I used Home Advisor once. I found a great electrician through them. They have 3 people call you and you pick the one you like best. I chose the first one that called because the other two took a couple of days to call me. The guy was great! My neighbor is a welder and knows most of the local contractors so I usually just ask him. Don't remember why I didn't for the electrician.

Pushing 70 here. When I was early 30's a friend gifted me with eyeliner tattoos. Holy help! That hurt like nothing I had had done before including giving birth twice! The thing with eyelid tattoos is the eyelid is very fatty tissue and the tattoos are absorbed in a couple of years. I had mine done once again about a year later (dumb but ya know...vanity) but they are long gone now.

I don't remember the company name, it is one of those legal firms that take cases of medicine caused problems. This is for users of Farxiga and Jardiance both diabetes drugs. It says call them if you got a flesh eating vaginal infection from using either of them. Holy carp! That is the grossest thing they could bring up??? That really makes me want to take either drug for my diabetes. NOT!

LOL, whenever an ad comes on the TV I get up and walk around the house. I have gotten my daily step count up to over 13,000 steps by walking during all the commercials.

What really irritates me is that death benefit has seen no cost of living increase in years, if ever. When my husband passed in 1997 the death benefit was the same $255 from SS. It is better than nothing but it doesn't make a dent in the true expenses related to a funeral.

When my daughter (now 46) was very young, she was a favorite food eater. She went through a long phase when all she really wanted to eat was Kraft Mac & Cheese, she was required to eat some of what the family ate too. Then she wanted powdered tomato soup, I think it was Lipton's. We bought it by the case! Fortunately she outgrew all that and is a very healthy eater now. That Mac & Cheese ad sort of brings back the memory of how much she loved the old Kraft Mac & Cheese.
