  1. I'm surprised there's no blowback. It's only a week after Easter.
  2. I do wonder if my dogs remember where they were before I got them. Yeah no. I saw the picture of puppy Brian tied up outside. Fuuuuck you Hendersons. This is the guy that took months to buy a couch so the dog would like it.
  3. Didn't Peter find Brian as a homeless dog?
  4. I can totally buy Gayle getting caught in curtains. I liked that Millie is into Louise.
  5. I was just saying we needed a kids adventure! What a weird brilliant plot. I have to give Frond credit. He is sharp enough to know when the popular kids were hanging out with the 'regulars'. And Louise with a big top hat! Did anyone used to buy candy at CVS and bring it into the movies?
  6. I like that Santiago keeps popping up. The second song was really good. You get the sense that Beef understands parenting coupled with some of his conversations with Judy.
  7. I don't think we've seen Moon solo at school. That was great. Also nice continuity with Ham and his baking skills.
  8. I take it back - That's why Jesus retired at 33.
  9. Hamburger helper and lgbtqblt was worth admission.
  10. I'm starting to see places I recognize now. Yesterday, I watched where they first made up the craft room at the top. I liked that they repurposed a whole bunch of stuff. I also liked that they showed the ins and outs of actually planning one of the weddings. I hadn't seen that yet.
  11. I'm not sure that was common practice for a run of the mill drug case with local police at the time.
  12. The lack of not using knowledge of history from Roger and Brianna continually annoys me.
  13. Same. With only three channels you didn't see many players unless you read about them in the paper or watched the game of the week. I mean, I'm glad hardcore fans can watch a game whenever they want, but its purpose is different.
  14. I've been holding my breath the whole episode. The escape from the Capitol was absolutely harrowing. Also agreed that this is a fresh pov on WWII. You don't really hear much about the North. Clearly, there was strategic value.
  15. Yes, I remember espn covering the architecture when it was done. It was also located more 'in the city' iirc and set a new trend for ballparks.
  16. I really don't care for Jackie and De being at odds. If rather they're scheming together at everyone else. I hope this isn't a season theme. I don't need them to like each other, but I want then on the same team. I don't care about De and his wife either. I think part of that is the trope of the wanting kids angle. When they're not together, she's more interesting. Ironically, I do like Jenny. I like the tall white cop. It seems like he's the only one who actually wants to find out who killed the little girl.
  17. Start singing like Ace of Base.
  18. Yeah I meant you have a 'show Bible proper' here. You can put together a more coherent television narrative and know what to cut out. Especially given the loose ends that were left. Or maybe something like emphasizing Demandred plotting more so he doesn't just pop up at the end out of nowhere. I wouldn't even mind if they put in Demandred = you know who because it was initially to be that way.
  19. I can't watch till Tuesday, but it's a scheduled show for me; i.e., it's not 'I'll get around to it.'
  20. I've found this to be the prevailing opinion for a while. I don't think it will be any where near GoT levels of griping simply because the entire series is completed.
  21. Last episode they showed a sign for the Big Dig, and they dropped a Whitey Bulger reference. It seemed he was still active. I think they're deliberately not specifying a year because I think Jackie's big take down of the organized crime family pre-show is fictional, but it strikes me as an early 90s time period. Jackie has a car phone too.
  22. I record on PBS and HGTV, but maybe it's a different title for the episode. I deleted two of them because I thought they were the same.
  23. I do think the salient point there is with less games, players like Jim Brown were more of a force on a per game basis. Even then he retired what was considered kind of early. With the Thursday short week plus an extra game now, I don't know how the game itself isn't going to decline unless they can expand rosters again. Which on the upside, means more jobs.
