Derelict talks in lawyerspeak these days. Anything he's had to say in the last couple of years has been carefully worded and ambiguous. The only thing he's promised is a book. But he's been unclear as to its content, other than to say that it would be his (their?) story. He leaves a TON open to interpretation. Jill is not responsible for what he says, but she appears to endorse it. She's never spoken to the contrary.
