In fairness they're always interested in & testing new vehicles BUT giving Musk ANY government contracts from here on out looks extremely suspect. Not that that will stop him or his orange boyfriend from anything.

And that's the problem with the internet & texting. I guess I should have put a laughing emoji at the end because in my mind it was funny & meant as a joke as there's not many pigs in the ocean. But thank you for the whale lesson.

It certainly does say something about him & that something is that he needs to work to pay his bills & that's what is important to him. Not some virtue signaling and not taking a job because someone who wrote something has abhorrent views.

I've mailed my poop & also had a colonoscopy and at no time did I have to see a gastroenterologist before the colonoscopy which was the whole point of the original post. I have also recommended it to people as a starting point on many occasions when they have asked as I've lost family members to all sorts of cancers, I had 13 aunts & uncles growing up. Oh & I'm also married to a nurse of 30 years so I'm sorry for having a sense of humor about something a lot of people find embarrassing to start with.

No but it does as do some other things a lot worse do that shouldn't. I was actually in Kenya on my honeymoon a day or two after the S.A. elections took place & Mandela was first elected, the hotel was mostly full of white South Africans and I had many discussions with them both pre & post the election. The one thing they all shared though was that they were worried/nervous about going home to the "new south Africa" as they called it. I was surprised at how many thought the result was bad for the country & them in particular and were in favour of apartheid, remember this was in 1994. I remember the day because we flew out the day after our wedding & the day that Ayrton Senna died at the San Marino grand prix.

It was just the one day for me but I was still allowed liquid foods that day, like the little tubs of jello etc. The prep is the hard part though.

I think the gold leaf answer comes under the burden of knowledge category because it was too simple an answer, also the "thin metal sheets" part may have thrown them off, it did me for a while.

So you expect people to stop working & earning money because someone who wrote a make-believe story has views you don't agree with? I think JKRs views are abhorrent but she's just another in a long line of bigots & I'm not going to expect people to stop watching HP or acting in it because of what she thinks or says, it doesn't mean they have the same views.

I didn't say any such thing about people in other countries not having differing opinions, you're just making up an argument about the least important part of what I wrote even though I said maybe as you seemed to be so adamant that he was against it. I've met plenty of white South Africans who were for it and against it & they certainly can have differing opinions BUT his actions don't show me someone who was against apartheid.

So now I've had a chance to watch what exactly did Sunny say that was so disingenuous to Musk? Are his companies not receiving government money now or in the past? Has he not aimed directly at the departments that are in the middle of investigating either him or his companies? Has he been confirmed like most people usually are? Can you guarantee that the people he has looking at sensitive personal information are doing the right thing for the right reasons & are qualified to do it and they have all had background checks done? I'm guessing they certainly have not had any checks dine in such a short time. Which of Sunny's very short reasons to be mistrustful of Musk made no sense exactly? And I'm probably one of Sunny's most critical viewers, I don't particularly like her at all & she does talk crap sometimes but I'm intrigued what you think didn't make much sense. And I say again, maybe growing up in an apartheid country he liked it & left when it changed too much. Let's not pretend that every white person in South Africa was against apartheid & what it stood for as most weren't & were more than happy for it to continue. I'm all for checking the books but they have taken a sledgehammer to remove that last annoying piece of eggshell stuck on a boiled egg rather than carefully peeling it off.

Or just maybe he liked South Africa the way it was before the end of apartheid & he would like to go back to the good old days like his orange bestie.

I've never understood why a lot of tire shops/oil change places continue with these antiquated ways of doing business. I was looking to get an oil change done a couple of weeks ago & out of 7 places where we live that do oil changes only one was open on either of the Saturday/Sunday weekend. Furthermore, not one of them was open past 6.00pm during the week, not all tire places here do oil changes as well, so I added them in to make a total 11 places with only 2 open on Saturday & zero open on a Sunday. In this day & age it is absolutely ridiculous for this to still be happening & you would think that surely someone at one of the major big corporate places would have the idea to open at the weekend/evenings, you know like when people are actually able to get there without taking time off work. I didn't include Walmart in my looking because if that was the last place on earth to get an oil change I would go without one.

Yeah I think that's how the crypto coin DOGE was originally pronounced so it sort of makes sense but both are as ridiculous as the other, and as useful but that might be disparaging the coin a little.

Could have used a cardboard cutout of Tara Palmeri & it would have said more than she did.

However long it is I can virtually guarantee that the parents have already done it or in the case of most added a more powerful battery that doubles the speed.

We can only hope that something, anything, takes the focus away from people worshipping a mythical being in the sky at any time.
