  1. I'm hoping she gets away with it, whatever that may be.
  2. If I had a gf, I'd be faking my death and wailing for the magic hand.
  3. It will shock you how much it never happened.
  4. I didn't expect them to be good, but putting licorice and olives together is a little much. Everything is so extreme with this family, the surprise would have been something more normal. Like, I don't expect the kids to know how to cook, but maybe the ingredients were good, so Bob makes a brand new burger of the day based on both that is good, but they still name it something inappropriate. So you still get the tie, but they still actually win. Teddy flipping out was hilarious.
  5. I actually liked Don's relationship with both of them. Within the context of the show, it was fairly progressive.
  6. I liked how Teddy was involved with Gayle's boobs or butt debate and was similarly distressed.
  7. If it wasn't coincidence, then good job to the writers. I did like the one line from the movie. It was awful. I cracked up.
  8. He's getting up there in years. Is he going to be able to actually fight? I've been continually baffled about his development. He's clearly not an idiot, but he's not really cut out to be a frontiersman. I'm not either. But then he just acts like a doormat. I get he's not going to yell at everyone, though he's way more justified. As a result, he's just kind of there. Part of that is on Bree too. They made a joke about Jamie coming to get her to hunt, and it's fine that she can and he can't, but it was played as a joke than as - what can he do around here? I forget how long it's been. That's more than fair to expect they would have this discussion by now. I'd also concede that Bree wants to stick around to deal with the upcoming fire, however that happens to make sure they're all ok. In that case, they got a ways to go. He could take up other skills. I mean, I'm good enough that I could cook.
  9. I'd like to see a show where the woman is stalked and then just pulls out a gun and blows the guy away.
  10. Yeah but would she think putting gum in it was a good idea?
  11. How do you people know so much about snakes? You all Indiana Jones?
  12. All the sweaty jobs Peter had killed me. So did the Indy movie. You just won HR.
  13. To be fair, Jamie just shot off the gun and they booked it
  14. I would go to Rudy's ballet fight. Come ON Tina - get the fuck over Jimmy Junior. I'm disappointed the burgers were that bad. Seriously, they need a plot where Tina learns to dial it back. I did like Doug rolling his eyes.
  15. Have your people call my basset hound.
  16. I wasn't calling bs. I was just wondering.
  17. I liked when Kai came into to check on him in the club and the trafficker found him so she starting stroking his cheek and his reaction was to stave off being horrified to play the role. I like the Devlin model of tv shows anyway, going hack to Stargate - it's team oriented, everyone contributes. There's always a big plan. Even with the military, O'Neill relied on Daniel Jackson to make communications. It may be that Kane is the type of actor that excels in a more team based cast too. Ugh. I lived in Japan. I just can't with eel. You're gonna feel strong. I feel betrayed. White people! I died at the 'Diego' character. I do like the plots so far. This was about government contracts and a landfill. I liked how it was tied to the local businesses. These episodes were solid.
  18. I don't think they were expecting anyone to think Jamie would be in actual harm, but as you point out in 3, I think they used it as the framing device for Jamie to get the fuck over himself. I know they're largely constrained by the books, but this part of plot was annoying af and dragged out way too long. Roger looks like a bumbling fool for not telling him of sooner. Fucking Jamie of course has to correct Roger on the verse number in the bible. I did like that Roger's voice wasn't all the way back. I kind of laughed when the bison just waltzed into the yard and everyone froze for a second. Good for Bree and Claire though. Great shot. Bree certainly Jamie's daughter for sure. I always loved Fergus' crack about being a man of leisure. Wait. Did Claire jerk him back to life?
  19. I was like okaaay Claire. I did laugh after poor Roger's ptsd last week then they show Jamie harping on him in the previouslies. I don't know why, but I find bison to be majestic. What snakes in America have venom? I was glad to see Bree thinking about a school. Though I find it odd only now they're talking about 'Roger finding his purpose.'
  20. Yes, but Bree and Roger would know the song from growing up in the 20th century.
