhood friends? Just, no.
  19. Guy Gavriel Kay. A Canadian fantasist who, I believe, is the best writer in the English language today. His words are like music. And his Tigana makes me cry every time I read it, which I do over and over again.
  20. The Billy Boyle series of World War II murder mysteries by James R. Benn. Billy is a young Boston policeman and an Irish-Catholic with an Irish-Catholic's prejudices against the English, who falls in love with an English girl while serving on his "Uncle Ike's" staff. He's a distant relative of Mamie Eisenhower, so his mother got him into Ike's staff. With his police background, Ike asks him to investigate mysteries happening during the War. As of now, the books in the series include: Billy Boyle - set in Norway The First Wave - North Africa Blood Alone - Sicily Evil for Evil - Northern Ireland Rag and Bone - set in London, about the ramifications of the Katyn Forest massacre A Mortal Terror - Italy Death's Door - Rome A Blind Goddess - pre-D-Day England I second the recommendation for the Sebastian St. Cyr books, though they do descend into soap opera at times (the stories of his parentage, what happened to his mother, his marriage).
  21. Like mother, like daughter. That was Sami's reaction when Will came out to her.
  22. We got a new set today, Paige's living room. Does this mean we will see her mother soon? Please tell me her mother isn't Eve.
  23. They still managed to throw in rape metaphor without damaging the family friendly aspect.
  24. Turning Ant Man into a comedy is not going to help matters with the decline of SF films.
